I blink and we’re in the courtroom. Ursa stands in golden chains, unable to move with a thick stick in his mouth, smoke comes from his mouth with every deep puff. Why is this all so sudden? Dad looks down at him, "Ursa, what information do you have for us Angels?" He starts chuckling, "Everyone here dies by five sunsets." I shout, "You mean just-" Dad nudges my arm under the desk. I shut up and stare him down.

Dad shouts, "Ursa, for your crimes, you are to cease to exist. Any last words?" He exhales a ring of smoke and smiles. "You're all fucked." He breaks out his chains, drops the stick and snuffs the fiery end with his foot.

Dad shouts again, "My judgment still stands!" He laughs as his body inflates, "Funny!" He runs towards Dad. This is all wrong!

A sword of metal stems from my grip as he pulls a black blade. A sword from nowhere? Magic?! He zooms towards me, but Dad jumps in my way.

He bleeds and then he falls. I shout to everyone in the room, "Kill him, now!" I cleave at him, but he just kicks me into a wall. I get to my feet and iron's on the air. My vision narrows to a crooked smile, blood dripping from the ceiling, his sword, the desks. My grip shakes as I raise my sword. This can't be real! Please tell me this isn't happening! My teeth clench as I charge, then slice at him, he disappears. What? How'd he?!

"I left myself open for a reason." I turn around and slice, but his voice echoes in the room. He laughs, "I am your own shadow." I look down and my shadow smiles, then waves.

I stab at him as the doors burst open-

"Dad!" Tesyn covers her mouth with wide eyes, Ursa smiles at both of us, "Enjoy your last 5 sunsets." He walks out with a smirk, passing us both. If Rhoxeus died in one blow, what chance do we even have? This whole time, the demons waited until we inspired hope in each other. There's no way we can kill them.

He waves to me and shuts the door. Tesyn shouts, "Dad!" She runs over to Rhoxeus, lying cold on the floor. I pinch myself harder and harder, Why?!

“I know you all can do it- I've seen it, it's beautiful, to die for.”

This is all too convenient. Did he- Did he kill himself? A deal for our lives? What did you do?
