We watch a couple more movies until my computer dies.

Everybody is really bored and The power still isn't on.

We called the power company and they said that a tree fell on a power line and will be fixed around midnight tonight.

Thank God!

The rain has slowed down but hasn't stayed that way for long.

Now I am laying with my feet hanging off the back of the couch with my head on the cushion twiddling my thumb with my eyes closed.

Archer is beside me reading the book that he got me a couple days ago with my readers light that I packed in my suitcase.

He seems to be relaxed knowing hat I'm next to him.

But if I leave he will start shaking and becoming paranoid.

I had to go use the bathroom about a hour ago and when I came back out Archer was looking every which way with bulging eyes.

It's around 9 o'clock now, My dad is In the kitchen trying to find a snack to eat because he doesn't stop eating.

My mom has to yell at him to stop opening the fridge door because he is letting all of the cold air out.

Finally he comes back in with a pack of Doritos and a bottle of water.

All you can hear is the crunching sound of his chips and the gulping swallows of his water.

I open my eyes with my jaw clenched.

Good lord I hate that sound.

The sound get louder and louder and I can't take it anymore.

I do a back flip off the couch landing on my feet, grabbing my phone that was on the cushion beside me and telling my parents that I'm going to head to bed.

Archer stiffens at what I said and looks up at me from his book.

I nod my head toward the stairs and start up them slowly.

I make it about half way when I hear Archer say in a shaky voice that he is going to go ahead and go to bed also.

I hear my parents say good night and that they are going to bed in a little while also.

Making my way up the rest of the stairs I stop at the very top and wait for Archer.

It's not even two seconds later when he is at the top with me.

I take his hand in mine and walk with him to our room.

Opening the door all you can see is the lighting that flashes through the window.

Turning my flashlight on and pointing it in the room I led both of use in the bedroom and to his suitcase.

"Pick out your clothes and then I will get mine."

He nods his head leaning down still not letting go of my hand .

When he is done Picking out his cloths I head to my suitcase and get my shorts and a long t-shirt.

I pull Archer to the bathroom and shut the door behind us.

" I will change in the bathtub you can change here." I say pointing to the spot In front of the mirror.

I shake my hand out of his grip and flip the curtains back so I can step into the bathtub.

"Do you need the flash light?" Archer asks

"No I'm ok, I think I got it." I say pulling my big t-shirt over my head.

I get changed fast and ask if he is done.

"Yep I'm done."

I step out the tub and see that he is pulling his shirt over his head.

Wow

I only give myself a couple of second to look at his muscular back then snap my self out of it.

We brush our teeth and rinsed our mouth out with a bottle of water and head back to the room.

We get into bed and lay in silence.

Listing to the water hit the top of the roof.

The pinging noises of the water taping the windows.

It's very relaxing.

"I don't think I will be able to go to sleep until the lights cut back on." Archer whispers.

I take his hand in mine and squeeze it.

"Do you want me to turn the flash light on?"

He nods his head and I do just that setting it on my bedside table letting the light aluminate the ceiling.

"I will be right here I promise. I'm not going anywhere. Just try to get some sleep, ok."

"Ok, good night baby girl." He says pulling me into his body even more closer than I was before.

"Good night." I murmur kissing underneath his jaw and snuggling even more into him.

Around 10 minutes later he is sound asleep.

I give him one more kiss to the chest and go to sleep.
