because you didnt like being called fire: god i can't even explain how i feel about fire. it fascinates me, always has. i could spend hours staring into a flame and be completely mesmerized throughout all of it. the pull and the push of an open flame remind it that it can be blown out at any moment, but it doesnt. fire is vulnerable, but it is no less powerful, no less beautiful than anything else in this world. fire gets a bad rep, it is critical and necessary, beautiful and dangerous, and we all owe our lives to it
