"What did you throw in the trash bin?" Fudo asked, as he looked at Tumotu.
"Ehmm, nothing interesting." Tumotu replied.
"Can I see?" Fudo asked, crossing his arms.
"N- No! Ehm... It's a surprise, I am making, for someone." Tumotu mumbled back.
"Surprise? Someone?" Fudo asked, confused.
"Y- Yes! And that was a failed project, so please don't look." Tumotu replied quickly and nervous.
Fudo got quiet, and Tumotu was starting to get more nervous.
"Fine, if you say so. I'll see you soon at dinner." Fudo replied, walking off.
Tumotu let out a sigh of relief, as he walked to the living room. Moments pass by, everyone was enjoying their meal together with Squad A-17. Suddenly the radio goes static. Mekato stands up and walks to the radio.
"Hello?" Mekato said, as he waited for a reaction.
"Emergency! The Fallen Vex have arrived at Minato for a full frontal assault!" The radio replied.
"Minato, Thats our city!-!!" Mekato talked as a sudden explosion could be heard.
"I'll contact reinforcements, Kimari go with Mekato outside to check it out. Tumotu, Fudo and Shimona. Stay with me here." Yamato gave orders.
"We should go with them." Fudo replied, rejecting his order.
"Can't do. We'll go later after them." Yamato replied back.
Meanwhile Mekato and Kimari arrive at the place where the explosion came from.
"This way!" Kimari shouted.
They both ran into an alleyway to hide. As a sudden ship arrives with a group of soldiers, they looked heavily trained.
"Damn it, what do we do now?" Mekato asked.
"We should fight it." Kimari replied.
Kimari suddenly jumps out of the alley, starting to fight the group. It looked like six soldiers in total. Kimari clashes her dagger with the rifle of one of the soldiers. Another soldiers jumps from behind his comrade and kicks Kimari away.

"Agh!" Kimari replied as she held the side of her chest.
Mekato noticed the soldiers surrounding her, so he jumped out and started firing at them. He got two down, as the other four charged at him. The soldiers were as Mekato predicted, he underestimated them because he caught him and slammed him into the wall.
"You must think you're special, huh?" One of them shouted.
Mekato fell out of the wall and landed on his knees. He was bleeding from his lip. Suddenly she saw Kimari charge one of them from behind and stab one in the neck. The others turn and charge at her. Kimari gets once again hit with the back of the rifle on her chest, as more soldiers appeared. If he wouldn't do something, they would kill her. One of the soldiers grabbed a pistol and slowly walked towards Kimari. Kimari tried to stand up but fell back on the ground, as one of the soldiers grab her by the neck and point the pistol on her forehead.
"Any last words?" The soldier asked.
"Let go of her..."
A voice could be heard in the distance echoeing through the place. The soldiers slowly turn around to Mekato.
"Huh? You said something- ?!" One of them was talking as he stopped.
Mekato's eyes were glowing red.
"I said... Let go of her!"
Mekato shouted, as his eyes glowed brighter. He suddenly charged the soldier who was holding Kimari and slammed him through the wall. The building collapses. The soldiers surround him and aim at him and Kimari. Mekato teleports away with Kimari and lays her on the ground.
"Wait here for a moment." Mekato said, as he teleported back inside the group of soldiers.
They all suddenly start firing. Mekato dodges all the bullets, as he charges one of them and slams his fist into the mans chest, flinging him away. He grabs the mans rifle mid air and starts firing at the other soldiers, until no one of them was standing. Mekato teleports back to Kimari.

"Are you all right?" Mekato asked.
"Yea- Argh!" Kimari was talking as she fell.
Mekato catched her, as his hands started to glow and heal her. Mekato's eyes turn back to normal as Kimari healing activated and went way faster than normal.
"There... You... Go." Mekato replied, as he fainted. Kimari grabbed him just in time.

Mekato could hear voices of the others, who had just arrived at the scene. Minutes pass by, it's really quiet. Mekato wakes up and slowly openes his eyes. He noticed that he was back at the Headquarters. He also notied Kimari, who's eyes lightened up when she saw him back.
"Are you all ri- !?" Mekato was talking until suddenly Kimari hugged him.
She started sobbng.
"N- Never do that again, okay? We thought we lost you." Kimari said, mumbling.
Mekato's eyes lightened up, as he was blushing.
"Are you fine, because they hit you pretty good back there." Mekato asked.
"Yes, you healed me back then." Kimari replied.
"Oh yes... I did, didn't I?" Mekato replied.
As he suddenly noticed how dangerous his ability could be. The unknown power in his eyes, the healing ability. He shouldn't talk about it to other people, for now. Mekato looked at the door who suddenly opened up. The others walked in.
"So what happened?" Mekato asked.
It probably ended on a good note. He thought. Everone was quiet for a moment. Yamato let out a sigh--
"They captured the city..."
Mekato's eyes widened up.
"T- They did what?!" He shouted in shock.
"We are now in a village close to Minato. They won." Fudo replied.
Mekato let out a sigh.
"So, what now?" Mekato asked.
"We are going to move out..." Yamato said.
Mekato stretched as he stood up.
"Good, becau-"
"Without you."
Yamato interrupted him.
"W- What? You guys are heading there alone?" Mekato asked.
"We are going with a platoon of our troops." Tumotu replied.
"Welp, looks like I am going to miss the fun..." Mekato replied, letting out a sigh.
"Well, let's head out, before they move out without us." Yamato said.
As he walked out with everyone.
"Good luck on your fight!" Mekato said as he waved them goodbye.
"Thanks, later!" Kimari replied, as she slowly closed the door.

A door opened up. A man in a lab coat appeared in a room full of soldiers and a throne.
"Sir, your capture is complete. Minato has been captured succesfully." The man in the lab coat said.
"Good, what more?" The man in the throne asked.
"We lost an entire group of heavily armed soldiers." The man in the lab coat replied.
"The soldiers were seperated from each other, and one looked like he went through a building that had just collapsed." The man explained to him, as he showed him some pictures.
Mekato was on the picture with his glowing eye.
"That kid, eh? I'll teach him one or to lessons later." The man in the throne said, as the other man walked off.
The throne of the man turned back to the window of his office.

The Rowan Fox, Tail 1: The Missing Children
Deep in the Maple Woods sits a mountain of old. Humans have claimed it and today a city called Redlog covers it from peak to foot. Meet Josei, one of many medicine makers living in the city of red roofs. Hers is the start of many tales, home to a very special fox. Like foxes often do, this one finds himself plenty of trouble. (Thought I would be gone forever did you? I'm back again! This time with a book that actually has an ending. I know because I've written it. I will be editing each chapter then releasing it here as they're done, probably once or twice a week. It's a shorter tale than what I've written before but that was the goal from the start. I really need to learn how to finish a story so this was a big accomplishment for me. I'll be writing The Rowan Fox in several parts instead, short but hopefully sweet.) (This story is a combination of some of my favorite things: folktales, foxes, ancient forests, and feel good slice of life. I hope you like it!)

So, while Vic has a lot of questions, we have to ask... Will he survive? Will he find some treasure? Will he really be able to get back home? ... Perhaps. =====Summary Over===== Yo, if you are reading this then (like me) you like to read pretty much anything, including some guy's random rambles. Well you could read this story if you want but what's the fun in that really? I'm pretty much writing this (my first) story on a whim so it is certainly not perfect nor is it likely to be good (but what do I know maybe I'm secretly talented). It also might have tons of tons of errors beacuse I'm dumb and sometimes it's just so boring to proof read and you just wanna send a chapter out y'know. Regardless, whether this story brings you the most euphoric delight or illicits the most intense abhorrence I wanna know what you think and how I can improve, reader person, especially if you read this far! ( please reveiw or something)
