《I can summon my past lives》48 - Blessings of the unknown - Part 02-

After giving a mind blowing answer about the fact that such a wish could be granted, the little purple being closed its eyes and seemed to be concentrating its energy in its right palm.
A white flame then lit itself up in the purple palm radiating power like never seen before for Damon.
The purple little man gave the ember a flick and it floated towards Damon and entered his chest.
Nothing bizarre happened to Damon who was thinking that he had been tricked somehow.
He didn’t feel anything even when the little white ember had just entered his chest.
“Is it done?” Damon Kaze asked with suspicion.
“Yes. It is done...for to have to pay no cost when you make your wishes, I had to make a gamble that I’d be able to pull it off. You see, even I have to pay a cost, which is my unlimited lifespan. My race is often caught and enslaved like I was because of our unending lifespan and then taught various techniques exploiting that untapped endless energy by our owners so they can capitalize on it. My race is born with the source of immortality coursing in their very being, but such a thing cannot be wished for, it is something that just happens, a gift from the Megaverse. In your case, I had to search for something that looked like a source, something endless that you could tap into. I made a wish and I found it. It is something bigger than a Megaverse. As you know there’s the universe, then the multiverse, then the planeverse, then the chaosverse and then the Megaverse. The place that I found and linked to your body has no living beings nor is there any heavenly bodies...just energy and the closer you make it to the core of that place the purer the energy is...purer than the energy of Star Gods itself. The energy renews itself in a perpetual cycle and the place expands as time passes so you’ll never use even one percent of the energy present in that place no matter how long you live and no matter how big your wish is.” Said the little purple being to a dumbfounded Damon.

Damon then decided to wish for some clothes and remarked something : His mind had never been any clearer. He could see what he was wishing for in his head so clearly that it scared him a bit.
Clothed in a blue attire several seconds later, Damon inspected his clothes with delight.
“What’s your name?” Damon asked. It occurred to him that he had never asked for the purple being’s name before this.
“Axel. Axel Thunderbolt.” The purple being said, surprised that the name of a slave like himself mattered.
“I need someone who knows the world outside a little better. How about you become my servant for the next three hundred years and then I’ll give you your freedom? Yes. That’s my last wish.” Damon said almost without thinking.
It was like a boulder had repeatedly crushed the purple little man’s head.
He couldn’t believe it!
With a serious smile, Axel then said, “Tsk,You sure are lucky.”
Mutlicolored lights appeared around his fists as Axel seemed to be wrestling with something and then chains appeared around his neck in a illusory sight.
The chains broke and in the distance, the voice of an angry voice was heard : “YOU DARE, YOU LITTLE SHIT!”
“Who...who’s that?” Damon was frozen in place by that voice.
Axel seemed apologetic as he said, “That’s my master. He’s not too happy that you took me away. He was even planning on purging you along with your planeverse after the wishes had been granted.”
“Why would he even think of that? What did we do to him?” Damon had a hard time understanding.
“There are four Star Gods who rule over this Megaverse and he’s the youngest of all four. His dream is to have this entire Megaverse for himself and the Star Bloodline you created already gave him a fighting chance he doesn’t want for there to be another contender to the throne. If you could create it once, you can create it again and there are many beings stronger than you can ever imagine out there who can divine about it and come here to steal it from you. He doesn’t want any of that to happen.” Axel said as he instantly appeared beside Damon and space twisted.”We don’t have much time. Let’s leave, now.”

“I don’t get it. Why wait until I have made my wishes?” Damon asked.
“Because he is bound by his own powers. He only gets the sacrifices when the wishes have all been granted, which is about now.”Axel said.
They appeared outside the planeverse just in time to see an army primarily composed of Dao Beings coming their way leaving prismatic lights behind them.
Axel then said as he silently made a wish, “It seems you dodged another bullet.”
Axel, Damon and the entire Planeverse disappeared from the eyes of the incoming army and the gigantic hand that was descending.
The gigantic hand quivered for a moment after the Planeverse vanished and then decided to vent its anger on the incoming army who never saw it coming.

The Way of Wrought Earth, or: My Tale of Rebirth as a Mostly Inanimate Rock
Mirage Winter. Second Clause, current act. A Relic Hunter's life is harsh — and often short — in the shattered lands of the Frontier. But when Whitelight reemerges, a legendary blade capable of separating anything the user wills it to cut, a newly formed unit organized of Hunter’s both young and old (and sediment based, in a particular case) vow to stop it from falling into cruel hands. Standing against them is the Frontier itself: the unbridled wrath of global federations, fellow Hunters, and those who lurk in the shadows of giants. As the world races to unravel a history desperately concealed, a semi-sapient rock soon realizes that some things are better off dead and buried — especially when those secrets carry an insidious corruption with no cure. Iteration: Mirror-glass Stars in Iron Oceans. First Clause. A soul wakes up as a rock, clinging to fragmented memories and knowledge of another era. What fate awaits such a creature? No, this isn't satire. Yes, I am dumb enough to try to take this seriously. Updates Wednesday, Friday with a variable amount of chapters. This story is not recommended for the easily disturbed. This is your only warning.

Nameless Hypocrite
"Bastard, surrender yourself!" "You think you can escape our encirclement?!" "An omnicidal fiend like you can only atone in death!" Despite his precarious situation, a young man ignored the union's provocations. His violet robe was in tatters, showing the incredible number of attacks he received, yet there was no sign of injury. Noticing the light smile tugging at his lips, the pursuing heroes warily watched him, cautious of a final attack. It was only by working together that they could corner a monster like him. An arrow pierced the air, beelining towards the young man. A malicious gleam revealed itself in his eyes; he unsheathed his sword, a long, curved blade, and deflected the projectile, spiking it into the ground. The archer's eyes widened before being split in two. He died suddenly and indignantly. The group backed away; their former confidence diminished greatly by the invisible counter. It was then that the young man sighed, his voice full of lament and self-pity. "Being a saint truly is difficult, even the world cannot understand my righteous actions." The expressions of the surrounding heroes turned ugly. Such blatant hypocrisy! Yes, the protagonist is a villain. We don't do morals here. New chaps when I write them
