I know not everyone has photoshop so I downloaded Picsart and I made a cover for you (a very bad cover) I haven't made a cover in forever and I'm so used to Photoshop. The things I do for you guys I hope you learned something from this :))))
FINISHED COVER
1) I opened up this 512X800 blank white template thing so I know the dimensions for the cover
2) I put the wallpaper on top and sized it to cover the whole white template
3) I decided to do the title first because picsart doesn't let you use layers so it was a little difficult
4) I then put my character, I used Holland Rosen for this. I set it to screen/overlay. (Ignore the fact that the title isn't there it's just because I messed up the first time)
5) I added the puppy filter on her. I used the cutout feature to remove the white and make it a PNG. I also added my watermark.
