Aariv wasn't sure how to feel.
There were humans which was something to be excited about! But he wasn't sure if they were gonna be friendly to him or would try to kill him. After all, they were wearing armor and carrying weapons. They were patrolling around the pit he created and were burning the dead bodies of the fanged rats.
They were speaking among themselves but he couldn't understand what they were saying. Aariv used [Apprasial] on one of the humans.
Name: John Law
Species: [Human] - One of the dominant species on Gaia. They themselves hold no special abilities but are adaptive.

'Class?' Aariv noticed that the levels were not in their species like the monsters and himself but class. He then notices another human wearing a cloak and wielding a staff. The human then turned and spoke to one of the knights.
Name: Ace Cinder
Species: [Human] - One of the dominant species on Gaia. They themselves hold no special abilities but are adaptive.
Class: [Flame Mage] - 42
[Strength]: 123
[Endurance]: 132
[Wisdom]: 245
[Agility]: 97
[SP]: 123
[Mana]: 321
The human then suddenly turned and looked around mostly in Aariv's direction, causing Aariv to hide deeper into the tree hollow. "Why is he looking toward me?" Aariv asks. Peeking out of the tree hollow Aariv could see a knight and the mage walking toward him.
"Fuck, they're coming toward me," Aariv said as the two were near the tree he was hiding in. Not taking any chances that the knight and mage would kill him, Aariv active stealth and flew out of the tree and away from the knight and mage.
....
...
..
"See anything?"
Ace stroked his beard as the knight climb down.

"Nothing," The knight said, shaking his head.
"Huh, I thought I felt something staring at me," Ace said, still stroking his beard. He then shrugs, "Oh well, probably nothing."
..
...
....
Landing on a branch, Aariv was annoyed with himself. "Why did I have to leave that pit filled with dead fanged rats for everyone to see," Aariv said as he began scratching the branch. "Tch, it's too late, though it seems that humans have classes that they level up in and not in their species like monsters."
He then checks his stats.

Evolution is available. Would you like the choices?
"Yes."
Choices for evolution appeared in front of them.
[Mind Owl] - An rare evolved species of [Hypno Owl] that can see other people's minds and can do unthinkable things with its mind.
[Elemental Owl] - An species of owls that can use the five main elements of fire, earth, water, wood, and wind. They are rare and are sought after for they can be used for potions and many other things.
[Trap Owl] - An species of owl that uses traps to capture their prey. They camouflage themselves amongst the trees, grasses, ground, and nature itself. They mainly rely on traps.
[Incognita] - An species of owl that observes others and unnerves their target. They are largely not known by others and are considered bad luck. They can use black magic.
"Mind Owl is obviously just a beefed-up version of hypno owl, elemental owl is because I got magic mastery in the elements, and trap owl..." Aariv checks his titles.
Titles:
[Scientist] [Magic Prodigy] [Trap Master]
[King Killer]
"...Because of the fact that I have trap master as a title," Aariv said. "Oh, king killer, must have gotten that when I killed that rat king." Aariv shook his head. "I'm getting off-topic." Aariv then read the last choice for evolution. "Incognita...Latin for unknown I believe. Mostly unknown, are consider black luck and can use black magic huh, interesting." Aariv muttered.
"Well, trap owl is out since I'm not gonna use traps to kill everything. Mind owl and elemental owl sounds like a good idea and incognita...All I know is that it's considered bad luck and can use black magic." He was having a hard time deciding.
Then he chose Incognita. "While Elemental Owl is great since it could boost my mastery in magic and mind owl seems like a psychic, I need to know what the Incognita is all about."
Are you sure?
"Yes," Aariv said after some hesitation. "I hope I didn't doom myself."
He first experienced pain. He wasn't expecting pain since his first evolution didn't cause him pain but the pain made him wanna tear his skin off. Then his vision went black.
"You're still reading?"
"Hey, not my fault that I want to know everything."
"True."
He could see a house in the countryside. Empty with no one there. Everything was neat and tidy. It was quiet.
The surroundings changed to the house being in a neighborhood. The house was slightly bigger and was made of brick with two people welcoming him.
The surroundings changed again with the house gone and fire burning the bus. People crying for help. "No...no...no...no...No!"
Aariv woke up.

Fortuna Verto
A girl’s luck changes when her world changes upon itself, sending her back and forth between a world she knows and another that shouldn’t even exist. Working with her parallel self from that other world, the two must adjust to their alternate form when visiting the other’s world, as they search for a way to escape the chains of misfortune they are bound to. While this story is the conclusion of the trilogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, as the world of Celese itself is no longer a place the characters will be journeying through. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for all previous books, in case that matters to anyone. This book has an additional chapter after the final chapter that represents the trilogy conclusion, and should not be read until all three books are read first. Fortuna Verto continues the events of Essentia Animus to advance society into a sci-fi interpretation of Celese, bringing events to a distant world of another star. At the same time, events interpret a real-world advancement into a similar sci-fi age of another planet that shares Earth’s galaxy, a planet that has also been linked by the Celesi Veil. English remains predominant in both worlds of the story, but the presence of both sides makes certain Aethyx terms stand out, while Earth-styled scientific terms will also stand in a powerful contrast. Instrumentation remains an important aspect of the Elemental Era, but the influence of the gift has grown distant after discovering the superiority of the elements. Harnessing the elements had eliminated some of the original limitations of instrumentation, allowing for a self-sustaining focal source that provides solutions to problems such as automation. This turns the development available from the previous modern-day sense of a fantasy to one that is deep-future. Finally, opening access to the passage across the veil will open this progress in comparison to a very similar deep-future parallel world without such fantasy elements, contrasting the laws of physics with the laws of elements in a convergence of time and space.
