《Moonlight ✔︎》Chapter 2

My alarm blared through my ears, waking me up completely.
I groaned loudly and slapped the button down, causing the ridiculously noisy sound to stop.
I threw the blankets off of me and shivered as the cold air hit my bare skin.
I walked over to the bathroom rubbing my eyes, attempting to wake myself up.
I quickly showered and then got ready for school.
I made my way downstairs, heading straight for the kitchen.
Tyson was already up and ready in his business suit, as he talked on the phone.
I swear, he looks all serious and intimidating but once you get to know him he's a big teddy bear.
I kiss him on the cheek before going over to the cabinet and taking out the cereal box.
I poured my cereal into a bowl and then placed the milk in.
I grabbed a spoon and began gulping it down.
Tyson got off the phone and placed it back into his pocket.
"You need a ride this morning ?" He asks me.
I nod my head yes, as my mouth was full.
I quickly finished eating and then walked with Tyson to his car.
We got in and he started driving.
I blasted music on the way there, much to Tyson's dismay of wanting his music, I never gave him the chance.
"How was the party last night ?" He asks me raising an eyebrow at me.
I shrugged and started to fiddle with the ends of my skirt.
"It okay." I said lying straight through my teeth.
"No it wasn't, what happened." Tyson asked pulling the car over as we were outside of my school.
He turned the music down and turned to me, giving me his full attention.
I avoided eye contact with him knowing I would give in.
"Daisy." He says seriously.
I sighed loudly and turned to him.
"Nothing happened Ty, just boys being boys." I tell him looking straight at him now.
"Was it that football kid, that's like obsessed with you." He says rolling his eyes.
I sometimes forget he's only 20 years old with the way he acts.
"Yeah, Michael." I say frowning slightly.
"You do know if he hurts you that he'll be dead right ?" He says sternly.
"Who says he hasn't ?" I whisper to myself.
"Daisy, what the fuck." He says loudly as his eyes widen.

"I've gotta go, i'm going to be late." I say unbuckling my seatbelt.
He scoffs and clenches his jaw.
"Fuck school, tell me now." He demands as he locks the car.
I look at him seriously, narrowing my eyes at him.
"This is kidnapping." I say folding my arms over my chest.
He looks at me weird before replacing it with a stern look.
"Fine." I say giving in.
I tell him everything that happened last night and his mood changes drastically as I could see anger course through him.
"I'll kill him." He says blankly.
"No you won't Tyson." I say pointing my finger at him.
"Yes I will." He says unlocking the car and moves his hand to open the door.
I grab his arm pulling him back.
"Tyson please don't do anything it'll only cause more chaos. Plus if anyone found out, no one would believe me, he's like a god at school, everyone praises him." I tell him.
I feel him tense but he sighs in defeat and runs a hand through his hair.
"Daisy this isn't right." He says looking at me intently.
"I know." I whisper looking down at my legs.
We go quiet until he breaks it.
"If I see him, I can't promise you I won't do anything." He says all to seriously.
I purse my lips but nod.
"Okay." I say shrugging.
He smiles at me and ruffles my hair.
"Okay, school time now. You gotta get that education." He says clasping his hands together.
I stare at him with a 'what the fuck' look.
"You literally just said 'fuck school' not even less then 5 minutes ago." I tell him.
He shrugs and turns his head towards the front.
I kiss his cheek and head out of the car.
"Cya." I say waving at him.
He nods in return and I shut the car door as he speeds off down the street.
I walk through the school gates, my eyes search for my friends.
I spot my best friend Miya.
Miya has been my friend since the start of high school. She was the outgoing type of girl, where I was more the shy type.
We connected instantly, we spent our first years of high school gossiping about boys and having sleep overs, that included enormous amounts of binge eating and Netflix.

I walked over to her as she was walking into the school, with her boyfriend, Mitch on her side.
I walked up behind them as they seemed to be having a serious discussion.
I jumped on top of Miya and she screamed as she dropped her bag.
"Daisy !" She screams slapping my hand away.
Mitch stands there laughing as he grabs her bag from the floor.
I get off of her and greet her in a bear hug.
She rolls her eyes at me but nevertheless hugs me back.
I was a really big hugger.
We pull away and I smile at her widely.
"I've missed you." I tell her bumping my shoulder against hers.
"Me too D." She says smiling back at me.
Miya had gone away for a week, her parents decided to go out to the city for a week.
Miya, Mitch and I all talked together as we walked over to our lockers.
Once I made it to mine Miya and Mitch headed to there own which was only a couple lockers down from mine.
"Did you go to Bryson's party last night ?" Miya asked me as she leaned against her locker.
I nodded my head in response, not really wanting to talk about it.
"Are you okay ?" She asks me as concern writes all over her face.
I smile at her and nod my head.
"Yeah i'm fine. Promise." I tell her.
She gives me a look before sighing and nodding her head at me.
Mitch came over and started talking to Miya. I watched as teens walked past us in the hallway, some gossiping and some looking to be in a completely different world.
Just as the bell rang the entrance doors where slammed open.
It seemed to have caught everyone's attention as our four so called bad boys of Lockwood high walk in.
The four boys were known for being apart of Angel's fathers Mafia.
At the back we had Lycian Ares and Elio Fernando, at the front we had Drake Greyson and the leader of them all, Angel Romano.
Lycian was known as the particular player of our school, he fucked and dumped. Even though girls came begging for him, he would always decline. Other than being a heartbreaker he was particularity a nice person.
Elio Fernando, he's the quiet one of the group. He's usually in his own world, either being seen reading or simply just listening to what others have to say.
Drake Greyson. Drake is the closest to Angel. They've been seen around our town doing not so legal things. Drake is someone who observes everyone's motive, he watches every move until he finally figures you out. Other than being entirely intimidating he was supposedly a nice person, he was respectful of others.
Lastly there was Angel.
Angel of course is known for his reputation of his undefined anger. Once you pissed off the devil, you were sure to be getting an endless lifetime of torture in hell.
Angel was different from them all though. He was a mix of all three. Angel was intimidating at most, but he was also quiet, he only ever speaks so much, he also observed people like they were his prey.
He had women at his feet, dropping their panties for him everywhere he was. Though he never paid attention, nevertheless cared.
The one thing they all had in common was there ridiculously good looks.
Everyone in the halls had gone quiet as the four boys walked down the halls.
Angel's face remained blank, his defined jaw was clenched tightly, silently telling me he was angry.
His dark brown hair fell over his eyes, that were cold and that held a terrifying glare as he walked the halls.
The four boys walked with elegance and grace, making there way through the students that had parted ways for them.
The boys started walking towards us, Miya noticed this as she pulled my arm back so I could step away from the hall.
As they walked past us they all stood tall with emotionless faces. They stopped in front of a locker, not to far from my own.
Lycian seemed to be on the phone with someone and Elio was reading something on his phone.
Drake was mumbling something to Angel, who was now leaning against a locker as he listened to his friend.
I watched the encounter, before feeling my heart drop as Angel's cold eyes found mine.
I sucked in a breath as he glanced at me, his eyes held nothing as he looked at me.
He looked away and turned his attention back to Drake.
I looked away from him and shook my head.
I grabbed Miya's hand as I dragged us towards class.
