《The Prime》Chapter 21: Gravity room and Explanation about External Physical Cultivation

The next day Emea and Emia are standing in front of their dormitory waiting for someone, shortly after Kaguya came, the three went towards the training rooms zone which is located behind the academy two arenas. Shortly after the three arrived there, Kaguya still has two days unused from the reward she got when she became the final victor of the mock battle.
In front of them is a big building stretching so far, at least 500 meters long. The huge building looks like a snake wanting to bit on his own tail, to put simply the whole thing looks like a circle but with missing part to wholly form a full circle. Emea, Emia, and Kaguya passed through the missing part they arrived at the center of a giant building, entering a room, going to the counter in the middle of the room to register. Having finished registering they choose their respective gravity rooms they departed after.
The gravity rooms are located at the other end of the big building, shortly after they arrived the twin got the number 4 and Kaguya number 5, they entered their respective rooms.
In Room number 4, when the twin entered they stopped in their tracks because it was like a huge stone was placed on their heads stopping them in their advance. The gravity present in the room is only one time more than the world gravity but because it's was their first time using it, they must first adapt bearing the weight. They first tried to advance but the weight was too much because they start feeling nauseous, their heads start spinning, their stomachs churning and their bones creaking under too much weight. They waited for some time before start advancing step by step under the constant pressure, they are sweating but bit their lips they continue advancing slowly, little by little because of the constant pressure the bones in their bodies got destroyed and reconstructed themselves back but this time they became more resilient to bear the pressure.

Like that they continued advancing slowly step by step, on the fiftieth step they felt like the weight is more bearable they decided to rest before continuing, what they didn't know is that, It wasn't the weight who become more bearable but it was them who adapted to the gravity because they had they first body refinements, the bones in their bodies advanced from the normal mortal's bones to bones slightly different from that. If one were to name this type of training, one could call it external cultivation, to put it simply the gravity rooms are used to help you transformed your body, in a body fully capable of wielding your full mutant power longer and not feel too strained physically.
What most people don't know is that powerful physicals are paramount to how much power you can wield even if you're not Strengthening type mutant. If one may say, the major difference between mutant and mutant beast is that mutants know only how to handle their power, but do not know that they must have powerful physical accompanying that. That's how they can fully display the maximum of their mutant power. Mutated beasts on the other hand knows that they must have powerful physical to display their full mutant power. It is said that some mutated beast like to stay under a waterfall to train physically, some suffers constant lightning strike to do it, some, even more, craziest constantly bump themselves against a mountain to do it. Well, it is true that the mutant beast was born more powerful physically than mutants, but they also trained themselves to be that powerful physically in case of not being able to display their mutant power
The external physical cultivation can be classed in three levels known as:
✓Beginner Level
✓Intermediate Level

✓ Master Level
Each level is divided into three: mainly Early, Middle, and Peak. It is said there is another level beyond the three called Ancient Level, at that level just with the swing of your arm you could shatter mountain, divide ocean in two without using your mutant power. Well, it's only speculation because nobody is at that level physically in the world, or it's unknown. Each advancement to the next level added five percent to your overall mutant power, meaning at peak master level you got an increase of fifteen percent overall, it's rather a good thing because it can decide the outcome of a fight between two equal mutants.
Emea, Emia, Kaguya, and Leon are in the Beginner Level. The twin continue their intensive training for three days without rest, Kaguya departed the second day after finishing using her two days, she went towards the special training rooms to use the one day gifted to her by the twin. At the end of the three days, the twin managed to advance to middle Beginner Level while Kaguya advanced to peak Beginner Level like Leon, this shows why the Gravity room is more sought after by the students because it can help them to rapidly advance in their external physical cultivation.
Emea, Emia, and Kaguya came back to their dormitory, on their way back they got many infuriated looks because of their external physical cultivation advancement, the twin became more slender, more beautiful, more godly. Kaguya is also the same not losing too much when comparing the three of them now. Tomorrow will be a rest day, maybe they will go shopping and touring around the academy.

Cutting to Life: an NPC LitRPG (Battle Royale)
Nikola is an NPC in The World of Wills, a video game where players can feel sensations as if they were truly there. She leads a life of bloodshed and murder - that is, until one day she wakes up sapient. Just as she begins thinking real, non-scripted thoughts and making connections, she and the players in the game are told that if they die in the game, they die in real life - and it's time to get killing. But what of Nikola, the emerging AI consciousness? How does she win in a game that can only end in her being wiped from existence at the end of it all? - Updates Mondays and Fridays. Cutting to Life is a slow-burn LitRPG with a villainous (later anti-hero, or maybe still villainous, haha) female lead. It's told from the perspective of Nikola, an NPC within the World of Wills who's become sapient and is now mysteriously able to play the game as a PC. It's quite light for a LitRPG, but the system and stats become more of a focus later when Nikola herself can access them. The story gradually builds into a Battle Royale where the players' lives are on the line (if you die in the game, you die in real life), and only one party of savvy adventurers can win. They'll have to spend their time and stats wisely as dungeons promising rare gear float down from the sky - but is a legendary sword worth killing someone for, knowing they'll stay dead forever? - This story is told in third person, past tense.- This is a slow-burn LitRPG that spends a lot of time establishing its setting and characters, because I believe this will make for a better payoff in the end. As such, the Battle Royale doesn't start until chapter 30 or so.- Chapters are anywhere between 800 words and 3000 words long.- Book cover by Vixeona.Cutting to Life is also being posted on SPB and Scribble Hub.Thank you sincerely for reading.
