"Otherworld? What do you mean? Anyways, I'm Jio, and I really appreciate you helping us back there; thank you, sir," Jio let out.
"No need to say thanks. I was supposed to say 'thank you' to you since you saved my family in a small town of ours three months ago, and I've been looking for you ever since."
"Guess we can call it even then," Jio happily said.
"My family means a lot to me; today, I swore to be your brother," Jio stops Cloud before he finishes his sentence.
"Hahahaha, calm down, Cloud; you have to swear to my sworn brothers and sister if you want to call me brother," Jio let out, scratching his head.
"Then I agree," Cloud answers without hesitation.
"Their names are Aera, Mickey, Dino, and Kiba," Jio said.
"I will find them and do as you wish!" Cloud declares.
Jio confusedly looks at Cloud and asks, "Do you know those people?"
"Hahahaha," Cloud laughs as he looks away from Jio in shame.
"It's Aera Midas, The Angel of Dawn with Mickey Chenn, The Perverted Monkey! Dino Strong of Blood Tribe with Kiba Dragon who killed the Barbarian Tribe's Chieftain."
"..." Cloud realizes that the people Jio is affiliated with are the people who contribute something significant to the war.
*Jio, The Reaper that the Blood Moon Cult fears, of course, he knows those people* Cloud thought.
Jio takes Jon out as it morphs, but Cloud shouts "Mimic" and shoots once. Luckily Jio dodges the bullet, and the group looks at them.
"Sorry, guys were just testing something!" Jio shouts to the group, so they don't need to worry.
"What the fuck? You're lucky that I survive that; what do you mean by Mimic?" Jio asks Cloud why the hell he shot him; he could have died.

"Sorry... I thought I saw something from my past. My previous world," Cloud said in his defense.
"It's okay. You have a weird soul weapon. Can I look at it?" Jio curiously let out.
"It's called a sniper gun; it might be the 1st one here in this world," Cloud proudly said.
Cloud gives his soul gun to Jio, and Jon devours the weapon. Cloud thought that his sniper rifle is gone forever because he shoots the wrong person. Jon spits the weapon back to Cloud after Jio finished checking all the inner and outer components.
"So you telling me that your 'Sniper Rifle' is a common weapon back in your old world?" Jio asks.
"Yes! I'm happy to get this second life... Just like anime, but I don't really watch those, so I dont really have the idea," Cloud let out as he smiles and continues, "Life is life with slightly different world rules like magic and era if you ask me."
"I see, so no magic. Humans adapt, invent and survive!" Jio said.
"You're the first person who believes about my old world... I'm happy that you listen," Cloud happily said.
"Well, that's thanks to my parents!" Jio let out as Jon finally fished, morphing to a sniper rifle.
Smooth and slightly glossy black sniper; better looking than Cloud's soul gun.
*It's better than I imagine* Jio thought
"You should check your gun; I added some improvements!" Jio said and smiled, "Just a drop of blood, and you will see what I mean."
After Cloud puts a drop of blood to his soul weapon, he can feel the added ability and happily tries the upgrade.
Cloud personally designed the bullet with fire magic to propel the projectiles to the enemies. He also puts a slot where he can put a magic stone to the gun and utilizes the energy from the stone. If he chambers a fire stone, the soul weapon becomes a fire thrower.

His weapon's upgrade is the ability to absorb the energy around him and shoots that energy at will. He can also use the power he gathered to the bullets before it discharges out of the gun's barrel.
"Did you like my gift?" Jio asks.
"You just made my soul weapon to a rank S!" Cloud happily let out.
"Glad to hear it, S rank?" Jio asks.
"Thank you, Brother. It's my system—it's how I rank any weapons," Cloud answers.
"Find the rest of my sworn brothers and sister to make it official!" Jio let out.
"Will do, brother!" Cloud answers and part ways.
When Jio requests to leave the group, the leader looks at his record and can not figure out why Jio De Spirit can do whatever he wants, no matter the circumstance. The leader approves his request since he can't let him stay even he needs more people after the ambushed.
*I mean... His the The Reaper, make sense* The leader thought

Flame Beneath The Snowfall
Alto is a world governed by Tones. Magic, as one might call it. Manifested through deep mental and physical conditioning, one can control the Tones in a way that is unique to them. The power to store items in gems, transfer life, affect a person's mind, and even the more primal abilities such as control of the elements. Those who have these supernatural abilities are called 'Vassals.' People that fully manifest their abilities are not as common as one might think, and not all Vassals acquire their ability through practice, given if conditions are met. In fact, those who had received much trauma manifest the Tones more frequently, albeit spontaneously. However, the rare kind of Vassals are those who manifest it from childhood. A gift, but not without its repercussions. Alto is stuck in a transitional era, where the line between modern and dated technology is blurred. One can travel to a city that has a tall skyline, bustling with people in sophisticated clothing, or a mere town governed by a lord, all the while riding on a powered vehicle. Cultures vary: Some turn to the more dated practices such as castes, others are more inclined to set equal footing on their people, led by nobility. Some are dedicated to become scholars, studying Alto's Tones, while others set foot on hunts, protecting lone towns from the creatures of some of the still-untamed lands. And the Vassals? Those willing are took under The Organization, an elusive group, its presence said to permeate all throughout Alto, taking care of Rogue Vassals that abuse their abilities and other businesses related to their side. But what is this story all about, you may ask? Well, set your sights on the upper portions of this huge landmass that is Alto. Yes, the 'whole' world is called Alto, but that is because the majority of the known people live on this large continent. Relieve yourself of the worrying tensions everywhere, and see the white snow. Trace the piercing mountaintops and focus your eyes between the valley. A town sits there. Mido. After realizing that the memories only left in his mind was the night of his town's imminent destruction in flames, a boy finds himself grasping for every fiber of his life as he lays down flat on the ground. Beneath him was soot mixed with the white snow. Fortunately, a group of investigators, who were supposed to answer their call for help, saved him from his sorry state. With a newfound second wind, but hampered by his loss of memory, he must solve his own case: Who had the audacity to set Mido, his town, aflame? Flame Beneath the Snowfall focuses on action, with a sense of adventure, but mostly the discovery of an outside world, and the protagonist's exposure to it. Add in a whisk of soft magical elements, and you get a story that I hope will be interesting to the readers. That is not to say that my work is without the sense of unnerving atmosphere, however. As a forewarning, there are elements of gore, horror, minor elements of mental trauma, etc. so it is not for all audiences. *The book is already completed. Although I have plans to continue the story (it would have to involve much larger scope in terms of world-building), I have yet to decide when to start the next entry.
