I never understood why YouTube had a dislike button.

Like it was necessary for someone to shove the fact that they don't like whatever this is right in your face.

Necessary? Of course not. Human nature? Not that either. Normalized toxic behaviour? Sounds about right.

But of course, it's not that big of a deal?

Nothing's that big of a deal as long as you can talk it down.

Make everyone see it as mundane.

Instead of wrong.
