The Commander knows that losing is inevitable and activates the Nether Sect's secret art that empowers him to take and use human souls to strengthen himself. Nether Sect's secret art is powerful, but the memories from the person's soul are still intact and will hunt those who use the secret art. Anyone with strong mental strength can fight back by taking over the opponent's body and mind by devouring the enemy's soul or vice versa.
The Secret art is a gift from the "Dark One" to the Nether Sect.
Ghost-like figures start screaming like their being torture nonstop as these ghost-like figures hold their physical body tight only to let go and eventually get devoured by the Commander. The people around the Commander, friends or foes alike, can not escape his grasp no matter what they do as their souls get sucked into the Commander's mouth.
The Commander's power is unfathomable, and one hits the closest person as he takes his soul. Charging towards Aera with malicious intent while killing anyone in front of him and taking their souls, he punches her but misses and kills more allies than foe.
When souls try to get out of the Commander's body that belongs to Dawn city's troops, he grabs them one by one while the souls scream in agony as he shoves them inside his chest.
"You're not going anywhere," The Commander wickedly laughs.
Lust for power, the Commander, try to take more souls than he can take. He mentally shivers since he can't take any more souls, then eventually loses control and goes mad while attacking anyone in front of him without a will but a mindless body.
Even with all the chaos and explosion (Blood Sacrifice) that the cult members cause on the battlefield, the Commander caught everyone's attention and became everybody's enemy. The Nether Sect disciples also practice the secret art, but now they know the side effect of too much consumption, thanks to the Commander.

The Nether Sect's skin turns gray like its lifeless, and hears the screaming of souls if you're near one.
This secret art makes you stronger but with a side effect that makes you mad if you fail to control energy or get overwhelmed by the victim's memories, but the disciples practice and know-how the secret artworks, so this doesn't concern them.
Since the Commander no longer can do his duty and killing anyone in his sight, Aera takes this opportunity to run away from him and watch the rest of the Nether Sect taking souls from the Commander, including his.
Everyone pursues Aera, but she always swings her weapon and will explode thanks to the energy it absorbs. The reason the explosion dont affect her is because of the umbrella opening to shield her from danger.
Aera is a genius to master her soul umbrella, making it harder for the Nether Sect and Blood Moon Cult to kill nor capture her.
As soon as Mickey gets back to Aera, he asks, "Are you alright? They're using forbidden art!"
"I'm alright, but our people can't take them anymore and need to end this! Lucky the weather is on our side!" Aera replies happily
Mickey looks up notices the sky is full of clouds, and it looks like it's about to rain.
Aera called her two Magus rank bodyguards and shouts, "Leon! Noel! Take out all your Lighting Stones and use them by attacking Mickey!"
*TAKE THIS YOU! YOU DON'T DESERVE OUR GODDESS* Both magicians thought
The two Magus release lighting magic and aim it to Mickey with all their might for no damn reason. They thought that their Goddess dont want Mickey anymore.
The two Magus rank magicians can not believe that Mickey can take all the magic they cast. Before they pass out for overdoing magic without rest, they saw Mickey covered with electricity like a God possessed his body.

When Mickey raises his hand, a lighting pillar went straight to the clouds, followed by a rumble of thunder. This spectacular scene caught everyone's attention, and without any warnings, lightning strikes people on the ground. Since Mickey has complete control of the lightning, he only smites the enemies and passes out.
Aera quickly catches Mickey while everyone celebrates for winning this war.

[Irregulars] are people who are gifted with talents and skills that make them as strong as [NCO’s]. Author's Note: This story is pretty much something I'm writing for myself.
