Damn, already 40 readers, it makes me shy somehow and five follow, I’m getting dizzy :9.
Just so you know, I’m a fan of plot twist and this story (as I have already prepared everything) will be full of it. You may think you understand how I will start it but you’re so far from the truth …. My mind is like a broken mirror, you can try to put the piece together but in the end, I’m the only one that know the place of each pieces (I think).
Thank you all, here goes chapter 3.
Human~ so arrogant, full of themselves
Near the house of the knight, the dragonkin was listening to their story. While he had the appearance of a child, he was two hundred years old. Look can lead to mistake.
As if we could disappear, the strongest race of this world hmpf…
He retreated in the forest and sat in a meditating pose at the base of an old tree. His elders sent him in the human country to investigate a sudden surge of power. Something they only experienced when the human tried to summon a hero.
Every time, it would end in a gruesome fight against the human army and their hero. As hero, it means overpowered human, a human with so much power it was ridiculous. The first time the human did so, they suffered enormous loss and had no choice but retreat but after that, they also summoned their own hero.
The situation became complicated, when their heroes fought, they destroyed everything around them. Even the humans were not fouls, if they won with so much devastation, it would be the same as loosing. After the second “holy” war, they asked for a cease fire and a conference. The beast men elder accepted and so they met. It ended with a treaty of non-interference.

While they upholder theur part, the humans took some liberty and they had to deal with the human slaver. When they confronted them with this problem, they claimed it was the beast men fault and insulted them. Angered, the elder then made the choice to kill every human unmarried to a beast man or beast woman on their country and throw them in the sea.
The humans took that as a declaration of war and began to prepare for war. The elders sent him here to see if they finally summoned their so called hero.
For what I saw and heard, they don’t have enough mana yet, maybe ten years or twenty who now…
The dragonkin stood up and throw a stone on the ground, a portal appeared and he went past it. The portal than disappeared and only the sound of the wind and animals could be heard. On top of a tree, a crow was watching the scene with interest. When the portal completely disappeared, the bird flew to the ground, grasped the stone and flew away.
~~~~a few month later in a human school~~~~
“Master did you found anything about this new tribe?”
An old man and his disciple were searching through old books in an old library.
“Nothing, no trace of them anywhere…. How could we miss such human…”?
Since the explosion of energy a few days ago, a few knight had been dispatched in the whole country to found anything they could about it. Somehow one of them had been to the northern part of the continent because of some merchant swearing to have seen human stronger than everything he ever saw. His mission lasted two months and he reported strange event.
On his way, he saw a group of people, probably nomad, travelling. What troubled him was their way of speaking. He never heard such language and the way they were dressed was also strange. While their women were covered with clothes to keep warm with the cold weather, the men only had some kind of pant and war paint of them.
He observed them a few days and was about to leave when he saw a slaver caravan stop and prepare for an assault on those people. He thought they would be killed since the slaver had more than 200 men and they were fifty at most but what happened next surprised him. One of the “savage” went down his horse and howled. His whole body got covered in black fur and he became like a wolf beast man. The only difference was his height which was taller than the beast men and the way it happened, when he transformed, the knight swore he saw a woman, no a goddess, embrace the warrior.
When the transformation ended, the savage warrior took a strange looking sword off his horse and jumped in the slaver men. It was a carnage. He killed them all while his people simply watched while talking incomprehensible language.
The massacre took only five minutes to end. When all of their enemy died, the man that transformed, went back to his people and went back to his human form. They spoke between them a few hours before going farther to the north.
The knight was surprised. The few days he observed them, they were peaceful, hunting and fishing, he never thought they could be this strong.
When the king heard of the report, he sent more men to search for this tribe, if he could somehow add them to his army, he would have a trump card that could maybe realise with a hero. Sadly, the knight found nothing, no trace and no tribe, as if they disappeared in thin air.
They thought the knight lied but story of hunter meeting them by accident farther at the north proved the knight story. A clan of “human” living like beast men and stronger than them. The king made the order to found them no matter the cost and bring them to him, peacefully or forcefully if necessary.
Thus, the search for this strange tribe began.
Or should he use it on his vital organ, so that he became the manliest person in the world? While he was imagining things, suddenly his ears felt pinched. "Ouch!"
