It was a day off for taehyung to settle the mess created in his mind.

He drove off on the busy streets heading to jin's place.

Soon,the car haulted in front of a modern yet cozy house with lush green lawn and a beautiful backyard. He stepped out ,took his bag and headed towards the door.

Taehyung was unsure about whether jin will be home at this hour or the clinic. Still he decided to give it a try.

He rang the bell twice and footsteps were heard from the other side of door,causing him to stop his action. The door was opened and a male with warm and surprising smile greeted him.

"Joon hyung,I think I disturbed you.You must be resting home,"

"No, it's ok tae.

It's tiresome to be alone when we aren't in a good state,"joon admitted while gesturing taehyung to come inside.

"Oh,so our namjoonie hyung gets bored as well! I see,"tae replied in a dramatic way and both the males chuckled while taking seat in the living room.

"Isn't this your worktime?"joon asked while leaning back in his seat,being careful enough to not disturb the dressing of his wounds.

"I took a day off, wasn't in my right mind today."tae replied while noticing the pain joon was in.

"Do you need dressing hyung?

Does it hurts much?"he added with concern.

"It's fine tae, don't worry.

By the way jinnie is not home,call him and ask if you want."

"Hmm. I will.

You should rest hyung. I'll be waiting for him anyways so call me if you need anything,"taehyung assured the said male and helped him to walk upto the bedroom.

He returned to living room while scrolling down the contact list and dialed a number.

It took few rings when the call was answered,

"Jin hyung,how long will it take for you? I'm waiting at your place,"he asked while pacing around in the backyard.

'I'll be there in an hour taetae,can you wait? I'll hand it over to hoseok and will be right back.'

"Sure ,see you then"and the call was hung up.

I should take a nap,my head's starting hurt otherwise.Last night was the worst to handle.

Taehyung thought to himself while stepping inside to take rest till Jin comes home.

Jungkook got busy with his piling up work after taehyung left the office.

He was sitting behind his desk going through some paperwork when he heard a knock over the door.

"Come in,"and he looked up to the person entering his space.

"What's it Lisa?"he asked his personal assistant having disturbed expression plastered over her face.

"Sir, this article just came out from the official sources. You should have a look,"she said while handing the iPad to CEO she came with.

Jungkook fumed with rage as soon as he eyed the headline of said article.

"You may leave,and keep me updated about them,"he commanded while hastily searching for his phone.

He growled in anger and the ring of his cellphone helped him find it out.

He received the call as caller id displaying was

'Jungkook,are you at the office?'joon asked from other side of the line,voice depicting urgency and anger.

"Hope you heard about the mess SN enterprises are creating right now,"the other male replied while composing his fuming innerself.

'I will be there soon,we can't just sit and watch,'

"No need hyung! I'm on my way.

I'll meet you at your place,"he announced as he grabbed his keys and rushed out of the building.

"Hobi,will you handle these appointments for me?

I need to go home,"jin was trying to leave the clinic,already being late by half an hour.

"Sure,go ahead."hoseok replied,with a reassuring smile.

Jin packed his stuff and left for his place right away.

The ice cream parlour on his way back tempted him and he bought three of them while heading ahead.

Soon enough,he parked near his house and went inside.

The sight he saw upon entering the living room,confused and amused him at the same time.

The Jeon Jungkook was so immersed in praising a sleeping creature in front of him,that he couldn't notice a human presence invading the same space...

Well,no need to tell who was the beautiful creature to affect him this much,

Jin remained silent,trying his best to suppress the exciting hormones that bursted out upon seeing

"Jungk-"joon was rushing downstairs calling for the younger when his brain stopped working for a good second upon witnessing the same sight.

But the half broken name from his mouth was enough to bring jungkook back to the reality.

"I'm heading first,come in your study,"said the younger and left the living room.

Jin glared his always clueless husband and stumped away to somewhere.

What was my fault? Isn't the mess created outside more important right now?

Joon thought to himself being confused at jin's reaction,but nonetheless heads towards the study.

The conversation took almost an hour,when both the males came out. Jin and taehyung were savouring their favourite flavours sitting in the backyard,talking about random stuff.

Joon joined them shortly after jungkook took the leave.

"Was there something urgent joon hyung?"tae asked him while handing the last icecream.

"Hmm,looks like we'll lose a project this time."

"What does that mean?"he retorted another question being curious about the topic.

"SN enterprises have confirmed their partnership with INF firms, at this rate it'll be difficult to sign a new contract as we planned,"joon sighed while taking a seat beside tae.

Taehyung thought for a moment and continued,"so you think if we lose this project, we'll lose a huge amount of profit along with the chance to make place in US market,right?"

"Obviously tae,but what are you thinking?" he asked,raising a brow at younger with curiosity.

Taehyung didn't reply but he fished out his phone and dialed a number. The couple sat there clueless about what he was going to do.

Few seconds and the call was answered,

"Can I have some of your time jungkooksii?"he asked to the male on other line and probably was granted the permission as he continued further,

"It's a good thing we got to know about the intentions of SN group before any contract was signed.

As I see the situation right now,what we need is a successful and a brand new partnership that will bring both_profit and fame to our business."

'What do you wanna say, kim?'

"Sir..why don't we try a project with Jae-beomsii?"

The moment these words left his mouth, joon was surprised as his eyes grew almost double their size.

Same was with jungkook,he was busy processing what the younger wants to tell.

"As far as I know, we are on good terms with Jp group. It'll be easy for us to incorporate new ideas while working on a project with them,and I'm sure if our creativity works out well... then it's gonna be a bumper in this marketplace!

Once we achieve a good price to our shares,every other companies will automatically run to make next deal with us."

'And...Why are you recommending Jps only?'

"Sir, they are known for working without principles,that means_we can change our terms and plans according to ongoing condition of our project. That's the biggest advantage we'll get and definitely it's gonna be a success if your ideas are Incorporated at the right place and time,and we won't need to worry about the budget and profit or loss as it'll be a partnership," he completed while leaning back in his chair,with a proud smile on his face.

'Sounds perfect,let's discuss this in detail tomorrow.'

The call ended but not the surprised state of joon sitting beside him. I mean,what the two business tycoons can't think of,was done by an intern_that too just in few seconds.

"You gonna speak something or should I start?"it was jin who remarked his husband being impatient to praise his lil tae bear.

"That was truly so genius of you taehyungah! I'm honestly so impressed,"said joon while smiling proudly at the younger.

"I've raised my taebear so well.

You're gonna be the next tycoon soon at this rate, tae"jin complimented his younger brother and hugged him.

"Thank you hyung. It's all because I'm being trained well under my CEO,"tae said and the couple there shared a playful glance.

"Everything apart, I need to tell you something hyung,"tae said being serious,that concerned both the males sitting beside him.

"What's it tae? We're listening,"jin encouraged him to proceed.

Taehyung took out the box from his bag and placed it on the table in front. He then took out the locket and handed it to jin.

"This is mom's locket, hyung. I found in at my door yesterday."

Namjoon and jin were unable to understand anything_ taehyung explained the events from last night in detail. A few tears left his dark brown eyes on reminiscing the pain he felt years ago.

"How do you know it's your mother's tae?"joon asked him softly,being aware of younger's state.

"It's a present from grandma to mom,she used to wear it always. She has it in her every picture,I can't mistake it hyung."

"Oh. Don't worry tae, we'll figure out everything. But I need a favour from you,"joon continued while caressing the soft hands of taehyung.

"We should tell jungkook about this, he has many connections here and there. It'll be easy to handle that way_but only if you want."

"Okay hyung,if you find it safe and useful then go ahead."

Joon nodded and took the box with locket and the note inside, most probably into his study.

"Tae,look here"jin said while cupping his face and wiping away the freshly shed tears from his face.

"Don't think about anything else,focus on your work and trust jungkook and joon with this. They'll sort it out for you. Ok?"

Taehyung nodded and pulled jin into a warm hug, letting his grievance out.

Taehyung returned to his apartment later and spent the day doing some random housework with tannie. Being exhausted by the eventful day,he went to bed early, expecting a busy day next morning.

Jungkook,after returning from joon's place, got back to his work.

He was unable to focus as the same innocent and beautiful sight of certain male kept interrupting his thoughts.

Being able to propose a simple solution to such dramatic problem was other thing his mind couldn't get rid of.

Jungkook was totally under spell of someone's beauty as well as brain today...

It was late night when he completed the work of the day and headed towards their mansion.

He parked the car and started to take steps mindlessly towards the main door,when he was suddenly bumped into someone.

"Dad! It's too late, haven't you slept yet?"he said while composing himself.

"I read the article about SN groups, and was interested in your counter plan for this. But you seem lost somewhere.... is there something else son?" Mr.Jeon asked him,placing a hand over his shoulder.

"Nothing dad,just... Regarding same problem,"he replied,quite unsure.

"Hmm...I won't force you,but if anything is bothering you, tell me anytime."

"Of course dad,"he replied forcing smile that Mr.Jeon surely knew of. Leaving jungkook behind he stepped ahead towards the door when jungkook called for him,

"Dad!"

and he smiled knowing his son has finally accepted to share the matter.

He turned around, gesturing his son to continue.

"Can we have a drink together?"

Mr.Jeon nodded and went to take out his favourite wine while jungkook went to get freshed up.

"What's up with you jungkookah?"the father finally asked his son,having no patience left anymore.

Jungkook gulped down the drink and kept the glass on table. It was clear that he has no clue about where to start from.

"Dad.... It's the first time I'm confused about myself, I never felt this way before,"he started as the confusion was evident on his sharp features.

"How is it possible that in the midst of a chaotic and frustrating life...my mind was at peace the moment I saw him.

I just forgot the world around me and couldn't dare to take my eyes off from that person. His everything dad_ everything makes me fall deeper for him.

You know I'm not the person to believe true love and feelings, emotions and all. But what I experienced today,what I felt_has put me in a chaos.

What am I supposed to do?"

He completed his words but his mind was still full of unanswered questions and thousands of emotions_asking for his attention and time.

"Look son,whatever is happening with you_it may be the start of the most beautiful relation of your life... but it may also be a transient attraction to something that is sparkling and perfect!

Try to sort out your thoughts about him, that's the only way to know the answer."

He adviced confidently and reassured him with a smile.

"I hope this was about Kim Taehyung,that flawless guy,right?"

And jungkook couldn't speak for good seconds listening to his dad's conclusion. He was sure he never mentioned the name,

"H-how-"

"Oh c'mon jungkookah! I'm your dad after all,"and he patted jungkook's shoulder while getting up from the seat.

"It's too late son,take rest.

I'm heading first."

Jungkook sat there for some more time,gulping down the wine as the night is gonna be so long and restless_thanks to someone....

He was now in search of his answer_just a mere attraction or the start of a beautiful journey?
