Day Three.

Verse:

"'I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back." Philippians 3:12-14

I love this verse! I really relate to the beginning of it. Because I am no expert. I am not perfect. I have made many mistakes. I still struggle with depression, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and bipolar. Currently I am in a lot of pain: physically and mentally. So yeah, I am not perfect. But what I do know, is Jesus.

It has taken me many years and lots a therapy but I can finally say that I have a very good relationship with Jesus. Our relationship isn't good because of what I have done, no! All Glory to God because without Him, I wouldn't even be alive. Because of God's goodness and His grace, I am alive and I am living for Him.

I don't know what you are going through or what you have been through, but I do know that God loves you and He just wants to help you. You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to pretend in front of God. God knows your flaws, mistakes, and everything about you. But He still loves you and wants a relationship with you.

One of my favorite speakers and authors named Jordan Lee Dooley has a saying for her company and that saying is: "your brokenness is welcome here."

God is saying: "your brokenness is welcome with me."

God loves you and all your brokenness. God loves you just the way you are!

Go to God and I promise you, you won't regret it!

Prayer:

Dear God,

I am running into your arms. I don't have everything figured out but I know I need you. So please wrap your love arms around me and help me. I want to be close to you and I want a good relationship with you. So please help me build a good relationship with you.

I thank you for all my many blessings and for Your Son.

In Jesus's name, I pray, Amen!
