《The Parasite in Cultivator World》Return to Sect

Yu Min and his group spent the night in camp and on the next day they returned to the sect.
They didn’t have any much antidote left from Spine Snake poison as well as they didn’t have any blood recovery pills at all. Moreover, Zhe Li and Zhe Fa required help from the Doctor. Due to this they were required to return to the sect to replenish resources.
For the first day in the woods they had too many incidents for the people who got into the woods for the first time. Vu Rai has explained that if he looked for everybody much better such a situation wouldn’t happen. Additionally, he uncovered information that each Inner Disciple who is getting into the Dark Wood as curator of the group is receiving Sect Points for that. But if he fails he should compensate for the loss of his group. This was another rule of the Discipline Pavilion and it was very strictly followed. Due to this Vu Rai bought new medicine packs for each disciple and it was of highest quality. In addition, he played for the treatment of Zhe Li and Zhe Fa. Thus Yu Min didn't experience any loss.
The Dark Sky sect also had a Pavilion of Medicine. However, Yu Min never was there while he didn’t have any necessity in that. After Yu Min and Vu Rai hand over Zhe Li and Zhe Fa, inner disciples in the Pavilion of Medicine examined wounds and concluded that both brothers would need to stay for several days to fully recover. During their visit in the Pavilion of Medicine Yu Min got to know Pin Yang who was the Elder of Medicine Pavilion.
In pavilions like Alchemy and Medicine could work only inner disciples while it required work with energy which is outside the cultivator body. In some cases like the Pavilion of Knowledge there were no students at all, while it had many secrets and due to this only Elders could work in such places. Only in the Pavilion of Discipline and in the Pavilion of Forge could QI Formation students. But to become part of Discipline Pavilion it was required to be level 8 or higher. And in most cases their job was to supervise work at mines or work as receptionist or patrolling sect. On the other hand, to become part of Forge Pavilion, it was required either to have some skills in forgery or be part of the forgery family. Not many cultivators had experience in forgery and teaching this would take years. And on QI Formation realm cultivators couldn’t leave for very long, mostly till 150 years if they were getting to level 9. But level 5-6 would give only 70 years at most. Thus specialisation was mainly taken when cultivators were achieving QI Subdual realm.

After Yu Min left the Medicine Pavilion he went to his home to check the body of the Black Wolf. At home he used the ring which he got from Vu Rai to unleash body in his home. Yu Min was required to give back the ring after he would sell the Black Wolf parts. As soon as the body of the Wolf appeared on the ground Yu Min got to it in order to properly examine it.
However, when he touched the body he felt that some strange energy was ingesting in his body. But afterwards it disappeared, leaving no trace. And at the same time Parasite was feeling that his power began to grow. That energy was the remains of the wolf soul. However, due to the fact that it was in the ring for 1 day, not so much energy was left in the body of the wolf. But even that energy was enough to increase the power of parasites.
In the combat between Yu Min and Wolf emotions still were affecting Yu Min. Parasite was able to decrease the impact of the emotions, but it was not able to suppress them fully. Yu Min instincts were still telling him that he should run and it was very hard for the Parasite to command something else. Each person has their own instincts, some of them when they are terrified are trying to run, some are totally freezing and some are fighting back. For Parasite it was not possible to surpass those instincts till this moment. But with energy which was received from Black Wolf now it was more powerful. This energy allowed Parasite to put the whole mind of Yu Min under his control. In other words, there is no Yu Min anymore. There is only Parasite which is controlling Your Min body. Parasite was glad that it shouldn’t anymore spend his efforts on controlling Yu Min. Parasite sensed similar energy from the body of the hare. However, that energy was not enough for Parasite to use it for something else. This has opened new opportunities for the Parasite. Now it could sense better emotions of the people around as well as range increased at least 2. Previously he could sense and impact energy from 20 metres. However, not this range increased to 50 metres. As well he could affect more than 2 people at the same time now. It could be around 5-10 people depending on the emotions which should be strengthened. In the forest it would allow Parasites to feel the presence of other creatures much better, which would increase its chances of surviving in Dark Wood. But the best new ability which Parasite gained was to emanate any emotions which Parasite wanted to see in the minds of others. Of course the higher the cultivator realm is the smaller would be the effect. Currently he could affect with this ability only cultivators on the QI Subdual realm.

That was good news for Parasite, but still the body of the Wolf can give more benefits. First of all Parasite brings the container in order to drain the blood. While a wolf was poisoned it means that blood is still poisonous and it is potentially possible to sell it. Using the tools Parasite as well has taken skin from the wolf. That part was very well described in the book which Yu Min was reading several weeks ago. It was not the best work which Parasite has done, but it could say that it was not bad as well. The last part was meat. The amount of it was big. Due to this Parasite wanted to leave only 1/10 and all others it would sell. Meat of the Wolf had much energy, but the host body was not able to eat all of it before it expired. Due to this it was better to sell it.
When Parasite got to market. It was able to sell wolf pelt for 8 points while it was not in the ideal conditions. And for meat it received only 2 points even if Parasite delivered almost 30 kilograms. The problem was that meat was poisoned as well and due to this it required antidote in order to get rid of poison. However, Parasite was not able to sell the blood of the wolf. The Disciple on the market suggested going to Alchemy Pavilion to check if they can do something with it.
After Disciple paid for the wolf pelt as well as for 10 hares Yu Min got 11 sect points. And then he went to the Alchemy Sect. At the Alchemy Pavilion he quickly found a receptionist and went to him.
“The blank to fill are lying on that table” - After a quick glance Inner Disciple directed the parasite to the table where there was a big stack of paper.
When Parasite checked the paper he understood that it was blank for the cultivator who wanted to participate in the experiment. It was asking different questions about age, cultivation, parents, injuries or health issues etc. Even if the Dark Sect was carrying about the disciples and were trying to save as many of them as possible they didn’t take the disciples freedom. If disciples want to try him/herself in an experiment it is the only cultivator choice. Rarely, but disciples were abandoning the sect.
Yu Min got back to the Inner Disciple and explained to him that he is not here to participate in experiments, but he wants to check if something could be done with the Wolf blood. Disciple quickly checked the Wolf blood putting his energy in it and told that it is possible to separate blood from poison. They would take 20% of poison for such a type of work. And Parasite agreed for that. In half an hour the disciple came back and provided 8 vials full of poison. Parasite was glad because he could get so much poison. With that one he returned to his home.

"His name will never be sung, son. Skalds and bards like me will never tell his stories to the mass. But only us and us alone will keep telling his story, his actions, his saga. For he is the man who started all of this." This is a story no man in Lumenter will ever hear, no man except for an Arnesen, for his stories are dull and generic to the ears of the masses, except for us, because he is the very reason why our people traveled this far east, why kingdoms in Erisgi fell and rose, why I... even existed in the first place. He is Geir, son of Arne, called 'the Stranger' by the people. But what he truly is, is a fiery red heart that beats inside every Eyklandian, Arnesen, and me. Part 1 - Killing Roar: When Perry was blessed with a platypus beast soul, he thought his chances of joining the village guard were over. No one had every heard of a platypus. It seemed like an obvious prey soul, given it wasn't in the village's records. Only the strongest could be part of the village guard. He thought that would never get the chance to defend the village from the spike feeders, the deadly creatures jutting out with hazardous spikes haphazardly all over. Only predator beast souls were given the requisite training and allowed to join the village guard. Perry just didn't meet their criteria. He was also wrong.Soon Perry will live out his wildest dreams and more, as he scales the rankings of beast soul mastery, fights innumerable dangerous spike feeders and solves mysteries related to the origin of beast souls and spike feeders. And maybe, just maybe, he'll even get to join the city guard. Genre-wise, Mortal Mewling is a GameLit story (light on the GameLit) focused on action and adventure. The Gore tag is there more as a precaution, rather than a promise to keep producing gory words. Mortal Mewling is a bit of a slow burn in terms of start, scale and capacity of the protagonist. Book 2... has now begun! Updates Monday and Thursday
8 210Fortuna Verto
A girl’s luck changes when her world changes upon itself, sending her back and forth between a world she knows and another that shouldn’t even exist. Working with her parallel self from that other world, the two must adjust to their alternate form when visiting the other’s world, as they search for a way to escape the chains of misfortune they are bound to. While this story is the conclusion of the trilogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, as the world of Celese itself is no longer a place the characters will be journeying through. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for all previous books, in case that matters to anyone. This book has an additional chapter after the final chapter that represents the trilogy conclusion, and should not be read until all three books are read first. Fortuna Verto continues the events of Essentia Animus to advance society into a sci-fi interpretation of Celese, bringing events to a distant world of another star. At the same time, events interpret a real-world advancement into a similar sci-fi age of another planet that shares Earth’s galaxy, a planet that has also been linked by the Celesi Veil. English remains predominant in both worlds of the story, but the presence of both sides makes certain Aethyx terms stand out, while Earth-styled scientific terms will also stand in a powerful contrast. Instrumentation remains an important aspect of the Elemental Era, but the influence of the gift has grown distant after discovering the superiority of the elements. Harnessing the elements had eliminated some of the original limitations of instrumentation, allowing for a self-sustaining focal source that provides solutions to problems such as automation. This turns the development available from the previous modern-day sense of a fantasy to one that is deep-future. Finally, opening access to the passage across the veil will open this progress in comparison to a very similar deep-future parallel world without such fantasy elements, contrasting the laws of physics with the laws of elements in a convergence of time and space.

It's been hundreds of years since the Three Empires collapsed. Hundreds of years since belief in gods died out, and cults became the mainstay religions of Caloria. On the lone, warring island of Kylinstrom, most have turned their worship from the heavens to the world, though some yet worship strange beings and powers beyond their own. Cedric Castelbre felt the same. But now he may have no choice but to believe in gods and demons; Serkukan, the Great Red One of Etheria, has fled his own plane, seeking refuge... And it was within the boy's mind that he found it.
