“Mensal, get moving, we have a test of intelligence and the ability to use logic for you. Also, you need some magical strength.” Rugin rushed me. “It’s a hunt, with clues that require magic and/or logic to get. You have to get to the hidden trophy. By the way, don’t think about skipping steps. At each clue, there is a trophy, so you need to collect every trophy, of which there are 4.

Also, the 2nd trophy isn’t visible until you find the 1st, the 3rd not visible until you find the 2nd, and so on. You will start in this forest, the 2nd trophy is in the mountains, the 3rd in the ocean, and the 4th in the desert. You have a time limit of a week.” Then, he handed me a note and a map of each of the regions, my armor that I used in the fight with the Mukoili Yeti, and the bag that I had used on the journey to find Tyronius.

“Bye Mensal, and godspeed!” Rugin saluted me, then left. I was now on my own.

I donned my armor, and read the note: What has a head but never weeps, has a bed but never sleeps, can run but never walks, and has a bank but no money? I thought back to the Riddle Club that I had joined back in high school. A grin spread across my face. The solution was a river!

Then, I frowned. There were 5 rivers in the forest: the Demon River, the River of Souls, the River of Tokuntum, the Mystical River, and the River Tyronius. I unconsciously smirked at the last name. I flipped over the note, to discover that it held this information: The master of fire, tamer of a mighty dragon, and a hero of the Great War. Thought dead, but proven alive. Who am I? It was obvious that the answer was Tyronius, so I went to the River Tyronius. High above the rapid flowing river, was a gold trophy, dangling precariously on a long, thin branch. I thought about burning the branch but knew that it would cause the trophy to fall straight into the river and be swept away by the river.

I saw a much sturdier branch near the branch the trophy was gripping. I took out Kosmar, and leaped at the sturdy branch, grappling onto it. The branch was surprisingly slippery, and I almost met my watery doom in the River Tyronius, which would’ve been ironic. Luckily, I was able to take out Kosmar and latch onto the branch. Then, I reached out towards the trophy and the other branch with Revanis. Slowly but surely, the branch came towards me. I hung the trophy on my staff, where it balanced dubiously. I quickly leaped onto the branch and forded the river by climbing the branch over.
