Since the art exhibit does not require a guide, you can walk through freely. As Cameron and Brielle walked through they admired the many art pieces that were in their presence. Occasionally stopping at displays, they would compare and point out details they liked.
Walking up on an acrylic painting, Brielle was in awe. She released from Cameron's grasp and walked in front of it. "This is beautiful."
Cameron stepped back and licked his lips admiring Bri from behind. The lighting structure from above the painting and the color of her dress saturated a glow onto her. Cam stepped up and stood beside her. "Yea? I see it doesn't have a description, so what's your intake on it?"
Bri cocked her head to the side thinking on an answer.
"Embrace." She spoke with confidence as she locked arms with Cameron gripping his bicep. Causing him to look down into her face.
"Care to elaborate?"
Bri nodded her head. "The piece was created to symbolize the beauty of black love and portray the emotion of two people caring for each other."
They both walked away and headed for the elevator. Cameron opted with taking the stairs because of Bri's heels. Stepping onto the elevator, Cameron let her go and stood in the corner taking in her beauty praying he does not mess up this time. He broke the silence by speaking. "I didn't take you to have such an eye for art."
Bri laughed. "I get that a lot but being who my parents are, growing up I didn't have a choice. They are very artistic people."
The elevator dinged and they both stepped out hand in hand. "Who are your parents if you don't mind me asking? Are they famous?"
"If I tell you, then I might have to kill you."
Cameron's breathing hitched causing him to stop walking, which resulted in Brielle to do the same.
"Are you okay? Did I say something wrong?"
Cameron shook his head and gripped her hand. "No, I'm sorry. Lets go."
Brielle looked at him strangely and followed beside him. They walked towards the host's station and Cameron recited his information.
"Okay, you guys may follow me." The duo followed the host as she led them to a booth in a secluded area. Brielle slid in and sat her wristlet to the right of her, while Cameron sat across from her starring into her face. The host placed two menus on the table.

"Your waiter will be with you shortly." Cameron grabbed the drink menu flipping through, looking for his drink of the hour.
"But if you must know, my parents are Dakari and Ashley Jones."
Cameron looked up from the menu with a shocked expression across his face, which caused Brielle to laugh. She covered her mouth and shook her head.
"You're lying."
Bri shook her head pulling out her phone, showcasing her lock screen. It was a picture of her along with her sisters as babies sitting in Dakari's lap. Bri was holding Kai while Kai was holding Keria.
"Wow. How many rings does he have?"
"Nine."
"Damn, he's almost up there with Sam Jones. And your mom, is the big-time celebrity stylist?"
"Yup." Bri spoke popping the p sitting back against the back of the booth.
"That's crazy, but enough about your folks. Do you know what you're getting?" Cameron asked which caused Bri to nod her head.
"Yes, I wish I could order a drink though."
Cameron threw his hand up. "I got it. I'll order your drink and you handle your food."
The waitress made her way to the table. "Sorry for the wait we have a full house. I am Kinsley and I will be serving you two tonight. Can I start you off with anything to drink?" She turned towards Bri.
"Can I have a Shirley temple." She turned away from Bri. "And for you sir?"
"Can I have a glass of bourbon on the rocks and a whiskey sour?" Cameron pulled his ID from his wallet and showed the waitress.
Kinsley nodded and wrote down their orders. "Would you two like an appetizer?"
Cameron and Brielle both shook their heads. "We can skip to the entree."
The duo both recite their meal of choice to the waitress. She walked away leaving the two in silence. Cameron was sitting back, legs gapped open and one arm on the table. He could not close his legs to save his life, due to his muscular thighs and another reason if you know what I mean.
"I'm glad you agreed to come on this date. I thought you was going to blow off me again."

Bri shook her head and laughed. "I wouldn't do that, and I apologize again."
"That's behind me. I just ask that if we continue this please let me know where your head is."
Nodding her head. "Wil—."
"Sorry to interrupt, but here are your drinks and I'll be back in a few with your meals." The duo thanked the waitress. Cameron waited until she was out of his sight before placing the whiskey sour in front of Brielle. She took a sip and licked her lips.
"Taste like my mamas but stronger. So, what made you pursue your major and emphasis?"
Cameron sipped his bourbon and hissed before sitting up. "My mama plays apart of course, but we used to travel a lot and the buildings caught my attention more than anything else. I think I was about ten when my school was holding a contest for the best design of a new school. I was not old enough to enter but I did any. I drew the design and won. That's when I knew I was destine for greatness."
"That's a delightful story to tell your kids one day."
"Our kids." He corrected Brielle and raised up putting his elbows on the table.
Brielle laughed and placed her hand over her heart. "Our? You are serious about this aren't you? I'm flattered."
Cameron threw his drink back, licked his lips and started at her. "You should be and yes I'm serious. I ain't playing with you girl."
Brielle blushed and shifted under his gaze. It was bold and intense.
"Damn girl! You so fine. I'm going to have to thank your parents for making you."
That caused Brielle to throw her head back and laugh loudly causing attention to draw to them. Luckily, the waitress was on her way to their table.
"Alright I have a well-done T-bone steak, cheesy potatoes with French cut style string beans along with the creamy lime chicken on a bed of yellow rice." Kinsley placed the steak in front of Cam and placed the chicken in front of Brielle.
"Can I get you guys another drink?" Cam nodded and raised both glasses up causing her to walk away. As the duo bowed their heads to pray, Kinsley placed the drinks on the table and walked away.
Brielle dug into her bowl and spooned some rice and chicken into her mouth and moaned closing her eyes. Cam coughed and thought about something else. His coughing made Bri pop her eyes back open only to be met with his big brown orbs staring at her.
"What? I got something on my face?"
Cameron shook his and chuckled. "Not at all mamas."
The date eventually came to an end and it was now time to pay. Of course, Brielle had her own money but being the man Cameron is, they argued over the hundred-dollar bill. Eventually Bri gave in and agreed to let him pay. She left an extra hundred for as tip.
"Watch your step mama." Cameron grabbed her hand and led her to the parking lot.
"Damn this you? Left find out you're slanging crack rocks instead of diamonds." The statement caused Brielle to laugh loudly.
She shook her head. "No. This is not mine, it's my daddy's and I'm definitely only slanging diamonds."
Bri leaned against the driver's side door and folded her arms across her chest looking at Cameron. "You know, I really enjoyed you tonight."
"I enjoyed you too mama. How's the moving coming along?"
She smiled and shook her head. "Stressful. I'm trying to be out my condo by Halloween or before thanksgiving."
"If you need help with anything, just let me know. Now come give me a hug so I can let you get home." Cameron held his arms open and Bri walked into them sniffing his chest.
"You smell good." She mumbled.
He laughed and kissed her forehead. "Weirdo but come on." He opened her door and held her hand as she slid into the driver's seat pushing the start button.
"Let know when you get home mama." Cam tapped the top of the truck and she pulled out of the parking lot hitting the horn twice. Cameron licked his lips and shook his head walking around to his Range.
"Yea that's going to be mine fa sho."
