《Descendants: Lost Auradonian Queen》The Beginning

BELLE POV:
Sixteen years ago, I gave birth to twins, their names, Benjamin Florian Beast and Briar Elizabeth Rose Beast. Ben is older than Briar by five minutes so he has always been overprotective over his younger sister, going everywhere with her, but she didn't mind, if anything I would say she enjoyed it. They were Christened a few weeks after they were born and everything went wonderfully from then on, we finally had our own family and we couldn't be happier. But, as we all know, happiness doesn't last forever, one day my husband and I were forced to go to one of the neighbouring kingdoms on business, I couldn't help but feel worried, a nagging feeling in the back of my head that something was going to happen, something bad, but I put on a brave face for my daughter as I said my farewells, I knew that she was going to miss us so I took off the locket I always wore around my neck and placed it around her own, bending down. I was eye level with her as she rubbed at her eyes in an attempt to get rid of her tears, I smiled and placed a hand on her small shoulder.
"My sweet girl, don't cry." I wiped away a stray tear from her cheek.
"If you're ever feeling lonely this locket will remind you that I'm always here," I said as I placed her small hand over the locket. She nodded and moved closer to her brother who smiled bravely, though you could see the tears in his own eyes threatening to fall.
My husband smiled and placed a fatherly hand on our son's head. "You're the man of the house until I get back, look after your sister." Ben nodded and stood straighter which caused Adam to laugh.
"That's my boy!"

"Your highnesses, the carriage awaits," Lumier said as he opened the front doors to our castle.
"Right, let's go." Adam took my hand and began to lead me out of our home but not before I blew one last kiss to our children as they waved, teary-eyed.
THIRD PERSON POV:
The children watched the palace doors shut behind their parents and waited until they heard the clicking of hooves before moving from their position in the hall.
"Don't be sad," Ben said with a smile as he squeezed his sister's hand. "They will be back soon, Briar."
His sister nodded sadly and he desperately looked around for something to use to distract her, his eyes caught a skipping rope and he grinned, walking over to it as she watched he presented it to her and her tears were gone, replaced with a bright smile.
"Let's go play in the gardens!" he cheered and ran out, Briar not too far behind.
Their game of skip-rope soon turned into the tag in the gardens, Briar hid behind a rose bush and giggled as she watched her brother check behind another tree, her giggles soon turned into a scream of terror as she was grabbed from behind, she was pulled out from the bush as her brother turned to her and her captor wide-eyed.
"BEN!" She screamed as the person dug their long nails into her side whilst she struggled to get away. He shook himself out of his shocked state and darted into the palace as the person laughed, a high, cackling, witch-like laugh
He slid on the shiny marble of the kitchens and grabbed the first person he met, which was conveniently Lumier, his father's right-hand man.
"Briar, Maleficent, Maleficent has my sister!" He pleaded desperately as he heard his sister's screams grow louder, Lumier immediately called the guards and sent word to the royal family to return immediately to the palace.

BELLE'S POV:
I remember the terror I felt when I received the news that my daughter had been captured as it had only just happened, I re-live it every night in my dreams. I demanded that we drive back immediately and reschedule the meeting for another time, the driver didn't protest as he turned the carriage around and made the horses go as fast as they could, luckily we were only a few minutes down the road.
As we arrived back at the palace I threw open the doors and ran as fast as my legs could carry me to the gardens where a horrifying sight awaited me, Maleficent held my daughter carelessly in her arms as though she was some sort of dog, I couldn't contain the anger that built within me at the sight.
"Maleficent put down my daughter right now or else you will pay the price for taking and hurting a member of the royal family!" I screamed as tears streamed unknowingly down my cheeks. She laughed cruelly, clearly enjoying our suffering.
"And if I don't?" She asked, almost teasingly as she placed her sceptre dangerously close to Briar's head, it glowed a threatening green as we all tensed.
My anger diminished into fear as I dropped to my knees. "Just give us back our baby and we will do whatever you want just don't hurt her. Please we are begging you!" I begged.
"Mom, Dad!" My daughter wailed, the sound of her voice shooting terror throughout me.
"Don't you dare hurt her!" My husband screamed, I glanced at him to see him holding our son in his arms, the fear in his eyes just as strong as my own.
"How pathetic." Maleficent grinned. "How I love to watch you beg, unfortunately, I have a job to do and you will never see your precious little daughter ever again." Sobs wracked my body as I tried to form words "She is mine now." She hissed. "Any last words to say to your dearest girl?"
I felt the fury in my husband as the severity of the situation settled into him. "GUARDS!" He yelled, they stormed forwards in an attempt to catch the Mistress of Evil.
"I don't think so, bye, bye" Maleficent cackled wildly and vanished off in a cloud of purple smoke, taking our daughter with her.
I broke down in tears clinging onto Adam as Ben walked over to the spot where our daughter stood only seconds before. "We will find my sister and when we do, we will protect her. Okay?" he plastered a clearly fake but reassuring smile on his young face. "Don't worry, mom. We will find her." he pulled me into a hug "Guards, send a search party and look for my sister now!" He exclaimed, no one questioned him and set off to work.
THIRD PERSON POV:
They searched day and night, tirelessly searching for the princess only to come up empty-handed, there was no trace of Maleficent left at her castle or any sign that their daughter had been there either. In a fit of grief, they banished all of the evil witches, fairies, sorcerers, etc. from Auradon and onto the Isle of the Lost forever. They were left to live with the guilt that they didn't do anything sooner to rescue or prevent the events from happening. Over time the wounds healed and the princess was a memory to the kingdom, presumed to be dead. Little did they know she was just... Lost.

Magriculture (Rewrite)
When Aurum Industries announced the first Full Immersion Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (FIVRMMORPG if you're hip) Limitless Online, most people saw it as an opportunity to live out their sword and sorcery fantasies. John, however, saw it as the opening of a new and as of yet uncrowded job market. One he was willing, and eager, to exploit. Determined to make money through virtual hard work and effort, John sets his sights not on the heights of magic or the perfection of the sword, but instead upon the tilling of the soil and the sowing of seeds as he explores the wide and wonderful world of magical agriculture all from the comfort of his own bed. Disclaimer: This is a rewrite of the original "Magriculture", which some of you may have read. (To those who did, you have my deepest gratitude, it is absolutely because of your patronage and comments that this rewrite happened, and I feel the story is better for it.) That said, this story is not a complete and polished work, there will be mistakes and errors, an occasionally these errors may mean I need to rewrite portions of the story (as of this posting the story has gone through two major rewrites already, and I'm seriously hoping there won't be need of a third.) Because of this, there may at times be changes. Such changes may be as small as editing a few numbers (such as going back and changing how much mana an object holds) or it may force me to re-write entire chapters (this has happened once already, and I'm really hoping it doesn't happen again, but... life). Minor re-writes will probably never be posted here. Major rewrites probably will. Anyway, what this boils down to is: If you're looking for a fully cohesive story with few to no errors and publisher level editing, this is not the story for you. If you're looking for a cohesive plot that's more than "Man farms, man farms, man farms well, man maybe makes money" you're probably also in the wrong place, but I will attempt to entertain you anyway.

The Last Journey
A slice of life litrpg story... or is it? It's burning slow, though. Moving on: War comes with a great cost. Lives and time wasted for most part. One could either be run with sword, be poisoned, be bowed, and sometimes meet their end with just a tiny speck of wood. With magic, it becomes even more colorful. From lightning, to worse poison, to hovering rocks, to weird bladed leaves, to whipping roots, and to a lot more odd things easily reasoned with magic. A wonderful creation. But once used to something more than wonder, more than tricks to gather laughs, it becomes worse. War becomes worse. For there is not only blood to be spilled. A particular town almost met the same end. Soldiers geared with swrords and bows came with mounts. Horses burning lush grasses as it cracked boulders and the soil alike with every step. The kind that only war ones could ever do. Even strange wheeled creations that oozed danger were towed, loaded with something meant to destroy. But not once had they acted upon what such devices should've done, nor what an an army is supposed to do. Siege never occurred, as much as a command to war. No. Magic existed so a simple little fire is all the worth the town has. No sword drawn, no arrows nocked, nothing. Just some mana spent and through the ash they march. That was how Nudius saw her end. It came not even as a surprise. She didn't have the moment to fully register what occurred before she found herself in an empty dark space. Life lost, time spent. All from a fire that had not even touched her. But she knew very well that it was magic. Something she wished to have and strived for to have. Yet it seemed that none of it would matter now. Nudius was well aware of what the color around meant, of the odd situation, of the unfeeling state of her being. It was death and that was it. She didn't have to worry or dream further. Although there wasn't what she truly wanted in what death to her is, but at least, Nudius was comforted to what she believed death is. Rest. But little did she know there's something more than that empty space. It wasn't only the promise of rest, but was also more than she could ever hope for. Another chance at life. Another chance to dream. ***Tags are there just in case. You never know! Umm... HI-MI-TSU. Story blurb+: This is slow burn, quite slice of life story about a girl learning magic. All the while as she fatten herself up. So yeah, progression fantasy. But there's Litrpg! Numbers! Magic! Spells! And of course! There's something more. But read on ahead, please. Oh yes. Plot! There is, too. Disclaimer: The cover isn't made by me. Just layered it with a text. I got it from a free website, if I correctly recall. I'll see to it. (Haven't worked on it.)
