I drive by to pick up the letter and once to work I open it.

It put a smile on my face that you have found someone to share candy with but remember flowers are nice for Valentine's Day along with candy.

I couldn't help but smile when I read it and it made me think of Vaylin.

I made it upstairs to my office and dad busted in. "Morning son."

"Morning dad, what's up?"

"Listen I need more of those green cherries."

"What? She made you so many."

"Well your mother decided to take them to her book club and they are all gone!"

I couldn't help but laugh. "I will call her and ask ok? But I know she's very busy for Valentine's Day."

"Is she going to be your Valentine?"

"I sure hope so." I smiled.

Once dad left I decided I better call her.

☎️ I hate to even ask.

☎️ Well my mom decided to take all of those chocolate-covered cherries to her book club yesterday and they all got eat.

I could hear Vaylin laugh on the other end.

☎️ So your dad wants more?

☎️ Yeah has already been in here asking.

☎️ Alright, I will see what I can do. I have so many other things I have to make this morning but I can start on them after lunch.

☎️ Sounds good! I'll see you at lunch and I'll come to your office.

I walk to Dad's office. "Vaylin said that she will work on them after lunch because she has something to do right now."

"Sounds good son. You can get them for me this evening? I have poker with the guys tonight. Do you want in on it?"

"No I'm good but thanks Dad but I will get them for you."

I walk back to my office and work on accounts until close to lunchtime and I can't wait to get out of there and see Vaylin.

I walk out to the taco truck and decide today I'm going to treat the whole store to lunch. I got two for everyone even though the girls may not eat them.

When I walk in Elena smiled and pointed to the back because she knows which makes me happy that Vaylin has talked about me to them.

I knock on her office door but she wasn't in there so I set the food down and walk to the back and she was working on some candy.

"Hey, sweetness!"

"Hey, Theo! I'm almost done." She smiled.

"It's ok take your time. So what are you making today?"

"Smokestacks but it's really pretzels and peanut butter and chocolate."

"Well, it looks delicious!"

"Thanks, Theo."

"I brought lunch for everyone."

"Oh, that was so sweet of you!" She said washing her hands and taking her apron off.

"Let me grab the bag and you can hand them out if you want."

She leans in and gently kisses my lips. "Thank you!"

I walk behind her and grab the bag and walk around handing them out to everyone.

"Theo got these for you guys!"

"Thanks, Theo this hits the spot," Issac said.

"Can we pay you?" Beau asked.

"No man they are on me. You guys enjoy." I smiled following Vaylin back to her office.

We sit and eat and she talked about all the chocolate they were making today.

"You have been busy and now my dad wants more of those green cherries."

"I'm going to have to keep some on hand just for him but I will make them this evening."

"He's going to a poker game with buddies. Do you want me to come and help you make them? I don't have anything to do this evening."

"If you want to Theo I won't turn down help." She smiled.

"I get off at 5 so I will be over after."

I knew I had to get a note back on that door before I come and help her.

Once lunch was done she went out and came back in the room with something she calls polar paws.

"Here see if you like this." She said handing me over one.

"I like anything you make sweetness." I grinned taking a bite.

I sit back in my chair and close my eyes chewing.

"Having a foodgasm Theo?"

I got choked. "A what?" I laughed.

"You know instead of an orgasm it's a foodgasm that's what it looked like on your face."

"Well, then I guess that is what I just had." I laughed.

She got up and threw the trash away and walked over to where I was and leaned down and kissed my cheek.

I watched her walk around and sit back down. I wanted to grab her and sit her on my lap but I'm not sure about doing any of that right now.

"Well I better get going so I'll be back sometime after 5 to help you with the candy sweetness."

"Sounds good Theo."

I stood up and she came around the desk and I grabbed her hand and caressed it in mine as I pulled her close.

She leaned in and kissed me and smiled as I leaned in for another.

"I need something to keep me going until I see you again."

"You are smooth Mr. Kingston." She laughed.

She followed me out from and to my truck. "Nice truck Theo."

"Thanks, I like my truck. Ok, I'll see you back here in a little bit."

She leaned in and kissed me again quickly and I pulled out.

I decided I would go leave the note now so I wouldn't have to do it before I meet her back after 5.

I pulled up at the apartment and reread the note before writing another one and sticking it to the door.

I drove to work and did a few more hours of work before heading back to Candy Rush.
