Joan suddenly open her eyes and became vigilant.

After choosing the [Yes] button, everything became white and the next thing she knew, she wakes up here with a familiar ceiling.

She frowns and sits up but stops midway, she rubs her eyes to make sure she was not dreaming. The computer set, the plushy toys, the familiar anime cover on her walls.

"I'm home?"

Instead of being happy, she became confused and more vigilant.

"I remember the details of saying I will be back in the [Lobby]..."

She removes herself from the bed and starts touching her old things.

She grabs the phone in the nightstand and looks at the message on the phone. She looks at the date and shook.

"If I remember correctly, this was the day I've been hit by lightning...am I dreaming?"

She was currently sitting in the dining chair with a short mahogany rectangle table. A short hair blond woman was currently putting breakfast in the table while reprimanding Alan to stop playing his food, she was her mother Jessy Asahi.

On the head, the seat was a tall Japanese man wearing reading glasses with short hair and has a trimmed beard. He was currently holding a newspaper. He was her father Sato Asahi.

On her front sit was her older brother James Asahi. He has cropped blond hair that has the same color as his mother, but his bigger and downward eyes show he was not fully American blood but also a part of the Japanese he inherits from his father. He was 5'9 and a part of football varsity.

"What are you looking at squirt?"

"You look ugly" she forks an egg and bites it.

"Hmph, you don't just appreciate the beauty of my muscle" then they proceed to show her his arms while making his biceps moved. She just rolls her eyes dramatically then she look at Alan.

Alan who was playing canon ball with his cereals was messing with his foods making her mother-driven beyond mad.

She stares at his dad who was currently reading his newspaper, but the truth is he was currently reading favorite his magazine. He just wants to maintain is his image (which he failed spectacularly, while the top edge of the magazine was almost visible to them all but they didn't say anything and continue ignoring him.)

She looks at her mom who was looking at her worriedly

"Maybe she finally got a boyfriend." His brother James the ever-helpful big brother.

Suddenly the dining room became silent.

"Is that right?" her mom smile became gentle which is scarier when she was either shouting or reprimanding them for things they have done.

"Don't believe him, mom, I don't even know how the D and V works"

His dad suddenly coughs violently. James guffaw and laugh loud. Only Alan was curious about what's happening.

"You- you shut up young lady! Where did you learn that?"

"Mom its part of our education program remember?"

Her mother huff and sit on her father's side.

"One of these days, I'm going to visit and talk to your teacher about his lessons. Does he know about the words of God? God bless your teacher soul, and you, young man, were going to talk about your girl Trisha-"

"It's Vanessa mom"

"But I remember- "

"She's new," Alan said helpfully

Her mother gasps, looking pointedly at his brother.

"Groan" his brother just covers his face and about to stand up.

"Don't try to move your ass on that sit young man, or else I'm going to make your father talk to you!"

"Huh?" her father as if just notice what's happening lower his newspaper.

Her mother just sighs and shakes her head while muttering patience.

Joan looks around inspecting their every move and every word while they were having breakfast together and frown. Nothing out of place, almost seems very normal. She remembers every bit of her family interaction and nothing strange or out of place here.

She looks out the kitchen window and stares at the suburbs where children were staring to go out of their house and play on the street.

After eating her breakfast, she changes her clothes and gets ready for school. Along with her two brothers, her father delivers them to school before going to work.

Joan watches the passing scenery, people getting ready to go work, students walking to school. Joggers exercising the dogs, and the morning traffic of the city. It's all-natural that she wonders if all the experience was just a dream. But the blue screen on her face proves to be real not created by her imagination.

"If it's not a dream, what the fuck happen to me?"

She suddenly remembers the place where the lightning strike, she was walking in the forest, looking for a place to take a nap when suddenly she was hit by a bolt of lightning out of nowhere, she got a hunch that she won't find anything in there, but it's worth a shot checking that place out.

Abraham high school was located inside the forest near the suburb of Forest city-state where they live. Her parents choose this school because it's near and very convenient near his dad's workplace.

The Abraham school was odd, it was surrounded by tall trees and thick bushes, during the night, the forest became dark and creepy making it a potential murder place that can happen anytime. But her parents assure her that the crime rate here in the Forest city is so low because the security here is very tight.

"Now I think about it, it's really weird to establish a school in the middle of the woods if you ask me." She said to herself.

The car finally stops, and her brother and she was about to get out of the car, but her dad stops them.

"Look I don't know what made your mother upset, but I won't tolerate you doing something she won't be happy about"

"James has a new girlfriend!" Alan shouted in glee

"Shut up!" James gritted his teeth

"Now, now that's not the way to talk to your big brother."

"Whatever, I'm out of here" James gets out and greet his other friends waiting for him.

"And you Joan"

She raised her eyebrow at him

"Got a problem at school?" Although he doesn't look like it, he was quite attentive to his family so he notices that his baby girl is acting weird earlier.

"Nothing dad, just a bad wake up this morning" she shrugged her shoulder and bring her bag pack.

"See you later old man." Then she closes the door and walks to the school

Her daddy just looks in her direction and sigh

"My baby is growing up so fast..."

"Dad I want ice cream!" Alan said while playing at his portable game device.

'Right I forgot, I still got this one" he sighs and starts the car
