《Welcome to the Pack (Wolf oneshot book)》Wolf pups x Sibling!Wolf pup!Reader

You were a pup born to two strong Alphas. You had five siblings, all of you strong like your parents. There was only one problem, though: there was a bad sickness going around one winter, and it just so happened to be the same winter you all were born.
A few weeks after you all had been born, you all came down with this unknown disease. Only three of you survived. The other three weren't strong enough, despite them hanging onto life with all they could. That only made your parents more protective over you and your other two siblings. Since you were considered the youngest, they were protective over you as well.
Today, you were playing with your sister, Mint. She was considered the older out of all of you, so she would become Alpha one day. That meant that she trained a lot to be prepared. And, by playing, it technically meant that you two were playing Pack Wolves. "Alright, (Y/N)! I now declare you the Delta!" Mint said aloud, to which you bowed before her. "Why, thank you, Alpha!" You replied. You both howled, signifying that you were now a higher rank.
"Guys! What's going on? Why're you howling?" A voice suddenly asked as they ran up. You turned to see your brother, the middle pup, Gray. "I'm Delta now, bro!" You replied happily. He tilted his head, giving you a wolf-like grin. "Oh, really? Then, can I be Beta, Alpha?" He asked, looking over to Mint. Mint just shook her head, letting out disgusted noises as she did. "No, stupid! Don't you know that the Beta eventually becomes the Alpha's Mate? Gross!" She replied. Gray flattened his ears, also letting out a yap of disgust. That's when he stopped, looking at her. "But, dad was Alpha! Mom was just a Hunter when he declared her as his Mate! So, it technically doesn't happen all the time!"

She just looked over at him, remembering the story now. "Ohhh... that's right! Then yes, Gray! I now declare you the Beta!" You all howled once again, happily starting to play around together. That was, until you tripped over something while you were running away. You yelped as you fell forwards, feeling a sharp pain spread throughout your paw and, slowly, your leg. "(Y/N)!" Mint and Gray both barked at the same time, running towards you with panic on their face. "(Y/N), are you okay?" Mint asked, to which you tried to stand yourself up. Gray instantly went to the opposite side Mint was on, and they made sure you stood up.
"I'm fine... I just tried over something. My paw hurts, but I'm sure it'll be okay." You responded. They looked at each other, then at your paw. "Come on, sis! You can't fool us just like that! We're gonna get you back to see the Healer!" Gray declared, and the two started to help you walk back. You just sighed, but on the inside, you honestly felt grateful to have siblings that cared. "Hey, guys?" You asked aloud. They whined, showing that they were listening. "Do you think the rest of our siblings would want to play with us? Do you think they would've cared as much as mom and dad do about us?" You questioned.
They stopped, and you did as well. Their bodies tensed, and you flattened your ears. You knew you made a mistake already, considering they missed them just as much as you did. "You know what? I'm sure they would!" Gray replied, smiling widely. Mint just nodded, also smiling a little. "Yeah. Plus, considering you're the youngest, they'd probably be protective of you, as well!" She added. You nodded in agreement, perking up as you all neared the Pack camp. "Now, no more sadness! From now on, we'll hold our heads high and smile! So, how about it?" Gray declared, looking at you two.

You nodded, standing up as straight as you could. Your sister did as well, a look of pride in her eyes. "One day, we'll rule over this Pack. We might as well start acting like it, at least a little!" She replied. You dipped your head to them, agreeing as well. "We'll male mom and dad proud!" You said aloud, to which they gave you looks of happiness and agreement.
You three made an agreement: you all would make your family proud.
