Foreword: A New World
This is a series told from the perspective of a beta tester named "Markus Reeves" whose goals are not immediately known to the reader explicitly. There will be clues hidden throughout this volume as to his goals and how to achieve them while also keeping in line with the theme of this multiverse.

Volume one-titled "A New World"-shall center around what happens when things are not immediately understood and the consequences of ignorance. Video games are fun, but what happens when you are involved in a game where to rise up from the ashes of a world ravaged by war lives must be taken?
Friends and allies are never going to be easy, but there will always be dark days ahead.
Meanwhile in the real world, the System Integration is looming over the world and the only way to survive the initial stages is to not lose your head. Literally.
Five times the world has suffered.
Five different iterations where the result is the same.
There will be a sixth.
This time-however-will not be like the others.
The Heralds are coming and gods shall descend where legends must be forged.
Revolution is coming and it only needs a igniting spark.

I'm by no means a writter, I'm doing it purerly for relaxation and to keep myself busy. As a complete amateur please constructive critisim ONLY, I'm a bit of a perfectionist so i might die from too many negative comments :P lol. A certain sky captain gets involved with an illegitiment young princess of an alien race, conspiracies drive them together and his crew to uncover the dark secret behind the lost sector of their history. Will they fall into despair as everything is taken from them and is the little princess who she really says she is... Ps: It starts a bit slow, I felt compelled to start by building the world and characters without rushing into the action. Upload speed I'm thinking 1000 words a week ish until I get ahead and might do two extra uploads per week sitting at around 1-2 chapters a week. Enjoy :)

And then, there's the giant rat, the plague of the sewer and the tavern cellar. But they're nothing but a petty annoyance, right? Right? Wrong. Giant rats multiply like wildfire and mature very quickly. Unlike rats, they can very quickly exceed their available food supply and start hunting for human flesh the moment that nothing else is available. A hungry swarm, unchecked, can eat a city alive. But not if The Ratter has anything to say about it.
