You always had the time to help the citizens of Gerudo Town. Especially the travelers. You were Link's sister, and you had almost the same exact past as him: You were both champions, you were both placed in the Shrine of Resurrection, and you both had to save Hyrule from Ganon 100 years later.
You had to take back the 4 divine beasts, well... Link had to. You were just the sidekick, basically taking care of him and helping anyone with their quests while Link was doing the main job. You didn't care at all, you were so happy you were helping people.
But sometimes you felt as if everything wasn't ever good enough. You doubt yourself and think that you couldn't help anyone even though people praised you and they're completely fine with your work. You thought that they were just acting nice so they wouldn't hurt your feelings, or something like that. You always tried to push yourself harder.
Even though everyone was stressed about Calamity Ganon's attack on Hyrule, you felt as though you needed to be the positive one in the situation. Bearing everyone's burden was probably the most stressful of all. You wanted to make sure everyone was satisfied with the errands you do for them. Every village and town you have been to have rewarded you for your awesome work and say that you are a hero, but you didn't think that.
This time you were in Hyrules hot desert, Gerudo. You had one more divine beast to calm, and that was Vah Naboris, piloted by Gerudo legend, Chief Urbosa. You had always wanted to meet a chief of Gerudo, because even though the environment was sandy and heated, you had always yearned to visit the town of girls.
"Don't you think this is going to be fun, Y/N?" Your brother asked you. You snapped out of thought.
"Of course Link, you know I have always wanted to visit Gerudo Town. But how are YOU going to get in, that's my question." You wondered to him, which made him blush. You stopped walking and laughed at him.
"You-you might even w-wear g-g-girl clothes!" You pointed out in between laughs. Link glared at you intimidatingly. You immediately shut your mouth, and now it was his turn to laugh.
"Oh stop it. Hey look, we're at the town." You pointed to a large rocky structure basically covered in beautiful woven cloths for decoration. Beside that was a shrine with a man that looked like he was fixing on sneaking in.
Link went over and talk to the boy before coming back and telling you to go in while he went back to the bazaar to talk to someone. You trusted your brother, so you just walked in with a nod from the guards.
Inside, you found lots of beautiful gerudo women with traditional gerudo clothing. Stands for shops were set up all over, in lines off to the side. The place smelled of fruit, which was a scent you somewhat enjoyed. You walked through the town until you were met with some stairs that led up to a large room. It was probably where the gerudo chief was, so you decided to wander off and let Link come in before you traveled up there.

In a half an hour span, Link came wearing a teal two-piece outfit with golden jewelry scattered along his wrists. The top covered his muscular arms while a gorgeous mask was wrapped around his face, only revealing Link's eyes and forehead. You stared in awe, but then when you realized Link blushing you immediately laughed at him.
"Girl clothes, huh?" You snickered while Link whacked your head. You both decided to stay in the inn tonight before you headed to the chief in the morning. Well, mainly Link, but you were there to ask the chief if there was anything you could do to help out in the village. When you went in the inn, you paid for Link and you, but then you asked if the lady at the counter needed assistance, that which she said no and told you to rest for the night, and in the morning you couldn't wait to seek out people that needed help.
But for now, you rest your eyes peacefully until the morning.
-------------------
"Y/N, lets make our way to the chief." Link shook you awake. The moment you heard Link's voice you jumped out of bed, but soon your face met the floor.
"Ow... Okay Link I'm coming." You were quite clumsy sometimes, especially when it was morning. You stumbled on your words and you would trip on your own feet. This happened because of the lack of sleep. Link made you get adjusted to a schedule, but to be honest the 100 years of sleep was the best you've ever had. You walked outside to meet Link in the same outfit, but he held up a white pair of clothing this time.
"If I have to wear this, you have to wear one too. I bought this from the lady at the clothing shop. It's only fair." He smirked when he saw your jaw drop. You hated wearing revealing outfits, so you wanted to argue back.
"Link it's only because of your gender. You wear it for a reason, you're only making me wear this because it makes you la-AGH LINK STOP PUSHING ME AWAY!" You tried fighting back when Link pushed you into the changing closet.
"Change NOW!" Link locked the door from the outside, and you were struggling to unlock it.
"You know I hate you Link."
"Love you too sis!" You grumbled, then took a look at the outfit. If Link wouldn't let you out until you changed, then you would probably just get it over with, right? Plus, the people in the town would forget about you two, so if you embarrassed yourself they wouldn't have a clue. Oh well... You changed into the white outfit, then Link unlocked the door. You let yourself out and started walking with Link, ignoring his teases about you wearing the clothing.
"Give it a rest Link, we're here." You stepped up the stairs and went in, being met with a small girl sitting on the throne. Size didn't matter, so you assumed she was older than she looked. You kept admiring her beauty while Link conversed with her.

"Y/N! Introduce yourself." Link tapped your shoulder, shaking you out of your thought. The chief only laughed light-heartedly, which made you fall for her. Yes, it was like you fell into a trance of her beauty with a first look.
"Oh, um hello... I'm Y/N, Link's sister. N-N-Nice to meet you your h-highness." You bowed, but in response she was flustered. She too thought you were immensely gorgeous. She also thought it cute that you were stuttering on your words.
"Th-there's no need to be all polite. I'm Riju, pleasure to meet y-you as well." Riju tried not to stutter, but when she looked at your big E/C eyes she couldn't help it.
Link smirked at this and shoved you toward Riju. "Didn't you want to ask if you could help around here?" He crossed his arms sassily and strutted away to the side of the big structure, and to the Guard's training spot. You looked back at the pretty chief.
"Um... I wanted to ask if there was anything I could do to help around the village. I want to do something meaningful to people while Link is doing all the heroic things to save Hyrule. Basically I do anything anyone needs help with, so if there's anything I can do, you can feel free to tell me." You laughed nervously, scratching your head. Talking about helping people made you happy, but you got nervous under the chief's gaze.
"Oh! Uh, if you look around the village, you can get different quests from my people for you to help with. Then I would like you to report to my bedroom once your done. O-Only when you're free." Riju smiled at you. You smiled back, then turned around and walked away. You couldn't get the picture of her smiling out of your head, it was so intoxicating.
------------
When you were finished with helping everyone, you sat down on the bed you paid for. You wanted to help people so much, and become a hero in another way. But even though everyone loved the work you did, you couldn't help but think that they weren't satisfied by your work at all.
You stressed so much over it, and you really wanted people to actually be happy with your service. You would ball over it when Link was sleeping. You put so much weight on yourself to make everyone happy. A tear slipped down your cheek, but you wiped it when you heard footsteps and a humming Link barge in.
"I'm back Y/N! How was helping people in the village?" Link walked in with a new bow and a cool looking sickle, that which he handed to you for you to research about.
"It was okay, people seemed to like the work." Although they might not be satisfied...
"Oh, speaking of, I am reporting to Riju about my service, so please don't think I left." You smiled awkwardly when Link smirked for like the 100th time.
"Riju, huh? Well, don't keep the chief waiting, go! You're available, so I'm sure you can hook up with her." Link shoved you out of the room before you could process what he said.
"WAIT, LINK!?" He locked the door, forebidding you from barging in. "JUST YOU WAIT, I WILL KILL YOU!" You furiously walked out, but relaxed to the cool wind coming in to the town. You hummed to a tune you heard Kass playing at the stable, and you walked up the stairs. From above, you could hear a familiar voice calling for you.
"Y/N! UP ABOVE, RIGHT HERE!" You looked up to see a small figure waving their hand at you, and you quickly ran up the stairs with the guard's permission. You smiled when you saw Riju come and hug you. But she pulled back as if something was wrong. You both blushed at each other's presence.
"S-Sorry for hugging you, it's a habit." Riju bit her cheek. You smiled, and then walked into the room.
"A cute habit, though." You blurted out, but soon covered your mouth. "Uh... What did you n-need help with?" You were nervous, but she walked up to you with an ashamed look.
"Well you see, I couldn't take my eyes off of you when you came to me. And your will to help others makes me like you even more." Riju took a deep breath. "So I would like to do this to you..." She pecked your lips, then pulled back so she could see your blushing face.
"YoU JuSt dId ThAt." Your eyes were widened. "Th-That's what you needed help with?" You blushed again to see her smiling face.
"I like you, Y/N. Can we uh... be together?" Riju had no idea where the sudden burst of confidence came from, but you just nodded your head in excitement.
"O-Of course I will be yours!" You giggled when Riju jumped in your arms. But one thing still remained before you could feel satisfied. "Was my service okay?" You still needed feedback to make you feel a little better at your job.
"Oh, it was more than okay." Riju smirked when you widened your eyes, then kissed you again. This time you kissed back, and let's say Link smirked again when he saw you both sleeping in Riju's bed.

Sara's (not really) Fabulous System Armageddon, Book I: The World Ended at Rush Hour
Planet Earth, Monday, October 7th, 2019. 18:30 * * On a fateful day, during rush hour in eastern North America, Heavens and Hell crumbled and fell from their higher dimension on Earth. It came from "above" but not the same above we regard in our tridimensional Euclidean reasoning. No, it came from "above" as in from a higher dimension. Bits and pieces of those places fell on Earth from all directions, this time in tridimensional Euclidean space. Satellites, the ISS, and space debris all were wiped clean from orbit. Even those that didn't crash with the falling debris were knocked off orbit by the shockwaves. On the ground, power distribution lines were disrupted and most power facilities were left abandoned by their dead staff. Most of these had emergency shutdown routines that engaged in a few days. Some others had a survivor among their staff that followed protocol and activated their SCRAM switches, stopping the power plant. Long-distance communication disappeared the internet along with it. The world was plunged into technological darkness. Nine hundred and ninety-nine out of every thousand human beings perished immediately in the pulse of magical energy from the torn spatial boundary. Spirits were rent asunder and vanished, their fate neither salvation nor damnation, only oblivion. The criteria used for this culling was latent magic potential. It didn't discriminate against education, gender, age, or ethnic group. But of the around seven million survivors, most would meet their doom moments later. Those on moving vehicles, like the ones driving on highways suddenly had to contend with high-speed uncontrolled cars and trucks driven by corpses. Trapped in their vehicles and helpless, they became part of the long snake of crushed metal. Very few survived. Those in the air or out in the sea were alone and probably unable to control their rides. Airplanes crashed, and ships kept their course or drifted away, depending on their autopilot. Several ended their own lives in utter despair after seeing their loved ones die in front of them. Another large group would die at the hands of other survivors. Violence and aggression became the norm. Only a few sparse pockets of not-so-sane survivors managed to band together and cooperate for the sake of mutual survival. The sole survivor in a five-over-one apartment building in Georgia, a girl became the keystone to humanity's survival. Sara's fabulous System Apocalypse had just started. She has only one remark. It was anything but fabulous. * * Updates every Wednesday and Sunday.
