It was a squad with whom he would go to visit a native tribe. Making this list Will wanted to have maximum range power, even if most of the squad don't know how to use bows properly thanks to a day of training they at least can fire in the correct direction, and thanks to their numbers joint shooting would be deadly for enemies.

Will turned to Sadar with whom they were drinking tea and discussing expedition.

-Sadar are you sure that it is okay to load them this hard, they also need to carry supplies and not just for us but to bargain with the tribe too.

By the report of the scout team, the native tribe they were looking underfeed and hungry so Will had a simple plan, exchange food to borrow their warriors and conquer another player's village. In the best scenario seeing that Will had that much food they all will permanently join his village to always be full, at worst they would want to take food that Will brought by force.

Will had just two bull-like creatures that can move the newly made carts so if he wanted to bring an impressive amount of food to a native tribe and have enough supplies for an unexpected situation squad would need to carry part of the supplies but they were already quite loaded with weapons.

-True soldiers every day drag on them heavy armor, spear, sword, shield and if they are in march even some supplies.

-But they are not soldiers...

As Will was going to prove his point Sadar interrupted him.

-Indeed they are not soldiers yet, but sooner or later you would need soldiers and this is a great possibility to create them.

-So you want to use this trip as training for them to become soldiers.

-Yes, my lord I think this is better to do sooner than later, maybe we would arrive at our destination later than expected but I guarantee that this worth it.

After making with Sadar last corrections to the expedition squat Will took mental note.

Battle was not too fascinating, when Sadar with his 18 men come enough close for goblins to spot them, he commanded them to make a spear wall. Even goblins... well some of them weren't that stupid to continuously throw themselves to spear wall, after the death of the first three goblins the remaining ones stopped. When two remaining goblins stopped, Sadar gave the command "Attack" and with the battle cry, everyone tried attacking but goblins were eliminated too quickly so most of the squat did not taste the battle.

With the end of battle started cheering, most of which came from non-combat classes like farmers who for the first time experienced something like this.

During the day, expedition squad 3 more times encountered and eliminated goblins whose numbers every time was larger and larger, by end of a day squad killed 23 goblins whose ears have been cut off by the order of Will who read in forums that players in NPC cities where getting rewards for this ears.

As came night and the squad stopped for sleep Will like every other night again was meditating, after a couple of hours he get tired and checked his status to see progress.

When Will for the first time saw the status screen he was very disappointed by the simplicity of it, but after some thoughts he understood that developers wanted maximum realism and hardcore so in contrast to other games they decided to have minimum things that help players and reminds them that they are at a game, like detailed status screen.

"I again didn't do any progress"

From the first day Will was stuck at "H" (Medium) grade despite that he was meditating every day.

"Maybe Sadar can help me understand what I am doing wrong"

Looking around Will quickly found Sadar who was sitting by the fire and chatting with three other squad members. When Will came up and sat down next to them he noticed that squad members all tensed up and chatting died down.

-Guys stop lazing around and go patrol the perimeter.

Said Sadar.

-Yes sir.

Happy for an opportunity to escape squad members bowed to Will and quickly left.

-Why do they act like this near me?

Asked Will confused.

-They don't know you, for them nobles are scary people who for the slightest mistake can kill them and your dress don't make them less nervous around you.

-Other than scaring these guys I wanted to discuss with you my bottleneck.

After Will told Sadar about his situation, Sadar answered.

-You have a very poor understanding of power grades, if we will skip the "I" grade then the first two grades "H" and "G" are about physical power, to increase your power in those grades you have to train your body. Meditating is increasing your inner energy call it mana or something else, inner energy in fact is something that you can use at "F" grade and higher not now, but inner energy has one special property because of which everyone who can immediately starting to meditate or cultivate it before even reaching "F" grade. Inner energy is helping you build your body faster and better you can think about it like nutrients, without a proper diet it is practically impossible to build enough strong body and inner energy serve as one of the best nutrients for the body. So if you would begin physical training then thanks to the inner energy that amassed in your body you would quickly increase your power level.

By listening to Sadar, Will understood that he had a very wrong understanding of power grades.

-I want you to start training me when we will return to the village.

-As you wish my lord but you have to know that I am not the most gentle teacher.

Answered Sadar with a predatory grin.

Day 13 in integration

As he and his squat finished battle with 13 more goblins in front of Will appeared blue box.

Though he anticipated that sooner or later this quest will come Will was a little surprised by rewards.

"Right to appoint "Lesser Knights" is suspicious, I don't believe that game will let me appoint as many uncommon classes as I want"

As squad members around him began to collect ears of goblins that they defeated, Will directly went to Sadar for advice.

-I don't know about knights very much, just know that they are the most trusted elites of nobles and there are serious requirements to become knight, as noble you will have right to appoint knight but the ones who you appoint have to meet certain conditions to get class.

-Which conditions?

-I don't know very much I know that even "Lesser Knights" have to be at least "G" (Low) grade and I heard that one of the requirement to become a knight is a noble class, normally knights are nobles that are not main haires of their houses or from side branches, but if you are not noble then to become a knight you have to make special accomplishment, one of my friends become knight thanks to the huge contribution in the battle.

-How I would understand it someone can be appointed as a knight?

Sadar smiled.

-The same way as at any other class, you will feel it... By the way, I almost forgot that I wanted to discuss with you the rising number of goblins, if we won't do anything about it, in the near future they can become very dangerous.

-I know, let's first accomplish a task that at our hands then we will think about goblins.

By the end of a day, the squat killed 53 more goblins. Despite some of the goblins were a little more evolved and smarter than others squad didn't face any challenges when dealing with them, when the squad faced more numerous goblin groups they first fired a row of arrows and then easily finished the remaining ones in melee combat.

Day 14 in Integration

Early in the morning squad reached the native tribe but as they approached in the tribe begun movement and soon in front of them stood a small army of armed angry tribesmen.
