"Aww..my baby Aunt loves you and misses you so much too. So I'll come, meet you and will also bring a lot of games & toys for you, munchkin."

"Really, thank you, thank you..thank you sho much." His eyes instantly brightened up.

"Alex, come here." I heard Emma's voice on the other side.

"Bye...bye...Aunt Ava !!"

"Bye-bye, take care, munchkin."

Once Emma and Alex were out of our sight. Reecie asked, "You're ready ?"

"Slightly nervous, but nothing I can't handle." I told him confidently.

"You'll do great, sis."

"I will. Thanks brother and yeah, we really need an outing."

"We do." He agreed and ended the call, just then a message popped up on my screen.

"You'll rock it, girl 😉" :

A smiled formed at my lips at his text.

"Thank you for driving me Rick." I thanked to my bodyguard and friend, Rick Townley. He is in his late 20's and is very handsome with his light blue eyes and dark brown hairs.

He just smiled at me which I returned and made my way inside the big beautiful building.

It was beautiful, everything was perfect in here, I admired my surrounding and was walking towards the reception when someone called me from behind.

"Miss. Anderson." I immediately turned to find a cute young man perhaps around my age sprinting towards me.

"I am sorry. I am sorry Miss.Anderson. I was waiting for you when a lady asked for some help and I got caught up. I am extremely sorry. Please.." He rambled non stop and was breathing heavily at the end.

"Hey..hey..calm down its fine.. don't worry. Now breathe."

He immediately turned red. He really looked cute.

"Well I am Ava Anderson, and you'd be..." I asked placing my hand infront for a shake. He composed and then introduced himself.

"Hello Miss.Anderson. I am Danial..Danial Johnson, PA of Mr.Knight, and it's a pleasure to finally meet you personally." He replied shaking my hands firmly.

"Pleasure is mine." I kindly smiled at him and then he lead me to Mr. Knight's office. I took a deep breath before entering.

I have been here before. Mr. Knight is a humorous person but when it comes to business, it's strictly business. When I first met him, he was very nice to me. To me, it felt as if I have met him before, like, maybe talked, I just can't exactly pin point when or where.

"Good morning, Mr.Knight."

"Good morning, Ms.Anderson

It's a pleasure to see you again."

"I am even more pleased, sir."

We shook hands and he asked me to take a seat.

"You have really achieved a lot in an early age, Ms. Anderson."

"Thank you sir, however I won't take all the credit because my brothers and staff members have equal contribution in everything."

"I see..."

"Well, 2 years ago when you were here, we couldn't have any deal.

You know that land is so beautiful, and I didn't want to sell it, and it's not like, I changed my mind. Nonetheless, I like your idea of resort there. A spectacular destination and a luxury resort. One of it's kind. Back then when you asked me to wait for sometime, you said you'll give me a perfect deal, I guess you succeeded." A huge smile stretched across my lips.

"Thank you sir. I can't express my gratitude. You kept your promise and as you said it will be one of its kind. Whole construction cost will be on RAE corporation with 70% shares owned by us and 30% by Knight's corp. All the details of the resort are given in this file." I added while placing a file infront of him.

All this while Mr.Knight was listening to me very carefully.

"Hmm.." he said while closing his eyes and contemplating over my offer.

Meeting went on for a while with him measuring all the pros and cons and with me, trying my best to convince him.

"Very well, Ms.Anderson, you are indeed a beauty with a brain, I will like to see the models."

"When can that happen ?" He added at the end.

"Anytime you say sir, everything is already prepared."

"You don't fail to impress me." I gave him a genial smile, which he returned.

"Alright, I'll ask my secretary to fix another meeting after discussing with you ofcourse." He stood up, followed by me.

"Yeah sure sir and thank you so much sir. We won't disappoint you."

"I know, dear but I have one more question." He said while giving me another smile.

"What is it, sir ?" I asked softly.

"Why are you so interested in this land ?"

His question left me a little startled but I immediately composed myself .

"Cause that is my home." I said as I recalled the sweet memories of my childhood.

"I was born there, and it's the only.. tangible thing left of my parents." I added last part looking up at him.

I thought he will say something but he never did and just kept staring at me. So I did, what any sane person would do.

"Well I'll like to take my leave now thank you once again sir." He nodded and I left his cabin.

"See , I told ya , you were worried for nothing." Ethy shrugged.

"He accepted our proposal." Reecie repeated. I nodded. "wow...you did it sis."

"We did it." I stated holding both of thier hands.

Tonight we all decided to go at one of our Italian restaurant Mangiare Italiano, two reasons :

1) to celebrate our success.

2) family night out.

"Aunt Ava..Uncle Eth..Aunt Sharah."

Alex's voice boomed in the isolated booth as he came running towards us. The moment he neared us, I picked him up and swirled him around.

"Slow down there, munchkin." I cooed wrapping my arms around his little frame.

"I mished you." He buried his face in the crook of my neck.

"I missed you too baby." It's really been a long since we all spent time together.

"You didn't miss me, young man." Ethy pouted.

"And me too." Sarah said sounding upset.

He immediately turned around jumped in their arms.

"I mished you too."

"Aww...we love you baby." Sarah cooed.

"This boy is gonna be death of me."

We turned around to find a breathless Emma & Reecie, clearly visible that they were running behind Alex.

"Were you both making out." Ethy asked wiggling his brows.

"Shut up, idiot." Reecie yelled while three of us started laughing and Em glared at us, we tried to suppress our laughter but failed miserably and soon they joined us too. All this while, munchkin was wearing a confused expression. Poor baby..

"Laugh all you want, until you make a baby." Emma said rolling her eyes to which Sarah blushed crimson while I stood there thinking about my the one.

Later, we had delicious dinner and indulged in chats enjoying our family time.

That night I was exhausted and as soon as I laid on my bed, I was out like light.
