“But still why did I get Level 8 of martial arts from the get go?Doesn’t skills usually start from Level 1 and then you level it up right.Could it be because I used to know Martial Arts from my previous life?If it is so the I should have way more skills than what I have right now.”

Allen seems to be wondering about his skills.Well you are almost about to figure it out.

“It seems like the corpse of the bunny I killed has disappeared.”

Allen seemed to have noticed the fact that the Savagehop he killed just now has decomposed already.I have accelerated the corpse decomposition rate in this world by lots in this world.And instead I have made it so that you can get drops after you have killed the enemy. This way it would be much easier to keep this world clean.

All the drop items goes directly to the person who kills the target.If it the target is a human or a monster with some kind of inventory, then all the items of the target’s inventory gets transported to killer’s inventory.

If you don’t want the item you can just sell it to the system and you will get credits.Credits are pretty much the money in this world.And you can also buy stuff from the system itself.Although there is a condition which you need to complete before you can access store.

The easiest one is that you need to be Level 10 to be able to access the system.Humans in this world are made to reach Level 10 naturally when they are about 12 to 15 years old.Although you Level up faster if you kill monsters.All the monsters you kill gives you 10% of their total accumulated XP.If you do more than 80% damage then it becomes gives 20% extra. So if you kill monsters solo you can pretty much reach that Level really fast.

A harder way is to unlock an achievement or complete a quest which has the choice of an item from the store as its reward.It is really hard to get this done so it is almost impossible.

“Oh it seems like I have gotten all the drops from the rabbit in my inventory.But how did I know that.I never opened my Inventory.”

I made the system to be like a really high powered AI,which is far superior to human so it should be easily plausible by the system.

Allen closes the Menu and shouts [Inventory].

“It looks like I have 3 pieces of [Savagehop Flesh] and 1 piece of [Savagehop Fur].I think this [Savagehop Flesh] is edible.”

“I could make a fire and cook this meat.Well if I only had knife that is”

A message suddenly appeared in front of him.

[Reach Level 10 to access the store.]

“Reach level 10 to access the store?Is there a store along with this system.Did this message get triggered because my voice actually tired to buy a knife from the store?”

Well,it seems like you are not a total idiot after all.

“But it seems like I will have to reach level 10 before I could even access this store.It seems like I will have to fight some monsters.”

“What should I do now?Should I go back to the cave.I don’t think there is any reason for me to go back there.I mean at first I thought somebody somehow saved me from dying.Which seems more ridiculous than getting transported to an other world, when I think about it.I had wounds all over my body.I had lost too much blood.There were more than 30 bullets in my body and the last shot was shot directly in my forehead.”

“I shouldn’t have tried to assassinate the president after all.I didn’t just fail miserably. I also caused the death of all my loyal subordinates.”

Come on.It wasn’t all that bad.At least some good came out of it.I mean,you are here right now.You can do whatever you want now.But still you…

“I guess its useless thinking about the past.It is not like I feel any guilt.Those men followed me to their deaths on their own volition.I guess I will just go back to the cave for now.It seems safer over there.The sun is gonna go down pretty fast as well. Maybe I will spend some time making basic tools and stuff inside the cave.It feels like summer over here so I don’t need to start a fire either. I guess I can make a raft out of these bamboo thingies and use the river to get to a city or some thing.”

Allen starts walking back to the cave.He enters the cave and looks around the cave.

“Oh,That rock looks perfect.”

He walks towards the rock and brings it over to a corner.

“I really didn’t want to do this because it makes me get tired really fast but I guess I have no choice but to use it.”

“I need to condense my chi and make it form like a blade on my hands.”

Allen concentrates his chi to his hands which turns into the form of a knife.And then he uses it to slice the rock in half. The blade disappears after that.He has a tired look on his face.

“It seems like I can still do it.”

“My stamina is at 52 SP left right now.It seems like I have lost more stamina than the system said I would.Should I try it again?”

Allen tries making another chi blade.

“Hmm.It seems like I am able to make chi blade more easily now.It came to me naturally this time.I had to really force it out the last time I made it.It seems like the system assists me with my chi blade.And this time the skill level actually started from level 1.Does that mean that my chi blade previously were below level 1.That kinda feels bad.But it’s kinda cool that I can use this properly now.”

Allen makes the chi blade disappear after he swings the blade around a little bit.

“I seem to have 49 SP right now.”

“It turned to 50.It seems like SP can regenerate even when you are using skills.”

Shit, that should be a bug.Should I fix it?

Ahh… Well,I don’t think it should matter much.This bug should only matter in the early levels.Because later on the the SP costs should reach levels which will makes it impossible for the passive regeneration to catch up.And the passive regeneration also gets weakened when you lose HP, so I guess it should be fine to just leave this bug in the system.

“It seems like I regen around 1 SP every second.Does that mean I can use chi blade for ever now.I thought I will only be able to sustain it for a minute and a half,but it seems like now I can use it indefinitely.That’s pretty lucky.”
