The two beautiful ladies went on different paths to their destination. Sneaking back into their homes that beautiful night and trashed their disguise. Aware of the surrounding insight, emptiness insight they creep into their rooms, showing a disparity between their lives.

As Mina strides into her quarters, that’s quite old, covered in a bit of dirt and chilly wind blowing on her. Shadows cast by the beautiful tree, behind the beautiful estate insinuating noble beauty and pearl white flowers in the front yard. Close yet worlds away from one another, as it’s always been. Softly sighing, Mina ungracefully sunk into her stone-cold bed that her body’s grown used to.

Gazed up to the unruly ceilings, thoughts drifted to her sweet but tempered bunny. Grazing her finger against her lips, curling up. Sliding out her blossom hairpin, loving glancing at it. Rolling it in between her fingers, lightly pecking it. Embracing the pin into her chest, darkness takes over her body. Closing her eyelids, embracing the quietness.

Brightness shines down upon her chestnut skin, disrupting her beauty of sleep. Blinking her eyelids as the sunlight beams down on her face. Peeking out the window to the right of her. Grinning ear to ear, jumping off her wooden bed. Creaking at the missing weight on it, hanging onto its lifeline.

Chirp... Chirp... Chirp. A pearly-colored bird lands on the edge of her window. Chirping louder, beady black eyes and point its beak at her. Noticing the uninvited guest peeking into the room, creeping towards it. Spotting a rolled note encased by the bird's tiny claws. Nervously biting her lower lip, curiously eying the pretty bird.

Gently sliding out the note inside the claws, unraveling it. Skimming down the letter, which reads;

My dear Minny,

How I miss you so

As the snowy pond flows,

the fonder my heart grows

So, please don’t let my heart go

to let this bunny know

Yours, Bunny.

“My bunny's such a romantic.” Whispering, grasping the letter in her hands. Affection deep within her eyes, rubbing the tears away. Softly folding the letter up, storing it into a box beneath her bed. Slipping out paper with ink and pen, flatting it on her wooden desk. Patting her face, sitting down on the creaky chair. Dipping her pen into the wetted ink, coating it with jet black.

Dear Bunny,

My heart shall never stray

Unless my life’s in dismay

So, target my dear heart

Darting me from the start

Yours only, Minny

Wiping the sweat off her head, fanning the paper till it dries. Rolling it into a scroll, tucking inside the bird’s feet. Softly patting its head, whispering, “Go to her, pretty bird.” Pecking the bird’s head, sticking a rose into the letter. The blush face bird chirped, cocking its head briefly and turning to fly off.

Staring out of her window, as the bird’s figure faded into the sky and arching her lower lip, sitting down. Sliding out a bag of hard bead hungry chomping down on it and crumbs escaping.

Pouring water in a tiny teacup, slipping the cold liquid down. Lying her head down, shooing the crumbs away.

Later In The Morning

Sunny’s beady browny eyes gazing out the window, grasping the edge of her sky blue dress, and impatiently tapping her feet. Ignoring her servants’ gasps at her unladylike demeanor, continuing to glance to the milky blue sky, rubbing her golden bracelet.

“Miss, please cover yourself. Or else how will you marry!” The older lady urged her. Glancing to the lady, smiling over to her, waving her pale hands.

“This Miss isn’t in need of some nobleman’s care.” Turning her back, sprinting her eyes at the edge of her window. Tying her long way golden strands into a ponytail placing her hand against her cheeks pouting her lips out.

“Young Miss, don’t speak such words again! It will anger your mother to bits.” fearfully glancing her way.

“Then I’ll take my leave.” In a low voice, checking their surroundings. Respectfully eying her, awaiting her answer.

“You may!” Shooing the older servant away, shutting her quarters' doors. Sitting back in her seat when her pearly white bird landed on the edge of the window. Chirping, shaking its beak in her direction and opening its claws. Grabbing the letter before it fell, carrying it to her desk and unraveling it.

Skimming the beautifully written poem, responding to her’s. Caressing the words across the sheet, her heart flustered, patting her face and blushing. Adoration ingrained in the depths of her eyes as she popped a piece of blossom candy into her mouth. Bursts of sweetness and fragrances dissolving inside. As she wrote sweet nothingness to her minny, folding it up, sending it off to her girlfriend.

Knock...knock...knock. Disrupted by the noise, glancing at the door, softly yelling, “You may enter!” The door opened, a shy servant girl entering her quarter’s, respectfully bowing. Glancing at the nervous servant, letting out a light chuckle. The girl stares, shifting on her feet, twirling her curls.

“There’s no need to be afraid of this, Miss. State your business.” Slouching into her seat, holding her chin. Smiling at the young girl in front of her.

The girl timidly spoke up, "Mis-ster and the Miss, want you to attend dinner. As they have missed ya'll time together."

“Is that all? Are they awaiting my presence?”

“Ummm- yes! Sorry-oh.” hands covering her mouth, as she blushed.

Gently waving her hand, biting her inner lip containing her laughter. At the young girl’s adorableness,” It’s fine, what’s your name?”

“Miss, I'm of lower status. How could my name hold any importance to you/” Shockingly rambling on her word, shaking her head? Puffing out her cheeks like a cute little mouse.

“I give you title as my little sister!” mischievously grinning, hands on her hips.

“Miss, this is unnecessary what your parents think.” Pouting her lip pitifully. Tugging her at her long, black curls.

“That doesn’t hold me. State your name or I'll head to bed!” Getting out of her chair, glancing over to her bed.

“O-okay, this serv-sister's name's Minty.” Nodding her head in agreement, sighing. Seeing her smiling eyes, sit back in her chair, winning a baby sister.

“Minty, you may relax. Sis was only teasing you!” Giggling at her young sister’s angry face and folded arms.

“Mis- Sunny, you're such a tease!” Rolling her eyes, sitting on her soft bed.

“When have I ever done such a thing! Let me get dressed, sis! Picking out a pretty white gown, and her golden hairpin, paired with her bracelet.

“Okay, I'll escort you there. Let me turn around.” Besides her sister that’s lying down, jumps up ready for action. Facing the opposite of her, she throws on her clothes quickly and lets her strands down.

“Minty, I’m done, let’s go!” Linking their arms together, striding out of the room. Passing the curious stares of the servants, ignoring them. Entering the corridors, a grand room where her mother and father conversed at the fancy mahogany table.

Dragging her sister along to sit down, despite her mother’s bewildered face and placing a plate in front of her. Her father glances at Minty. “Why’s this servant girl beside you?”

“Minty’s my sister now! Right?” Defending her sister, biting her lower lip. Smiling to her father, blank face and void of all emotions.

“Yes, Miss granted me the honor of being her sister.” Minty nervously tugged at her gown, nodding to her father. Those eyes shocked at what he heard, coughing.

“She may be your lady-in-waiting or personal servant. Understood!” her mother’s voice boomed out, distaste lacing her pale face. Slamming her cup to the table, the servants backed away. Fearfully standing to the side as the room went tense.

“Mother! She's not my serv-''Sunny, you know not to speak of your mother that way.” Pushing her chair back frustrated, glaring at her mother. Disappointedly slouching down beside her sister, that’s beyond uncomfortable under her mother’s watchful eyes. Staring at her shaking hands, biting her upper lips.

“Yes, father! Minty shall be my personal maid then!” Defeated under the pressure of mother’s threatening and father’s dissatisfied eyes, directed at her and Minty. Gritting her teeth, stubbornly agreeing.

“Let’s dig in then, you may go!” Sitting back down, relaxing. When her mother waved her sister off, she sadly smiled her way. Excusing herself before she could speak, madden for Minty.

“Then excuse me!” Bowing to mother and father, whose lips quirked into a smile. Irking the anger within her, wishing this dinner never happened. Gaining and losing her sister in one night, not that she’ll treat her as a servant. Wondering when her parents become such rude royals. Or have they always been so?

They’re too stubborn to convince, especially her mother. Her annoying parents won't separate Minny and her if she can prevent it.

No! She’ll run away with minny then they’ll be happy, right?
