《The Bride of Gojo Satoru》Fluff Chapter

"Mommy," Naozumi ran up to me and Gojo as we were watching tv. His fluffy hair bounced with his body. It looked like a bird's wings trying to fly. My adorable angel.
"Yes, sweetie?" I asked, wondering what he wanted as I made room for him to sit on the couch with us. I was in Gojo's arms to relax and possibly sleep in. These days I'm drained being awake with triplets growing inside of me.
The tv turned off.
"What about daddy? I'm here too!" Gojo exclaimed, feeling butt hurt that our son ignored his existence.
"It's because he likes me, and he's with mommy all day and everyday while you're at work." I teased, poking fun at Gojo's feelings.
Naozumi's big yellow eyes had curiosity swimming in it. I wondered what he wanted to ask as he sat right beside us. "Mommy, daddy, how was I like when I was a baby?"
After a few days being discharged from the hospital, our son was 10 days old but he has not cried once. He was so quiet that it scared me. I knew newborns sleep a lot, but they would make some type of sounds to indicate whether they're hungry or not. However, from Naozumi... he would only make grunting noises.
Standing far from the crib, I grabbed Gojo's arm as I stared at him with concern filling my watery eyes. "Honey... I don't think Naozumi is okay. Something must be wrong. The only time he cried was when I pushed him out of me and that was it. Now he doesn't even make a sound."
On Gojo's face, he didn't seem scared whatsoever. He looked so calm and collected as if it was normal. "You worry too much! Our son is completely fine." Gojo casually said with no sweat rolling down his forehead compared to mine. "He has my genes—"
"But you aren't even quiet! You can't stay quiet for 30 seconds without popping off!" He really brought in his genetics to say our son is quiet because of that reason? He's hilarious. That's the most absurd excuse I ever heard of. "This isn't a joking matter. If something is wrong with our son and he doesn't live long, I'm fighting your ass! Because I did not hold your child for 9 months to get this type of bullshit!"
A couple of months rolled by and I didn't have to worry anymore as Naozumi learned to babble and cry. He was the happiest and joyful baby I knew and loved. >
Smiling to myself as I still couldn't believe my baby had grown up, I wiped fake tears from my eyes. "You were such a sweet and good baby! You never really fussed which is very surprising because most babies do, but you were an exception."
Then Gojo chimed in with his airhead comment, "Because of my genes that's why."
I glared at him, still wondering why I'm carrying his children or even liked him in the first place. I won't lie but I know I can pull any guy. If I were single, I would pull the riches dude in Japan— Kambe Daisuke.

Naozumi's eyes softened as he stared down at my rounded belly and leaned his head in. His tiny ear was placed against my stomach, trying to listen if he could hear his siblings move or talk. He's so adorable. My hands ran through his white hair, ruffling it to give it some volume and texture. Naozumi's going to be a great big brother.
"You can't deny it, honey. I know you detest me hearing that phrase. But remember! Naozumi learned how to sit up when he was 3 months and learned how to walk when he was 7 months. What other factors made our son a genius and a fast learner? Me, obviously!"
If looks could kill, Gojo would be six feet under already.
"What was my first word?" Naozumi asked.
Gojo and I exchanged a sad look because it wasn't the traditional word a baby would say first. It broke us into pieces and left us defeated.
< Flashback
Gojo and I were sitting in front of our 13 months son at Megumi's house with his sister.
It was the time for our son to learn how to say mama or dada. I'm determined for Naozumi to say mama because he's been home with me for his whole life. Gojo has been working his ass off to make money but I know it doesn't tire him out. He's the strongest sorcerer after all.
"Nao, say mama! Ma-ma"
"No, say dada. Da-da!"
Naozumi giggled with his chubby cheeks as he just smiled like the little Angel he was. His big doll eyes were just staring at us. It's like we were entertaining him while he refused to not blabber anything.
Me and Gojo were literally competing with each other. We both wanted to hurt each other's pride if our son says mama or dada first. I am 100% sure that Naozumi's going to say mama from the times we share together. I spend more time with him than Gojo. I'm over here nursing and raising my baby while Gojo's nagging about how my boobs were his first. He asked for a baby yet he's jealous that Naozumi's taking his place.
Megumi, who was 10 years old at the time, stood behind us as he watched us buttheads. "What if he doesn't say mama or dada?"
"We will keep on trying!"
After minutes of me and Gojo trying to tell Naozumi to say mama or dada, our son declined to say it. He giggled, flapping his hands out to mock us in our failure.
"Hmph." Megumi grunted, seeing this obstacle easy. "Nao, say me-gu-mi." He chopped his name into syllables to make it easier for a baby to say it. Megumi looked neither confident or on edge. It seemed like he wanted to join in to see if he could get a reaction from Naozumi.
Naozumi smiled with his eight front teeth showing as he opened his mouth...
Gojo and I clung on to each other, scared that our son's first words would be Megumi than mama or dada. This will shatter my heart if it is. Gripping Gojo's arm tightly, my heart raced in my chest. Every beat felt like an eternity. No sound was coming from Naozumi's mouth. It hurts to wait and listen. The anticipation grew...

"...gumi!"
A wrecking ball hit our bodies as our spirit left us.
"Gumi! Gumi! Gumi!"
We lost Naozumi's first word to Megumi. >
"Megumi..." Gojo and I said in bitterness, still feeling salty about it till this day. It really should've been one of our names. I feel betrayed.
"What?! I said big brother's name?!"
Gojo rolled his eyes, pouting as the past refreshed his memories. "You totally did... Megumi beat us to the punch."
I sighed, shaking my head. "I know. I hope our triplet will say mama or dada this time..." Out of the three babies, one of them should say it. They have to say it.
While Gojo was busy having his mind occupied by his thoughts, Naozumi tapped my arm as he signaled me to come in closer which I did. He whispered in my ear, "How was daddy like when I was growing up?"
I gave him a nervous smile. Gojo wasn't the best but he tried. "Oh... that's a story..."
I came back home from grocery shopping and walked into Gojo using a vacuum sucker on our 13 months baby. There was a curious yet devious smile planted on his face as he watched his son's reaction.
Vrrrrrooooom!!
When the sucker touched Naozumi's upper arm, he made a terrified face. It's like he saw the scariest thing on the planet. It shook his soul as there was no one to protect him. His golden eyes crinkled downwards as his mouth opened. Naozumi's face contorted in sheer fear, letting out a big screech.
"WAHHHHH!!" His cries were louder than the vacuum, that's how horrified he felt.
My mommy instinct told me to beat the living hell out of Gojo. How the hell was he going to treat our son like that? How was it so funny to see him cry?
So I grabbed an apple from the paper bag and threw it at Gojo's head for being a bully.
TONK!!
Or when he played hide and seek when Naozumi was 3 years old...
I came home one day from hanging out with the girls to find Gojo frantic. It's like his life was hanging by a thread, and when he sensed my presence, he put on an act which made me really suspicious. Beads of sweat were rolling down his forehead, his eyes were shifty, and his hands were fidgety. Something was up and he wasn't going to tell me.
The house was too damn quiet for having an active toddler running loose in the house. Especially at this time—1:30 in the afternoon—Naozumi should be up and making a loud mess. He usually napped at 12pm or 3pm, never at 1.
"Where's Nao?" I asked in a stern tone, pressing more pressure on the nervous Gojo.
"Haha... Umm... About that..." Gojo stepped back from me to protect himself from my fury. He knew if he stayed close to me, he would be burned alive and he still wanted to live another day.
He whispered his guilt brimming in his heart and soul because he knew he was dead meat. There's no way of pulling him out when Gojo planted himself there in the first place.
"WHAT?! YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE NAOZUMI IS?!!"
Gojo explained to me that he lost Naozumi and couldn't find him. They were playing hide and seek. Gojo was counting on our bed as Naozumi went to hide. Somehow, after counting up to 100, he fell asleep without having a second thought about our son.
"Satoru, you have one job at home! And that is to be a responsible dad! Nao could be anywhere or on the streets, or worse... kidnapped!" Who wouldn't want to take our son for ransom?! He's born from the two most powerful sorcerers in this world.
Just when I was about to have a fight off with Gojo, our little boy magically appeared walking towards us as he rubbed his tired eyes.
"Mommy, why are you yelling?"
My heart and soul were relieved from seeing my son in one piece and in the house. I ran over to him, scooping Naozumi in my arms as I kissed him on the cheek. "Hi baby! Mommy was worried sick about you. I couldn't find you in the house so I yelled at daddy for not watching over you." I glanced back at Gojo who looked away from me. He knows he's in big trouble.
However, being the kind and gentle soul Naozumi was, he used his power to prevent me from pouncing on Gojo later. "Mommy, it's not daddy's fault. I fell asleep hiding underneath my bed." He wrapped his arms around my neck, pulling me in as he murmured. "I asked him to play when daddy was tired. It's my fault. I'm sorry."
Hearing that from Naozumi made my heart ache. He's so sweet and considerate of others. How can he do that? It's okay to be selfish and let Gojo take the blame since he's an adult. "Alright my sweet baby! Do you want ice cream? We can get ice cream together? Let's cheer you up!"
"Yeah!!" >
"He learned. We're both learning how to be good parents, but your dad is kind of...weird." I gave Naozumi funky eye gestures because I did marry a total weirdo.
"But you married me," Gojo retorted, feeling offended by my words as he strapped my back to his chest.
"Yeah because I didn't have a choice."
"Mhmmm, but you still fell in love with me." Gojo swooped in and peppered my face with kisses while Naozumi just sat there on the couch with us. Then after 10 kisses to the face, Gojo decided to call his students so Naozumi could play with them. "Sheesh!"
"SHEESH!"
"SHEESH!"
Kugisaki and Yuji came walking in, dragging Megumi behind them. Megumi looked so miserable. Through his deadpan expression, I know he's wondering why he was here. I don't blame him. It's not his fault.
"I gotta delete social media off his phone...!" I whispered to myself.

Time And Thoughts
This a book is where I freely express and convey emotions and my thoughts about topics. It's a place where I spend my TIME putting my THOUGHTS into words in hopes of helping someone. I've written these poems in such a way, so that my viewers can derive their own meaning from them. For me as a person I tend to feel more comforted, when down, by listen to music or reading poems, in which the poem or song is hopeless and gives off the feeling of the protagonist being bluntly hurt. In my poems I write without words of encouragement, but instead comfort the reader through understanding and allowing them to feel.If you ever feel the need to talk to someone or want to know the meaning of one of my poems or just wanna say something feel free to comment or private message me.Please enjoy and be comforted by my book.Highest ranking:#1 poems#1 poembook#2 poemcollection#2 poem#3 poetry#3 poetrycollection#5 sadpoems#5 thoughts#8 emotions#13 freeverse#17 hopeless#20 feelings#24 sadness#36 depressing #44 updating#56 life#70 sad#87 poet
