“Phila, come on! Revert back!” said Ella, poking Phila’s goopy substance with a pencil.

“Would you quit doing that? She’s turning red again,” said Sahara, grabbing the pencil out of Ella’s hands and snapping it. “She’s been like this for hours!” Dian sat down next to Phila.

“Phila, please, we can’t help you if we don’t know what’s wrong,” said Dian, stroking Phila. Phila remained goop.

“Amethyst is working on a solution that will force her to solidify,” said Garnet popping her head in the dorm. “Good thing we don’t have classes today.”

“I just realized I don’t need a potion,” said Amethyst, putting her hand onto Phila. “I can phase change-- I forgot. Funny how I use my actual power less than my abilities,” Phila’s goo started to shiver as it morphed into Phila’s human form, complete with black hair and Gothic makeup. She started crying into a pillow.

“Aw Phila, now can you tell us what’s wrong?” asked Nadia. Phila shot an angry glance at all of them.

“It’s Chad. He’s obviously the murderer.” said Phila before reverting back into the goo.
