"I'm so nervous," Prim says as I pull up to my parent's house. Yep, another family dinner. Once my mom found out about Prim and me, I have no idea how she found out, she demands that I take her to one of our family dinners.

"I would be too," I mumble as I turn off the car engine.

"Heath, you are not helping," She says.

"Sorry, sorry. Look, you have nothing to worry about. If my parents say even a bad thing about you, we're leaving," I say. She gives me a soft small and nods her head. Okay, let's do this.

We both hop out of my car and start our walk to my house. I take Prim's hand in mine as I ring the doorbell. The door opens revealing my mother. "Heath, hi," She says and brings me in a hug. She pulls back and takes a once over on my girlfriend. She raises an eyebrow before her face forms into a kind smile. "Hi, you must be Prim, like the flower?" She asks and Prim nods her head. "Well, I'm Heath's mom," She says.

"Hi," Prim waves at her shyly. My mom opens the door wider for us to enter. We both step inside the house and Prim looks around the place. "You have a very nice home," Prim comments.

"Thank you, dear," My mother says. "I'll be in the kitchen getting dinner ready, Heath, why don't you show her around?" My mother suggests and disappears inside the kitchen.

"Okay, where do you want to go first?" I ask her.

"Hmm, I'm thinking you're bedroom," She says with a grin.

I put on a smile on my face as I grab her hand and drag her up the stairs and into my bedroom. Once we both get inside, I close the door shut and lock it and turn to face her.

"You have a very nice room," Prim says. I walk towards her and grip her waist. Our lips collide together as I yank her towards me. My tongue skims the bottom of her lip, asking for entrance. And as the sneaky little girl she is, she denies it. I can feel her smirking against our kiss. My hands from my waist move down to cup her butt as I squeeze it and she gasps. I stick my tongue in her mouth as she moans against me. Yep, this kiss is the best.

But before we could go any further, there is a knock on my door. I throw my head back and groan before burying my face in the crook of her neck.

She giggles. God, I love that giggle so much. "Go get it," She says shoving me away from her. I groan again and stomp over to the door.

Unlocking it, I pull it open with a grumpy frown on my face. "Victoria, what do you want?" I ask angrily.

She peaks her head over my shoulder. "Hi Prism," She says. Prim runs over to where I am and squeezes herself in front of me. "Would like like to meet my girlfriend?" Vic asks Prim.

"Yes," Prim says excitedly and follows my sister out of my room.

"Cock-blocker," I mumble. We head back downstairs and see a girl with auburn hair and ocean blue eyes sitting on the couch.

Victoria walks over to her and kisses her cheek as she plops down next to her. "Prim, meet my girlfriend Amanda, Amanda, this is going to be my future sister-in-law. Get along," She says.

Amanda waves at Prim. "Hi," She says.

Amanda and Prim definitely give off the same vibes. "You're pretty," Prim says. Amanda blushes and thanks her.

Our mom pokes her head in the living room. "Oh good, you're all here. Dinner is ready," She says and we all follow her into the kitchen. "You're father should be here any minute now,"

Just then the door to the living room opens. The smell of beer mixed with smoke fills my senses. Yep, our father is here. Just great. He enters the kitchen and eyes Amanda and Prim. Victoria and I do our best to try and hide our girls from his sight before he could even utter a word about them.

"I didn't know we had company today?" He says as he takes a seat at the end of the table.

"This is Prim, Heath's beautiful girlfriend," Mother says and moves onto Victoria. "And this is Amanda, Victoria's.....girlfriend," Mother grits out.

"Yep, you got it right. Congratulations mom," Victoria snaps back.

Our father just nods his head in response. "Let's dig in everyone," Mother says as she takes a seat. "So Prim, how have you been?" She asks Prim as if she has known her for her whole life.

"I'm doing good," Prim replies politely.

"Good, good. And you Amanda?" Mother turns to face her.

"I'm okay," Amanda replies.

"Prim, you seem to make my son happy," Father states. "Too bad Sasha was a no-go," He adds.

"Yeah, I don't think you got the memo of how she cheated on me dad," I spit back.

"Leave it," My mother whispers to our dad. She turns back to face Prim with a smile. "But he's right, you do make our son much happier than Sasha ever did. You two have our blessings," She says. Wow, I did not expect that to come out of my mother's mouth.

"What are you trying to get out of this?" I ask them.

"We just want you to be happy. Heath, we're your parents. If Prim makes you happy then so be it,"

Wow. Another thing I didn't expect her to say. "Thank you, mom," I say.

She turns to fave Victoria and sighs. "I know I won't be able to change your mind about you. But you are still my daughter. So I guess I'll accept your girlfriend. You guys have our blessings as well," She says.

Victoria and I have our jaws open in shock. We turn to look at each other with confused expressions. "Did she just---"

"Yep," We both turn back to face our mother. "Why are you being so nice today?" I ask curiously.

Our mother sighs before clearing her throat and continuing. "Okay, I know we haven't been the best parents. But your father got an amazing deal with another company. But the downfall is that it's in Chicago. And I know what you kids are thinking. We know you guys won't want to move with us, so we'll be leaving you kids here,"

Wow, yet another thing I did not expect from her. "How long will you guys be gone for?" Victoria asks with fake sadness. I know she's just as happy as I am on the inside but obviously we won't show it.

"Your mother and I are moving to Chicago permanently. In order for this to work, both businesses have to be able to reach out to each other. It would be harder if I were to stay here while my business partner is all the way in Chicago," Our father says.

"But, we will be visiting from time to time," Mother adds.

"Oh, we'll miss you," Victoria says. I nod my head in agreement. We all continue our dinner. This night definitely did not go how I expected it to go. My parents approved of Prim, and they finally accepted my sister for coming out. I hate to admit it but I will miss them just a little. Like one percent.

"Heath, if you do not take this blindfold off of me right now I will kick you in the nuts," Prim says as I lead her out not the balcony. It's been almost a year since Prim and I started dating. I knew from when we first told each other that we loved each other, I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her forever.

So it took a lot of time planning but finally, here we are. I plan on proposing to Prim tonight. I step behind her and place my hands on her blindfold. "Okay, you can look now," I say and take the blindfold off of her.

She gasps as she takes in her surroundings. "Oh Heath, this is beautiful," She says with a wide smile. "Oh these are primroses," She says as she touches them. "Why did you do this?" Before she can turn around, I bend down on one knee and take out a velvet box and open it, revealing a beautiful small pear-shaped ring encrusted with diamonds.

"Prim, when you first stepped into the underground boxing match, I was in the ring. I swear when I looked at you I didn't even know where I was at that moment. Well, that was until my opponent knocked me in the jaw. I know you didn't see me look at you but trust me I did. When Jed brought you into my back room, I was disappointed as I thought you two were together. But I thank God that you're not. You are the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me. Even if May didn't approve of me, or if my parents didn't, I would still find a way to be with you. I have never said that I loved someone, hell I didn't even believe in love before I met you. Primrose Hendricks, I love you so much. I love you until the moon and back. I love you more than you'll ever love me. I love you more than boxing. I love you until my last breath. Actually, I'll love you even in the afterlife. So will you make me the happiest man you have ever seen, and marry me?"

Her eyes are shining with unshed tears and she still had the audacity to tap her chin and think about it. "Hmmm," She says and trails off. "Yes, I would love to marry you," She says. I pick her up and spin her around. She lets out a squeal as I set her down gently and grab her left hand. Taking out the engagement ring, I slip it onto her left ring finger and place a lingering kiss on it.

"There, now everyone will know that you are mine and mine forever," I state and kiss her lips passionately.

"Yes, yours and yours forever," She repeats looking at me with love in her eyes and kisses me again.

"Come on kids I promised Uncle Jed that'd we be at the gym before lunch!" I yell out to my beautiful twins.

2 years ago, Heath and I tried for a baby. I wanted to start off with one but the universe had other plans. When we went to the ultrasound one day, the doctor had told us that I was actually carrying two babies. I guess that's what I get for marrying a twin.

9 months later I gave birth to two beautiful twins. A boy and a girl. I got lucky because then it would be easier for me to be able to tell them apart. Alexander Ace Pierce is the older twin, and his sister, Lucia May Pierce, is younger by 3 minutes. Yes, her middle name is the one woman who stuck by me in all of my life, May. They have been the best things that has ever happened to me. Well, besides getting married to the love of my life.

I hear little footsteps run into the living room as I catch Alex in my arms. Heath picks up Lucy and attacks her with kisses. "Let's go," I say and we gather ourselves into the car.

"You sure you can drive?" Heath asks me as he places his hand on my swollen belly. Yep, you guessed it. I am currently 5 months pregnant with a baby boy. I nod my head.

I waddle over to the driver's side and climb into the car and start out drive back to the gym. That's right, I finally learned how to drive. It was a long year but I finally did it, much to Heath's help. Now I can be able to escape surprise dates from Heath with my new driving skills.

I park the car and help the twins out. They both race each other into the gym where Jed is waiting for them. He picks both of them up and smothers them with kisses. He's grown a little stubble in his chin that the twins love to play with. "There you are my little devils," He says as he sets the twins down and turns to face me while pulling me into a hug. "How're you feeling?" He asks as he pats my belly.

"I'm okay," I say with a smile.

"Booooo, look who's here," Kade yells as he attempts to protect his wife, Michelle, from me.

"Hi Michelle," I say as she moves from behind her husband and pulls me in a hug. "Hi, little baby," I say to the baby that's currently growing inside her stomach. "Where's Nash?" I ask Kade.

"He's coming," He replies as he pulls me into a hug.

"I'm here!" Nash's voice calls out as he stands in the doorway. His hand holding onto a smaller one. "And I brought company," He says as he makes his way inside. The girl next to him gives us a shy smile and waves at us. "Bros, this is my girlfriend Maya," He says.

"Ugh, I already know I'm about to get sick of you two," Kade says as he fake gags. Michelle slaps his shoulder, causing Kade to pout. I laugh and point at him as his wife just keeps putting him in his place.

Everyone is back at the gym. This was exactly where I had met my best friends and the love of my life. I couldn't even imagine what would happen or what I would be doing right now if I hadn't agreed to go with Jed that night. I lean into my best friend's shoulder.

"Thank you," I say to him.

He turns to me and gives me a confused look. "For what?" He asks.

"For this," I say gesturing to my little twins playing around with their father and Kade chasing them around. Nash watching on the sidelines with a wide smile while Michelle shows Maya her beautiful baby bump. A smile forms on my face.

"You're welcome," He says and kisses my head. We stay there watching our little family playing around the gym. Until his annoying voice breaks the comfortable peace. "I want your next child to be named after me," He says.

I shove his shoulder playfully. "Not a chance," I say as I run to my husband hiding from my best friend.

This is the life I always dreamed of. And I can't wait to spend the rest of it with these people I am glad to call my family.
