Liam is primarily a primary-colored man. Everything over one was too much. Depending on whom you ask, this was either a superb strength or a tragic flaw. To Liam, it was neither; it simply is.
Black is the prevailing denominator for the fellow and his interests. Black hair, black eyes and a wardrobe of black contrasted him against the average mage, whose primary goal is to be regarded as intelligent instead of attempting to be intelligent. His interests were the same. He found death, decay, and all its cousins to be more attractive than living; immortality was the average aim of any mage. And so he is… different.

There are also many who are willing to make a profit from newfound opportunities this changing world provides. Unfortunately for our MC Jack, embracing newfound power and going out to valiantly battle monsters isn't quite as simple as most other people have it. He possesses the rare and not so sought after lightning element, considered the weakest element for certain reasons, pitied and looked down upon Jack is determined to become a successful monster hunter in a more and more dangerous world.
