《Guardians : Awakening of Athene》Chapter 11: Guardians (Two)

Blue sky, white clouds. The ocean tides raised against the ship as the wind breezed through Alice's silver hair. She stands on the passenger's ship as they travel through the water. The rabbit dances around as he happily sings with his new friends.
"Hey, Sarah, what do the Guardians even do?" She turned her head to the loli as she places her hand on Sarah's head.
Sarah's expression pouched, "Well since you are a guardian now, might as well tell you. Eric come over here!" Her voice travelled with the wind.
Eric fools around with the rabbit, playing and dragging him by dangling his carrot. "Come on buddy, hope on." He tilted his head pointing to his left shoulder with a gentle smile. Lancelot jumps on and lays beside Eric's head. He stands himself up and walks towards the rails of the ship.
"Well, Alice you see, there is a long history, but today. The Guardians are basically governments' pets. We serve the government and we do their business. Police officers with abnormal and overpowered powers." He sighs.
"Back then, we were messengers of God. We fought aside them, defeating evil and saving justice through the war between demons and gods. The demons had monsters and corrupted humans joining them and the gods had us. Eventually, we won the war, but the cost was too great. Therefore, we formed the Guardians protecting normal humans who survived and suffered throughout the world war." Eric sighs, once more.
Alice looks into the blue clear sky. "Why me..."
- Three hours Ago -
The black heavy gun points directly at Alice's head with the words, "I assumed you join" reaching her ears. The pretty face withdrawal and lifted his gun, placing it in his gun holder at his belt.

He gently smiles at Alice, "Hana, get Alice a uniform and Eric, get her an iBracelet." He turns his body heading to his room, "oh right, if you ever reject, the rabbit gets roasted." He turned his head and smiles at Alice. Before moving on to his bedroom carrying the rabbit with him.
Hana approaches Alice, with a lovely angelic smile she invited Alice to their locker room. Inside the locker room, it looked nothing different from fitness centres locker. She reaches into a storage box with the tag, "Katherine". Hana pulls out a guardian uniform with some black panties. "These are Katherine's clothing, she's also one of our members. Sizes are similar... try them on after you shower." She happily leaves the locker room to Alice as she walks out towards the lobby.
Alice enters the shower room, she undresses while she stands barefoot on the cold hard tiles. She throws her clothing outside and closes the curtains. She turns on the heat, as the water showered upon her. The hot water poured down and aligned with her hair dripping to the floor. Alice places her hands covering her face as she sighs with her head rising up. "What have I got myself into..".
She turns the water off and grabs the uniform. She dresses and puts it on, discovering there was no bra. Her face turns red once more, "Are they all perverts..." She cries without tearing. She approaches and enters the lobby room.
Her silver long hair reached her waist, the black long sleeve uniform fitted her perfect except for the fact her breast was enlarged. Mini-skirts revealing a bit of her black panties, leggings and black laced boots followed her footsteps.
Her golden right eye enlights the room with her beauty enchanting the atmosphere. Kiva stares at her with a gentle but smirky smile. "Perfect." He walks over and whispers into her ears again. "Come to my bed. Tonight." His charming but cold voice embarrassed Alice, making her shy away and facing downwards with her eyes.

"Stop messing around!" Hana jumps out, smacking him with a paper fan. "We got a mission, dungeon seeking." Hana explored her iBracelet and pulls out a map. "Maze of the Unspoken Ogre, she points on her map.
"It looks like we need to cross the sea. First, we need equipment and healing items. Second, we need a ship. And third, we need a team more than us." Eric points it out.
"Why don't we just fly over" Sarah argued with her childish voice.
"There isn't a place for us to land, there is a storm above the maze. Which is one of the reasons that they sent us Guardians instead of adventurers." Hana explains. "Also, remember, this mission is to pay off the price for destroying the train and the main entrance." She looked at Sarah and Eric with a gentle but deadly smile.
The flying platform landing on the docks of Saria, the nearest human city. "Alright guys, go do some shopping and Alice follows me." Kiva's voice echoes through the lobby as he walks out to the human city.
Alice follows Kiva, as he grabs her hands, pulling her towards her body. He lifts her and carries her with both of his hands. Placing Alice on his chest like a princess and told her to hold tight with a gentle smile.
- Tempo Rise - Kiva chanted. A blue light lifted the weight on his body, as he leaps throughout the city, jumping on roofs and buildings gliding himself with the wind.
"Where are we going?!" Alice shouted in the air.
Kiva leaped through another building, the coldness of his voice disappears, instead, it was filled with emotional regret. "Somewhere, where you will understand your mother more.".
"Yukie, I promise I will bring you back." The silent voice disappears with the breeze of the wind. Which made Alice, heard none of it.

The Grey Realm, an Erebus Story.
Written by: Staugroan and The Inklets. Edited by: Claudia Adams. In the beginning there was a god, who watched over and made one world his own. Soon after the god grew restless, but happened to stumble on a small world filled with life. This world was named Erebus by its peoples; humanity. The god was so fascinated with this new world that he started to copy it back home, creating oceans, forests, deserts, and so forth. Then the god created life and eventually his favored creations who would be immortals and be the better of mankind in every way-the elves. So often the god had traveled to Erebus that the two worlds became linked by magic and their inhabitants could cross at will. Relations between the races flourished, and a great empire was born in the Grey Realm, home of the elves. But the god once again grew restless, and set loose great beasts that stood at the top of any food chain, the apex. At first the elves met the challenge and fought them head on. But mankind was not so lucky, they died in droves to push back even a single apex. Something had to be done. Elves and man worked together to begin sealing off the worlds to protect mankind, to limit the ways in and out to better fight the apex off and keep their fellows safe. The ritual had adverse effects the likes of which neither the elves nor man could predict; the sealing of the worlds started slow, but the magic had never been done before, and in their ignorance it spread to completely cut the two worlds off from one another. It ejected the apex, and other magical being back into the Grey Realm, saving Erebus. At first the elves were content, they would find a way back once the apex were dead and gone. But the seal had done more than keep Erebus locked away. The powersource of the seal was magic itself, from both worlds, and it consumed it all greedily. The elves, weakened without their magic, crumbled into ruin, and the apex were free to hunt the other races of the Grey Realm. Two-thousand years later a strange phenomena is occurring and magic is slowly returning to the Grey Realm, and tears open that allow passage to Erebus. Thu'lain and a few elves must make the journey to fallen kingdom of the elves Anosora, in the hopes of reclaiming what was once theirs. They must face their nemesis the apex, and survive not only the species that have turned against them, but a terrible being left behind by the god to kill even the apex. Uch'l'thein, the faceless terror.
