"Jo..." I start as we break apart from the kiss.
She sighs and looks down at her lap. I lift her chin up, making her look in my eyes. Caressing her cheek softly.
"It wasn't professional, I'm sorry." I stop her rambling, placing my thumb over her lips.
"Please, stop talking." I say with a soft chuckle. She blushes and keeps quiet.
"I am immortal Jo, some day you'll be gone and I'll still be here. One day you'll be old and grey and I'll still look 35...Abigail left me because she couldn't deal with the stares. I'm afraid that if we start anything...you'll do the same." She shakes her head, a soft smile on her lips.
"I would never do that to you Henry." I caress her cheek softly, not saying another word.
I move in, pressing my lips against her cheek, then moving my lips to her ear.
"For the record, I'm in love with you too." I pull away to see her cheeks heating up and her lips curling into a smile.
I lean in, so our noses are touching, but not our lips. I rub my nose against hers, in an Eskimo kiss before pressing my lips to hers.
I can feel her smile through the kiss. My hand on her hip as I pull her closer and bite her bottom lip softly.
