Ryan was furious, he knew Kate was fine their connection telling him she managed to dodge the plasma, but nobody tried to hurt his little sister! The rage was harnessed into cold ruthlessness as his own attackers seemed to move in slow motion clubs and blades coming from all angles

Knife in one hand pistol in the other Ryan went to work. He used their numbers against them, making them get in each other’s way, shrugging off the few blows that couldn’t be blocked or dodged. There were two bruisers able to shrug off most bullets from the hand gun, two speedsters darting around and an ice user blasting shards of ice from close range.

They were going down one at a time a headshot to one bruiser sliced knee tendons for a speedster burst of shots into the other bruisers side from point blank throwing them on top of the crippled speedster another burst of bullets to fire through the back of that one's skull and into the speedster whilst the knife was thrown into icy boy’s throat.

The last shot in the pistol went into the back of Caesar’s knee causing him to stumble just as he shot his second plasma shot causing it to only hit the wall. The last speedster came in hard looking to gut Ryan with a set of knives.

Ryan took two cuts one on the arm he used to block another across his stomach as he stepped away then quickly closed with the speedster as the firebrand took the opportunity to get involved with a fireball.

The speedster was decent with the knives and definitely faster but Ryan was more skilled. Ryan was frustrated, he was limited by having to stay in close to the speedster catching a few more light cuts whilst driving the combat over to the firebrand and Caesar.

When they got close enough Ryan moved barging straight into the speedster driving him into the firebrand all three going down in a pile with Ryan on top, grabbing the speedsters left arm he drove a knee into it snapping the elbow and catching the knife from that hand. Unfortunately the second knife was driven into his thigh. Ryan shouted through the pain slamming the pilfered knife rapidly into both the supers beneath him. Rolling off the bodies with the second knife still sticking out of his thigh he dodged Caesar’s sneaky kick, the large booted foot swishing past his head.
