In the world of the story there is only one country and one continent, they are both refered to as 'The continent'.
There is multiple cities, and they are named after the alphabet letters, such as 'X' city where the story happens, and there is some cities called AA, AB, AC...
Now you already read about District X14, a pretty romantic place. Well, each city is divided into multiple districts, and these districts are named after the city itself, there is X1, X2, X3... by the way it's not a rating.
In 'X' city has 21 district in total.
And like the cities the facilities are also named after the alphabet letters ( Examples: 'M' High School, 'M' elementary school, 'M' General Hospital...)
