I was panicking. What will I do, is it worth it to get food? I'm exhausted and can hardly walk, but it will take time for me to eat the Takoyaki.
The Takoyaki gets served directly after its done, so it has to be piping hot, meaning that it will take even more time for me to eat the Takoyaki.
I ran the fastest I could to the Takoyaki stand and took out 250 yen (2.50$).
''Hello, can i get 5 Takoyaki's'' I asked the chef.
''No problem, I have some fresh one's already that have been waiting for about 5 minutes, would you like them'' he asked me.
Perfect, this is exactly what I wanted.
''Yes, thank you very much'' I said.
I took the Takoyaki's and ate two. They were not that hot so i was able to eat them in a good pace. When I swallowed the Takoyaki's, I started running towards the application center.
I looked at the time, it was 8:56 am. I have no time to waste, I must run even faster. All the while I was running, I took small bites of the Takoyaki's so I would not get exhausted again.
Finally, after running that felt like an eternity, I was there. The doors were open, and the time was 8:59 am, I am so relieved.
The entrance doors were excessively big, it felt like a big achievement going in. I had a big smile in my face, and I opened the doors.
It was like a jungle. Very loud, messy and a lot of people were inside. Despite how big the building was, it felt very cramped.
The air was quite different from outside. It was as if there was no air in the building.
I had to squeeze myself between people to get through to the reception desk. The reception desk was big and circular. In total the receptionists are 12.
''Hi, can I enter the exam'' I asked one of the receptionists.

Black long hair, red lipstick, and brown shining eyes. She has a suit on too, it made her look like a professional.
''Yes, just wait a little and I will give you a paper to fill put and guide you through'' She answered while looking through her drawers.
''Okay, thanks'' I said.
We could almost not hear each other, because of the loud noises. She gave me a paper with a lot of words and blank spaces.
''First begin with writing your surname and last name, along with date of birth'' she said with a polite voice.
There was a blue shining pen next to the paper. I picked it up and started filling out the blank spaces.
''Great, now write the cause of why you're getting a license and what special techniques you have, please write in depth about your techniques'' she said.
I first wrote, I want to avenge my grandfather's dreams and taste the fish. But what am I supposed to write for the technique part?
I do not have a special technique, I only use techniques I have learned from books, media and from Gramps. I felt uneasy, a requirement that I do not have for this.
''Hey, what if I don't have a special technique, what am I supposed to write there then'' I asked.
I was kind of hesitated to ask but I had to do it either way.
''It's okay if you have none'' She answered.
It is okay I thought for myself. But what if they discard me from the exam just because of this. In the end I just wrote 'I have no special technique that i have produced or use.
''Great, now the last thing to answer is when you started fishing, then you're good to go'' she said.
I am twenty now, and I started fishing when i was around 5 or 6, so that means sixteen years. When I finished writing I gave back the pen and the paper to the receptionist.

''Thank you for taking your time and filling out the paper, please wait here until all the results are done'' she said with a firm voice.
I went to the side, next to a window and looked out. Suddenly, everyone stopped talking. Everyone made a clear path in the middle to the receptionist desk.
I was confused to what is happening, I started to get worried.
''Hey, what is happening'' I asked the guy next to me.
The look in his eyes showed terror and his mouth was open.
''D-Don't you know, the fearsome fisher, Ryuu Nakata has entered the building'' he said quietly but with a sharp voice.
I have only heard the name once, only along the lines that he is the strongest fisher.
''Who's that'' I asked again.
''They say that he has the spirit of a dragon, they say that he has defeated a warrior wolf when he was only fourteen'' he said.
A warrior wolf, defeated when fourteen, is that even possible. The warrior wolf is known for their fangs and never giving up, plus they have the same strength as about a bullet coming from a pistol.
He came in, and the atmosphere changed quickly. He had blond hair, thick eye brows, and his aura was on another level. It is something I have never felt in my life.
He took heavy steps to the receptionist's desk with a big grin on his face. He was very tall; I would say about 195 centimeters (6'4).
The receptionist looked scared and took out a pen and the paper quickly.
''Do I even have to write out the forums, everyone and their parents know who I am'' he said with a sharp and loud voice.
He laughed and everyone else started laughing with him.
''What's the point in even making me do this work, everyone knows that I am going to get the pro fishing license and not anything below that'' he said and laughed.
There are three different licenses you can get. The three are: Normal fishing license, Rookie fishing license and the Pro fishing license.
Depending on how well you did on your exams, you will get anything from these three licenses. Of course, If you do horrible, you get nothing.
''You all suck when it comes to fishing, yet here you all are, trying to compete with me'' he said loudly and laughed.
everyone laughed with him, even though he was serious.
''Hey, why are you guys laughing, he's not joking around, and if he was, it's not a nice joke'' I said to the guy next to me.
''We are too scared, who knows what he will do, everyone is scared of him'' he answered.
''No one will be as good as me, you all deserve normal fishing licenses and nothing more'' he said.
I couldn't take it anymore, I was furious. I squeezed myself through the crowd to the path.
''I will surpass you as a fisher, and I will be the hardest competition for you'' I screamed at the top of my lungs.
He laughed and slowly walked towards me. He bent down his knees and got face to face with me.
''Stop screwing around with me, you nobody'' he said with a serious tone.
Suddenly a voice could be heard through the whole building.
''I am one of the judges of the fishing licensing school, and we have gone through all of the papers and have all of the candidates' names ready, if you hear your voice, go to the stairs and go up, if you don't hear your voice, then proceed with your day and go outside the building''
The results I said to myself. You can even fail this part I thought to myself.
