Arthur decided that he needed to disable its movements somehow. Only then he can strike a finishing blow to it.

So Arthur faced the bear beast face to face. His grip on his sword was firm and his eyes focused.

When the beast swung it's claw downwards to strike me, I used the second strike of the [SIX WORLD DESTRUCTION SWORD ART].

"Please work...please work...please work…"

The second strike deflected it's attack right back at it. It's like the power behind this attack was reflected right back inside it's body destroying it's organs from the inside.

"It worked!!!"

It cried In pain loudly. Also it lost most of its fighting strength. Now I can finish it with my sword.

So I walked towards the wounded and exhausted beast slowly. My breathing beginning to stable a bit. I was most tired and out of breath after using the second strike of the [SIX WORLD DESTRUCTION SWORD ART].

"Phew..Sorry,pal. I have no enmity with you. It's just a bad timing. Rest in peace. "Saying that I stabbed it in the neck and severed it's spinal cord. Finally I killed the beast.

Killing the beast I dropped down to the ground. It was so nerve wrecking experience for me. I am still unharmed even fighting for the first time thanks to the [SHADOW WALKER] Skill.

But as scary as this fight was I also learned my weakness. This fighting showed me that fighting dumb monster in the shade is my strong side but the same cannot be said for intelligent people or monster. Cause they might figure out my ability.

Also if there is no shadow,Then I am at a disadvantage. If we were fighting in a open field where no shadow can be found it will all come down to a head on clash. I am still not that good of a fighter so for some time I want to avoid frontal clashes.

There is also another problem that showed up in this fight. That is, I don't have any way to fight from a long distance. So I need to find a skill that helps me close in the gap between me and my enemy or somehow make the enemy fight a close combat with me.

But whatever the way I have to fix this condition. Otherwise I might die even without knowing again.

Getting up I checked my surroundings. The beasts body itself was a treasure. But the most important treasure in its body is the beast core. It stores the beasts life energy which warrior and MAGE absorbs to increase their cultivation level.

The beast was as strong as low tier apprentice warrior or magician. So it's life energy is quite low.

The stronger a beast is the higher the quality of its beast core. Higher quality beast core contains richer and purer life energy.

So I took out the beast core from it's chest. Then stored it in my system inventory.

Then I was about to leave the place when I heard footsteps coming from the cave. It was light footsteps but I still increased my vigilance.

When I saw the thing that came out,I was finally relieved. It was a girl of my age. Her eyes are blue and her blonde hair is shoulder length. Her figure had boyish charm. Her feminine parts are still growing which could be seen from the slight bulge around her chest.

I was relieved because it isn't another beast but then I doubted why a girl was coming out of the cave and she looked unharmed except her dirty clothes.

I immediately became vigilant. I was ready to attack at anytime.

"Who are you? What are you doing here?"

"I-i-i am not an enemy."

"How did you come out of there?"

"Where!?"

"There.in the cave. Did the beast not see You? How are you still alive?"

"Ah,umm,actually there's a mini crack in the cave, I decided to hide there and wait for the beast to leave so I can leave safely."

"Show me."

"What?"

"Show me the spot so I can see whether you're telling the truth or not."

"Ah,You don't believe me. I am telling the truth."

"I'll believe when I see it. Now show me."

"Hey, don't shout at me."

"Can you stop talking for a second?"

"Ok..ok.."

Then the girl proceeded to show me her hiding place. It turned out there is indeed such a place. It has a narrow entrance so the beast can't enter the space. But it isn't that spacious. Barely two people can move there.

So her story checks out. Now I am curious what is she doing here.

"See,I told you. You were suspicious of me for nothing. How can I be a suspicious person."

"Yeah.. yeah.. So tell me what are you doing here alone?"

"Ah,I am here to find my brother. My brother is an adventurer. He came here to complete a mission. But hasn't returned for two days now."

"I am really worried about him. He is my only relative in this world. So I took the risk and came here to find him."

"Then I was chased by some weird monster and ended up here."

"Oh,looks like you had quite an adventure. So what are you gonna do now?"

"Of course,find my brother. I can't go back without him."

I was really feeling bad for the girl. I am pretty sure her brother is dead. If he was alive then it won't take so long to return. But I have the worst luck of all,as I have to tell the bad news to this pitiful girl.

"Ahm,I am Arthur.What's your name?"

"My name is Lena."

"Oh,that's a cute name,Lena."

"Thank you."

"But I have bad news for You,Lena. "

"What!?"

"I think your brother might be dead. After all,it has been two days if he is alive,he should have contacted with you."

"No that can't be..possible. My brother must be alive. He may be struck somewhere like me or in danger. I have to find him."

Lena was agitated by my words. She was acting unnaturally.

So I offered her my advice. I told her that I could help her looking for her brother. But only if she listens to my command and we will stop searching for her brother after today and she will also accept her brothers death if we can't find him today.

She wasn't really happy with my condition. But I patiently tried to make her understand the situation she was in. That she needed my help and it is no good to die trying to search for her brother.

I also told her that her brother would also be unhappy if she throws herself in danger for him.

After coercing her for a while like this she finally listened to my plea.

Then, we started roaming the mountain together to search for her brother who in my opinion is definitely dead.
