《You Make Me Crazy [BangtanBoys/BTS Jungkook]》Chapter 20: I need you

2 months have passed already and I was busy studying for my exams as someone suddenly called. I was too focused on my books as I accepted the phone call without seeing the ID caller.
"Yo." It didn't take me long to notice Taehyung's voice and it was the first time I noticed how deep his voice actually was.
"Hey." I replied shortly while my eyes were still focused on my notes.
"What's up? Wanna hang out a bit?"
"Sorry, I'm studying." I replied, sighing. I just wanted to collapse and hoped the hell would end very soon.
"Just take a break. Let's not study today." He said.
"I can't. If I fail, I will be dead meat. You won't ever see me again." I responded, my eyes glued on the books. I yawned, feeling incredibly tired.
"Fine." He scoffed and hung up immediately. I was surprised about it but didn't keep wondering. My desk was a true mess with a huge pile of books. Dad was working so I was alone however, he prepared food for me since he knew that I would be too lazy to cook something for myself. My stomach started growling which meant that I had to take a break and grab something to eat.
I headed downstairs and ate pretty much everything I could see on the dining table. My love and passion for food never changes. At the time I succeeded to put as much meat as possible in my mouth, someone was ringing on the door.
As soon as I opened the door, he entered my house without permission and I was in awe not realizing what was happening now. Plus, my mouth was so stuffed so I couldn't say anything either way.
He headed to the living room and slung himself to the couch.
"Don't stare at me like this." His eyes were closed and I couldn't believe what he was doing.
After coming back to my senses I gave him a glare, hoping he would feel it even though his eyes were closed.
"What the hell are you doing, Jungkook?" I asked, my voice sounded annoyed. Just storming into somebody else's house is incredibly rude.
He didn't answer and I sighed, my arms crossed.
"Hey."
"I'm tired." He murmured and gave out some tired groans.
"Why are you here?" This time I kicked at the couch and got a bit aggressive. I mean, who wouldn't be angry at this moment, right?
"Because I missed you."
My eyes grew large and for the first seconds I wasn't aware that my body was tense.
"Are you kidding me?" I couldn't take serious what he said and tried to laugh it off.
"I'm not." He sat up and turned around to face me. "I know, this might sound stupid but it was kind of difficult trying to avoid you." His eyes looked pitch black and his expression was one I couldn't figure out.
I felt like going crazy, the thought that one person was enough to make my life so much more difficult was just scary.
Jungkook lied on the couch again, his eyes closed.
"I realized I need you."
I choked on my own spit, desperately trying to breathe. I stood right behind the couch and to my surprise, Jungkook grabbed my hand and I fell and landed on the couch, well on top of Jungkook, screaming.
"What the fuck are you doing?"

He put his arms around me which made it impossible for me to free myself. The position itself was weird enough. I lied on top of Jungkook and by the time I realized what was happening, my cheeks flushed red.
"I need you." he murmured and tightend his arms around me.
"And you need me," he paused, "in your dreams."
"In my dreams?" I repeated. The confusion grew as seconds passed. Something was odd for sure.
After realizing that I doze off while eating I shook my head in disbelief. That was one weird dream.
I continued stuffing my mouth with loads of food as the bell rang again. I questioned myself whether I fell asleep again. Like in inception. But this time it felt much more real however, I didn't know who to expect.
As I opened the door, Taehyung instantly gave me a smile. I noticed his backpack, which he wore on his right shoulder, holding the strap to support the backpack.
"Can I come in?"
"Yeah sure." I got flustered and took a step aside for Taehyung to enter.
"What's with that expression?" He looked up and down at me. "Are you not happy to see me?"
I just smiled, trying to hide the embarrassment I felt. The anticipation was definitely there. I kind of hoped it would be Jungkook. Well, my fantasies were going crazy again. Also, I have to admit that it wasn't such a bad dream.
"You insisted on not hanging out with me because you had to study," he put down his backpack, "so I thought we could study together."
"Studying together?" I repeated. Taehyung nodded and beamed.
After being able to finally eat in peace, I went to my room to bring my books as well as my notes to the living room. Not even 10 minutes passed and somebody rang at the door. I rolled my eyes and sighed, loud enough that Taehyung noticed my unamused expression.
"Is my house a kind of club?" I commented and put down my pen.
"Did someone come over earlier?" Taehyung asked, puzzled at my bad mood.
"Uh," I paused, "not really." I remembered the absolutely weird dream again and forgot that it wasn't actually real. However, today the bell at my house seemed to be attracting many people.
Jungkook stood in front of me giving me a blank expression. He held a big box and by the time I looked up at him again, I noticed him staring at me.
"Is there something on my face?" I asked.
"No." Jungkook answered shortly.
"Why are you here?"
"Because of this." He looked down at the box. "Your mother wanted me to give you this." He rolled his eyes.
"Wow how nice of you." I intended to sound as sarcastic as I could. "Is this some kind of prank or what?"
"Since when are you so delusional?" Jungkook smirked.
"Oh, shut up." I replied.
"She met your father. Apparently, my father and your father are doing a project together. This is for you and him."
I didn't know whether to believe it or not. From what I know, he can be evil.
"I don't know what's in there. So just take it." He handed me the box.
"Well, yeah thanks." I said, not really enjoying the awkward atmosphere.
"How's your studying doing?" I asked without hesitation, trying to have some small talk. I was wondering why I would even make an effort.

"I don't study." He said, trying to act cool and I rolled my eyes.
"Is everything okay?" Taehyung suddenly appeared and I literally froze.
"What's that dude doing at your house?" Jungkook asked, looking at Taehyung in disgust.
"Studying." Taehyung glared and poked me so I nodded.
"Anyways, thanks." I quickly said and wanted to close the door but Jungkook stopped me from doing so.
"You know what. I think studying together is a good idea!" He faked a smile.
"N-no. I thought you don't s-study." I struggled to speak since I tried my best to close the door while Jungkook attempted to come inside.
"W-well, I do. Now." Exactly at this moment, Jungkook got himself to come into my house. Was it even my house anymore?
The study session went surprisingly well. Probably because Jungkook just lied on the couch, watching tv while laughing here and there.
"Turn down the volume. It's too noisy." Asking him was getting pointless since I knew he would either 1. ignore me or 2. just make a useless comment about me or anything else in which I always felt the urge to hit him.
"What's the reaction product of ethanol acid with ethanol?" Taehyung asked looking at me with a serious expression.
"It's Ethyl Ethanoate, which is an Ester." I wrote down the word formula.
"Are you sure?" Jungkook suddenly spoke.
"What?" My gaze turned to Jungkook's direction.
"You forgot water." He commented.
"Was it water or hydrogen?" I murmured while looking at my notes.
"It's water. What, you don't believe me?" Jungkook smirked and I shot him a glare. By the time I looked at my notes, I hoped Jungkook was wrong.
It was indeed right.
"Told ya." His confidence increased and the proud look on his face made me so pissed off.
"Yes Einstein, good job." I scoffed.
"Jealous that I'm smarter than you, sweetie?" Jungkook raised a brow and watched me about to throw up.
What I totally forgot was Taehyung watching Jungkook in a very not pleased look.
"What are you looking at, Gandalf?" Jungkook said and earned himself to be thrown with my rubber. Yes, I was probably overreacting but the thought that he and I acted so natural after all what was happening got me so annoyed.
I didn't even know why I behaved like that and although there were some things going on between us I told myself to stop feeling attracted to him until now. Everything he had done to me was unacceptable and every normal human being would say to stop liking that dude, who hurt yourself so many times already. Maybe it was because I thought he isn't such a bad boy after all. Maybe I hoped there were indeed somme true feelings.
I came back to reality as somebody's phone rang.
"H-hey," Taehyung replied and I could hear a loud angry voice coming from Taehyung's phone scolding him.
"I know! But there was-" He stopped in the middle of his sentence in which I assumed that the quite short yet intense phone call ended.
"What happened?" I asked curious, noticing him getting uncomfortable as he scratched the back of his head.
"They found out I skipped the private tutoring." He sighed heavily. " I have to go now."
"Alright." Was the only thing I said. Honestly, I wasn't alright at all. Taehyung was the only one I was comfortable with and I didn't want him to leave me. Who knows what happens, right?
I was pretty sure as soon as Taehyung left, we probably wouldn't share even a word with each other.
"Honestly, I don't want you to go." I whispered to Taehyung, hoping Jungkook didn't hear it. He mimicked a me too but I knew he had no other choice.
"Well then, see you at school." His expression was stiff and he glared at Jungkook, who still lied on the couch hugging a sofa cushion.
The moment Taehyung left, Jungkook headed to the refrigerator. He took out the orange juice and gulpled them down. I just stood there watching him as I had nothing to say but to be dumbfounded.
"So Mr. Einstein, how about I kick your lazy ass to make you study?" I smirked.
"Or I just go back to the couch to not bother you."
"No. Instead, I offer you to help you in physics if you help me in chemistry. As much as I know you have a possibility of 70 per cent to fail." I crossed my arms, waiting for him to answer.
"Sure Mr. Hawking." He closed the refrigerator and came closer to me. "Let's do this."
"Am I a man?" I scoffed, trying to sound confident but I started to blush so hard since Jungkook was suddenly too close.
"Kinda," he laughed, "let's say you are a bit special."
Not even 10 minutes passed and we cursed and shouted at each other for being too stupid to understand what we explained to each other.
"How are you going to pass?" I shouted.
"How are you going to pass?" Jungkook contradicted. "Can't you think logically? The reactions are as easy as 1 plus 1!"
"Same goes for you!" I stood up. "Let's just take a break." I said, exhausted from the whole shouting.
I drank a full glass of milk in one go since my throat was dry as heck.
Jungkook watched me doing so and started to chuckle.
"I know I have a mustache." I said and licked my lips.
He suddenly moved forward and I tried to avoid him as much as possible until my back met the couch.
"You know what?" He said. His voice sounded so seductive even though it might not be intended. This kind of got me weak and my cheeks flushed red.
"I actually like your short temper and red cheeks." By this, my cheeks got even redder and I suddenly felt so hot. He smiled and, oh god his eye smile, was just beautiful.
We looked at each other's eyes and the way he looked at me made me speechless. He seemed so serious, maybe too serious and a little part of myself was scared. He came closer and it was too late for me to escape and I didn't remove my eyes from him.
Inches were apart between us and he crushed his lips against mine. It felt just too good and I was probably insane but at this moment I was sure I fell for Jungkook.
A/N SORRY IT'S BEEN WAY TOO LONG!! But I hope this chapter is more exciting and fun to read. :)

8 103Path of Righteousness
What do you desire? What are you afraid of? You run away from one, pursuing the other. Is that all you are? Conquer your fears. Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.
