Takumi's eyes widened up, he saw dead bodies lying everywhere in the restaurant. Kuruka's eyes widened up too.
"W- What happened here?" Takumi asked to himself, as suddenly a man walked away from the counter, it looked like he walked from a stairway.
Takumi instantly aimed at the man.
"Freeze!" Takumi shouted, looking at the man.
The man turned instantly, pulling out a machine pistol, he pulled the trigger but his weapon defected. Takumi pulled the trigger too, firing a bullet through the man's head.
Kuruka was in shock, as he instantly turned to Takumi.
"When did you learn to shoot such kind of weapons?" Kuruka asked, in pure shock.
"I don't know, you just aim and fire." Takumi said.
They both jumped over the counter, looking at the man. There was a small door which leaded downstairs. Takumi could hear more people downstairs. Takumi grabbed the machine pistol and gave it to Kuruka.
"There is still a group of people down here… Don't lower your guard." Takumi said, walking downstairs.
Kuruka nodded, as they both walked down.
Before Kuruka even had arrived downstairs he noticed Takumi looking at an odd place.
The first thing Takumi notices is a boy with white hair, instantly charging him with a knife. The boy swings the knife, Takumi leans back and dodges. Takumi then follows up with a punch in his chest.
The boy's eyes widen up, as he collapses on the ground.
"Idiot… Can't you see I have a firearm?" Takumi said to the collapsed boy.
They both continued walking, grabbing a bag, and filling it with the supplies they could either use or sell.
"Let's not waste too much time, we'll grab what we can and get the hell out of here..." Takumi said.
Kuruka nodded, but he was distracted. He noticed a cool pair of glasses, and remembered what Anne said…
You would look good with glasses...
Kuruka wanted to grab it, but he wasn't sure…
"Oi, Kuruka!" Takumi shouted.
Kuruka turned in shock.
"Y- Yeah?" Kuruka asked.
"What are you doing? We gotta go..." Takumi said.

Kuruka let out a non-relieved sigh.
"S- Sure… Let's get out of here." Kuruka said, as he followed Takumi to the exit.
They both ran out, and the first thing they notice was a motorcycle drive in full-speed. On the motorcycle were Nokado and Ukato, they both showed their thumbs up, as they continued driving back to the Apartment.
After a while, the range rover arrived in full speed too. Kuruka and Takumi ran to the car, opened the door and jumped in.
"Go go go!" Takumi shouted.
Rikishi slammed his feet on the gas pedal, driving way past the limit. Before they knew it they had arrived back at the apartment.
Ukato happily opened the door, as they all bursted in the room with laughter.
"Yeah!" Nokado shouted happily.
Rikishi grabbed bottles of alcohol and gave it to everyone.
"For our first successful mission!" Rikishi said.
"Kampai!" They all shouted at the same time, as they took a huge sip of the bottle.
"Ahh~ So… How much did we make?" Rikishi asked.
Kuruka walked to the bags, as he showed everything.
"We got six assault rifles, two sub-machine guns, three bulletproof-vests, A hell lot of drugs, A bag full of Yen and a damned motorcycle." Kuruka said, laughing.
The others laughed too.
"This must be worth 100.000 Yen, I am pretty sure." Nokado said.
"True, it must be worth a lot." Takumi replied.
"Hell yeah, let's bring it to them." Nokado followed up, as he grabbed a cigarette and started to smoke.
They all grabbed the bags and headed out to the office…

A group of four people ran through the restaurant.
"He must be here… We can't let him die..." One of them said, it was a girl with blue hair.
"Got it, boss." Another man said, he had blonde, long hair.
"Oi, don't get to pumped up, there might be still people left." A man replied, he had red hair.
"If that piece of shit died, I'll make those people pay." Another man said, grinning. He had brown hair and a bandana on his head.

"All right, let's find him..." The girl said, as they all walked downstairs…

Everyone's eyes widened up.
"H- How much… Did you say?" Takumi stuttered while asking.
"25 Thousand Yen in total..." Akurai replied.
"B- But with this much drugs?" Nokado said, looking at the three bags full of drugs.
"You thought getting 10 Million is this easy or something? Get over it and do another mission..." Akurai replied cold.
Takumi tried forcing a smile, but out of frustration he turned his back to him and walked to the door.
"Let's get out of here… We've heard enough..." Takumi said, as he opened the door.
Everyone walked out of the door, and Takumi shut the door.
Akurai grinned.
"Those idiots… Do they really think getting a debt of 10 Million is so easy?" Akurai said.
"They all remind of that time… When Matteo was here..."
"Matteo… You mean my father?" Kirakuma asked.
"Yes… That dumb man once tried to convince us to rob a military base for weapons..." Akurai said, as he started to laugh.
"...We thought he was joking, but he ended up going alone..." Akurai said.
"What happened next, did he chicken out?" Kirakuma asked.
"...No… Instead of that he came back with bags filled with weapons, he had sneaked in and stole weapons worth 1 Million Yen." Akurai said.
Kirakuma's eyes widened up.
"H- How in gods name did he get that many weapons!?" Kirakuma asked, shocked.
"That was common for Matteo… I didn't know much about his past… But a lot happened to him..." Akurai said.
"... If our clan was famous, he would've had black market bounties on his name." Akurai explained.
"Matteo was a madman… Someone with no mercy and no sanity, but at the same time he was really friendly… His emotions were flying everywhere." Akurai continued.
"Akurai?" Kirakuma asked.
"Yes, Kirakuma?" Akurai replied.
"Do you maybe know where my father's grave is?" Kirakuma asked.
"Hmm… I do… But I never go there…" Akurai replied.
"Why?" Kirakuma asked.
Akurai let out a sigh.
"... I still hate his guts..." Akurai mumbled…

"Takumi, my son, could you go to your room for a second?" Matteo asked, looking at Takumi.
Takumi nodded, as he walked upstairs.
"Why are you here… Akurai?" Matteo asked, turning to him.
"I have come to get your teeth..." Akurai said, grinning.
"You mean these?" Matteo said, showing his teeth.
Akurai's eyes widened up.
Matteo's teeth… They weren't sharp anymore.
"What the… What did you do..." Akurai mumbled.
"I got rid of them..." Matteo replied.
Akurai walked up to him, grabbing him by his suit.
"Why would you, idiot!" Akurai shouted.
"I don't need them anymore… I have something more important." Matteo replied.
"What… What is more important than getting rid of your parent's present!" Akurai shouted again, holding his suit tighter.
"My family..." Matteo replied.
Akurai's eyes lightened up.
"I told you… When I become a father… I will no matter what protect them..." Matteo explained.
"Even if it means getting rid of my only left bond with my parents... or my clan..." Matteo followed up.
Akurai slowly let go of him, taking steps backwards. As he realized-
"T- That means-"
"Yes… I am officially a family-traitor..." Matteo interrupted him.
Matteo walked up to him, laying his hand on Akurai's shoulder.
"I think you know what to do..." Matteo said, smiling…
Akurai realized something…
His smile…
He was forcing it…
- - - - -
"What should we do now?" Kuruka asked.
"We have to continue doing what we did last time… We just have to keep earning." Ukato replied.
Tado looked at everyone, but someone was acting odd. Takumi was smiling.
"It's fine… We'll earn it in no time, don't worry." Takumi said.
Tado noticed...
The smile on Takumi's face...

Life is a game, with intrusive microtransactions.
Life is a simulation. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging we are just a part of someone's dream, lines of code existing to give purpose for some machine or anything, but why would this unknown entity add microtransactions in it? Maybe because that way it can wake up faster, by consuming parts of it's dream, until... well, who cares about an unknown entity that has nothing to do with this particular story?
