《Solitude's Requiem》Finding Something

How much time has passed, Honestly I don't know anymore. In a place where only darkness resides, you easily lose track of time. I've noticed some things through what I can only presume are years now. While the place is dark, I've noticed that my eyesight in this darkness has improved. The landscape is changing, and I'm definitely making ground. Let's just hope that this place does actually have an end.
“Oh? What's that?”
What I see before me, is a stone tablet on some sort of stained rock. It has some language on it that I can't read, but it's a sign of something at least.
“What are you supposed to be?” I ask in a calm tone. Suddenly, something appears in front of my eyes.
[Stone Tablet]
[Unidentified Runes]
[Sacrificial Rock]
Well, these descriptions fit the bill. It also seems that I might have gained some type of abilities that I'm not aware of. I would be surprised but after walking around for so long without feeding, drinking, or taking proper rest. Let's just say that I had my suspicions that something might be wrong.
If I focus on any of these descriptions, would something change? “It's not like I have anything better to do.” At first, I tried putting all my attention on the description Stone Tablet and see if something would happen. After 5 minutes of uncomfortably squinting and looking like an absolute fool, I decided to restrategize.
I look at the rock and ask myself. 'What does this mean' and right when I finish having these thoughts, something new appeared.
[Stone Tablet]: this Tablet has been made in the material called stone.
“.....”
“ You know what. Let's just check the other descriptions”
[Sacrificial Rock]: This rock has been used as an altar for sacrifice. The culture of the people who instigated this activity is unknown.

“Okay, that's at least something, I guess. Now for the last one.”
[Unidentified Runes]: These Runes are written in an unfamiliar language. It still contains magical capabilities. Consequences of trying to learn these types of magic are unknown.
“Wait, so I Can learn magic? How am I supposed to do that?”
Let's look around for a bit. So you have this rock with what I can only presume is blood. Considering, it is called a [sacrificial rock]. As I start investigating the rock, I notice something. The backside of this rock has been carved into something sharp, and there is a hole in the tablet that has a suspicious amount of old blood.
“….”
“Screw it”
I cut my hand on the sharp carving and squeeze it above the hole in the stone tablet.
Blood flows in the hole.
“Now is something supposed to hap…”
These are the last words I said before I lose consciousness.

Drinker of the Yew: A Necromancer's Tale
Updates Once a Week next update 10/5 Wracked with misfortune, a nameless village along the edge of the Gray Spine rejoiced at the arrival of a paladin. Those celebrations, though, turned to wary tension as the paladin brought an unknown into their midst - his wife Nayinis, who wears the markings of a necromancer. Who is this woman? Why has she come to their village? Nayinis divulges her shadowed past, for she needs the village's trust to defeat the powerful foe that she has been summoned by the divine to face. What to expect: This is a slow-paced, dark, epic-fantasy book written mostly in an archaic first-person style, remniscent of fariy-tale at times. I am expecting the final product to be close to 600-700 pages. The first few chapters introduce a somewhat-steep learning curve of names and mythology of the world that plateaus at aroud chapter 5. 8 149Black Wind, White Lotus
In this world, there are haves and have nots. The former are pureblooded humans, some of whom are capable of manipulating qi, the mysterious energy that flows through every living creature, to miraculous results that defy the laws of nature and physics. Wen Feili was one such cultivator. However, she allied with the have nots- the anthropomorphic hybrids incapable of channeling qi-and dabbled in forbidden demonic arts, seeking to change the very composition of reality. This did not end well for her, and she was consumed by her own flames. A decade later, far in the northwestern mountains, her daughter Wen Fengli is working as a lowly servant of the minor Shuangshan sect. In between sweeping the floor and avoiding bullies, she secretly trains with a wooden sword, hoping to become a warrior cultivator at some point in the future. However, since she's part-human, part-wolf, it's just a pipe dream. ....or so she bitterly thought. However, one day a mysterious amulet that belonged to her mother falls into her hands. A deranged old master, a terrible conspiracy, a mysterious past? None of that matters to tomboyish wolfgirl, who only seeks to become stronger. She embarks on a journey of adventure and self-discovery, towards the mysterious southern lands where pure demi-humans are said to live...as spectre of war once again envelops the world of man. This is a Chinese-themed fantasy story set in a fictional world. You can classify it as xianxia, if you wish, but it's a rather low fantasy variant; the heavenly realm is silent, no one reached immortality in generations, and magical artifacts of old are locked away and feared. Magical beasts and spirits have been driven to the corners of civilisation, and "ordinary" abilities such as flying or controlling swords through telekinesis are considered spectacular feats. The main plot of this book revolves around a kemonomimi girl who seeks power, no matter the cost. This story also features multiple character pov, and will not always follow the perspective of the mc- there are two major plotlines, one connected to conspiracy and war ongoing in the political background of the presented world, and the other focusing on the main character's physical and metaphorical journey.
