《trust is venom》truth finally revealed but... what?

"Here he is again…”
A man in marine’s uniforms sighed and looked down. In front of him, sitting against a wall on the deck. This man had the same uniform beside his epaulet. While he had three stars on his, this man had five of them. He was younger than him and everyone under his order but still was the highest officer.
“Admiral, are you writing again?”
The man quickly looked up but returned at his paper as fast.
“Yes.”
The old first went next to him and took the paper. As he began to read it, a frown formed on his face.
“Again with you MC absent story? Indian, dragon, knight… Do you know how frustrating it is for the one that read your story?”
The young man smirked and kept writing.
“It’s exactly why I’m writing it this way. Just imagine when I finally reveal the MC or the MC absence. It’s not like anyone will read it anyway.
“I’M READING IT! And your last story frustrated me so much that I had to go to the gym room to punch the bag!”
The young admiral slightly laughed and stopped writing.
“We have the strongest ship ever made, four main turrets able to destroy a village of 100 000 souls in one volley, a dock with tank, jeep, attack and transport helicopter and more importantly a DCA and radar at the top of the technology. Yet, they sent us far from the front line.”
The old man sat down, putting the paper on the desk and looked at the ship from the window.
“Kanan, you know why we are here. We don’t have enough men to spare on this ship and even if the two of us can fully operate it thank to the new tech they put on, they won’t use it and wait for the right time.”

The young man frowned and put down his cap, revealing the face of a young man with an almond face, green eyes and black hair.
“It’s all about politic… They know they need to use this ship but the “good” guy can’t use such destructive power…. They are fucking hypocrite, they know we are the only answer to our current war yet they won’t use this ship….”
The old man closed his eyes and waited, usually he would rant but this time he just used one sentence. It really was unusual.
“Anyway, I won’t complain since I can use my free time to write…”
The conversion ended on such comment and the two men simply sat in silence, one writing, the other watching the sea and enjoying the wind.
The time went on and both of them went to sleep when the night finally came, activating the guard protocol.
~the same night~
*Tweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*
“Nghhh, what the fuck….”
As he slowly woke up and got dressed, a pale window opened in front of him.
[Enemy fleet detected, requesting shipmaster for main weapon firing]
So it’s finally time..
He pressed on the transparent panel and spoke.
“Open the targeting window and map viewer, full report on the enemy fleet. Wake Olivier.”
The panel disappeared while he walked to the deck and new windows opened. One with the turrets
status and aim and another with the surrounding area map.
[first mate castel is on his way to the deck, next directive?]
As he sat on the ship master chair, he organized the windows and listened to the report.
“Thank you Lyze, make sure to keep the infinity energy generator stable”
[Understood sir.]
[Report on the enemy fleet: two cruisers and one submarine, two minutes before reaching the firing range.]

“How strange, they should know they stand no chance against us, why would they….”
He couldn’t finish his sentence, from where the fleet was supposed to be, a violent flash of light appeared and the three signals disappeared and a nuclear mushroom appeared.
“They didn’t dare….”
Olivier came on the deck and looked at the sea, spotting the explosion.
“So they broke the taboo.”
Soon after, two more flash appeared.
“Lyze, report on the event.”
[ten nuclear explosions detected on a radius of ten kilometres.]
[Trying to contact the headquarter]
[No answer, second try]
[No answer]
Kanan looked at the explosions and hit the desk.
“Those bastard… Lyze, connection to the satellites and report on the world state.”
[Done, nuclear explosions spotted on the whole world. Main city destroyed, Presence of plasma explosion on small city and village, radiation on all the continents.]
Olivier sat and leaned his head.
“My wife … haaa…”
He fell on the floor, a hand on his chest. His face was red and his eyes bloodshot.
“You won’t do that to me old man. Lyze, bring the medic robot.”
[The robot won’t be here in time. Recommending direct cardiac massage from ship master.]
“Alright”
Kanan put his hand on Olivier chest and began the massage after taking off his clothes from the spot he was massaging.
“Don’t die on me old man.”
[Vital signals falling dangerously.]
“shit shit shit”
He tried to accelerate.
[Vital signals disappeared. Subject deceased. Cause: hearth attack. Waiting for the nurse robot to cremate the body]
He sat on the chair next to Olivier corps and stared at it.
“Old man… I told you it was a bad idea to stay in the army with your problem… not that it would have been better anywhere… “
“Lyze, take control of the turrets, authorisation to fire if needed. I need to sleep. Today was …. eventful “
[Understood]
And I thought my situation couldn’t get worse…
He went to his room and sat on his bed. As he took off his uniform and boots, he thought on what to do next. Since he had a food creator and a water maker, je could stay on this ship without problem regarding this and the maintenance robot could keep this ship floating for hundreds of years. As for the energy, the reactor was one he made himself, it is a plasma reactor able to recycle the heat created by the energy consummation to make energy, strictly speaking, a generator with infinite energy.
Since the turret use this energy to fire, it would need to recharge after firing a dozen time. The vehicle docked in are also using this energy and can travel two thousand kilometres before needing a refill of energy. Truly this ship was a cheat but since the material needed to make it was rare they could only make one.
[Admiral, multiple nuclear warhead incoming. Impossible to dodge. Requesting order]
“Let them come. It’s not like we can do anything, it was a pleasure lyze, I only regret my inability to make you a sentient being.”
[It was an honour admiral]
The warhead reached the ship and exploded.
“What the?????????”
