《Rosa Perri Gilbert》Chapter 15

"Perri we just wanted to say goodbye," Elijah said once the three brothers got to us.

I looked at them suspiciously, "You guys are leaving? Really?"

"Yes we have some matters to attend to back home," Nik answered.

"But not to worry darling, we'll be checking in from time to time," Kol said smirking at me.

"I knew there was a catch," I mumbled, sighing slightly.

Soon enough the Mikaelson's left, making me let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in.

"Sooo, back to the Prix," I said wanting to the change the subject asap.

"Oh yeah! So they're calling us back early..." Sammy began rambling on about the Prix de Fonteyn but my mind was elsewhere.

I feel bad about leaving Mystic Falls, especially for leaving Jeremy and basically running away from my problems. But I really do not want to deal with the 'elemental' thing until my 18th birthday.

A few days pass. Kat finally returned from her trip with Myles, which apparently ended in a disaster. Once she got to the house we immediately left to find Sammy.

"But he's Myles Kelly, Kat," Sammy said for the 100th time, "Who gets sick of him?"

"Even you Samuel, the 14th time he complains about no one taking him seriously, even you," Kat said chuckling at him.

I just rolled my eyes and laughed slightly at my friends. Soon after Tara and Christian waling up to us holding hands. Tara, Kat and I were quick to embrace each other in a bone crushing hug.

"So how long did the 'just friends' rule last?" I asked them raising my eyebrows.

"Uh yeah who caved first?" Sammy asked.

"He did" "She did" Tara and Christian said in-sync. Great so they're gonna be one of those couples. *internally sigh*

"Second year wow," Tara said gazing at the Academy.

"Did anyone ever think we'd make it this far?" Sammy asked. Kat grimaced awkwardly at him causing him to apologize.

"No, no, its fine," she said, "Really I'll come visit you guys and it'll be just like old times."

"Good," Tara said giving her a sad smile.

"Alright we bette get going," Sammy said. We said our goodbyes to Kat and the four of us walked in, greeted by the craziness that is the Academy.

I found out I'd be rooming with a new girl named Grace. But when I got to my room there was no sign that anyone lived there besides myself. I shrugged my shoulders and forgot about it for the time being.

The Academy was putting on a performance, it also included a few principles, but we all had a part as well. Uncle Sebastian was choreographing, and he asked if I wanted the lead in private, I declined so instead he gave it to Tara. Don't ask me why I didn't want the part, after all there would be Prix judges in the audience, but I just didn't want to do it.

My friends and I had put together a small beach party reunion. Well there was only the six of us so I wouldn't exactly call it a party. But oh well.

Abigail had been acting very out of character. She was being nice, like scary nice. It's weird, and honestly I'm scared for all of our wellbeing's.

Right now Sammy, Kat and I were sitting on the beach talking. Christian and Tara were being all lovey and coupley in the water. And Abigail was building a sand castle with a little girl. (I'm telling you I must have stepped into a parallel universe).

"There are 300 girls in my year," Kat said snapping me out of my thoughts. She was talking about the new all girls boarding school she was gonna start soon, "I need to do something to make an impression."

"You'll stand out Kat," Sammy said.

"You could walk in the first day wearing a panda onesie with a tutu," I suggested. Kat shoved me playfully while Sammy just laughed at us.

Sammy then stood up taking his shirt off, "Well come on, this is meant to be a reunion," and with that he ran into the water. With Kat, Abigail and I not too far behind.

Soon enough it was the day of the performance. Since Tara walked out on Ethan during rehearsals (theres a whole lot of drama between those too, yikes), Uncle Sebastian gave the solo to Grace. Grace, my roommate who I have barely spoken too.

Long story short Tara told Grace she only got the part 'cause Ethan wanted to prove a point to Tara. And Grace ended up being an incredible dancer.

Oh! And Kat got her tongue pierced. I bet Aunt Tash loved that.

Abigail is no longer peppy and sickly sweet, and I'm kinda happy about that.

The Prix IS being held in Sydney, which is hella exciting!!!

Crazy first week...

Finally! It is the actual first day of classes! Grace is still MIA but I can't worry about her now. I got dresses, did my hair, grabbed at breakfast bar and my bag and headed to class.

We all stood excitedly in front of Miss Raine waiting for instructions.

"Welcome to second year," Miss Raine said with an actual smile on her face. But the smile was short lived, "You are no longer new and the same allowances will no longer be made. In second year, there are no second chances. Girls you're staying here with me this morning."

"Gentlemen, I'm Zach Andrews," the new teacher said, "you're next door with me."

Once the boys left we started at the bar. I noticed the door open again and Grace walked. Miss Raine greeted her and brought her towards the front of the bar. I know for a fact Abigail did not like that.
