Yo guys! first chapter for today, hope you all enjoy !
without further ado!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes
Subconsciously, without even thinking, he said yes. Not only would it be something which would save his life many times, but it also meant severing the chains which bound him to his destiny.
“Very well, I shall grant you my power.” The voice said within his mind.
Without warning, boundless of star energy erupted forth from his mind world into his body. Violent and frightful star energy, it felt like his own. Yet it didn't
The air around his body twisted and layers upon layers of star energy materialized an armor upon him. The armor shone with an resplendent light. Brown. Dark. Red.
It wasn’t simply an armor of energy, it was real! He had never seen nor heard of star energy materializing, it was a first!
He was interrupted in his thoughts by the voice which asked him if he wanted power.
“This is how much of my might you can handle at the moment. When you make it out off this predicament, you know where to find me” The same majestic voice said.
Wait, who are you? And why can you speak in my mind??
The voice didn’t reply, it had silently disappeared from his mind.
Time gradually began to to spin and the originally quiet picture returned to reality.
The hound and the rest of the world frozen in time gradually began to melt before returning to what it once was.
The hound pounced towards him with its fierce eyes and sharp claws.
But, he felt so powerful, he felt as though nothing could bind him. As if he could streak across the sky, soar like an eagle. As if he could float about in the cosmos yet become a force to be reckoned with, a harbinger of destruction. He felt fast, strong and resolute.

It was hard to explain. However, one thing was certain, the beast was already dead.
*ta*
He simply struck his arm out, so fast it ignored the sound. The air compressed itself around his fist as it hit the hound.
What he saw afterwards astounded him.
The dog was gone, he had almost completely removed it from existence. Other than a couple of minor body parts which lay on the ground.
He looked at himself, he was wearing an armor similar to the color of his energy. He looked like a knight, yet he held no virtues of the knight nor did he uphold justice.
He looked like an avenger, as he had always wanted to be. Yet he was not. He didn’t care about good or evil, if someone wronged or offended him, he would avenge himself. It didn’t have anything to do with justice or morals, it was a way of living.
This was his path to reach the summit of cultivators. He didn’t cultivate for anyone else but himself.
Gradually his armor started to reform into energy as it once again returned to his mind world through his pores. Only leaving behind a faint memory of supreme strength and the reeking smell of blood in the air.
He dug out the hound’s beast bead and removed himself from the so called crime scene. It would only take a couple of breaths before other beasts caught the intense smell of blood with their nose and came over to see what had happened.
If he was there at that time and something higher than late rank 3 came, he would have some problem. After all he was only in early rank three power.
It was quite weird. after he heard the voice, he broke through. But he didn’t only break through to late rank two, he broke through directly to early rank three. And what was that voice? It had said he knew where to find it, he had no clue.

As he had walked further away from the crime scene, he climbed up upon a tree. He wanted to meditate so he really needed to find a spot where he wouldn’t be disturbed.
He was rather far up and decided that where he was would be a good place to meditate.
So he sat down in lotus position, closed his eyes and entered his mind world.
He opened his eyes but was alarmed. His mind world had changed.
Up in the sky he saw not only the two heavenly bodies, the sun and the moon but also stars.
“Stars? How can there be stars in daytime?” He said out loud, very surprised.
“Because you broke through from the second to the third rank” someone said behind him.
He immediately turned around and saw an old fragile-looking man, supporting himself with a walking stick.
“W-w-who are you? And how can you be here in my mind world?” Philip inquired with a shaky voice. Who was this old man and how could he be here?
The old man’s eyebrows twitched a bit in irritation and replied, “Darn it brat, your head is thicker than mount tai, I’m the one whom you owe your life to”. His face was filled with wrinkles yet had a strong overbearing. His jaw was slightly angular, giving a fierce disposition. It was af if the old man was a sword whom could be unsheathed at any moment. Deadly.
Philip’s mouth made a small “O” before he said, “Thanks, but still, How and why are you here, in my mind world?” He was grateful for the help of the old man, yet he didn’t understand how the old man could be here.
The old man’s eyebrows twitched even more, he was clearly annoyed.
“Let’s just say I’m here to help you become stronger. Do you want to become powerful?” The old man asked.
“Yeah but I–” Philip said before getting interrupted by the old man.
“Great, nice to meet you. You may call me teacher” The old man said not even noticing Philip’s facial expression.
Philip was shocked, this old man whom had not only entered his mind world now told him that Philip was to become his student.

Greys II - Ghosts
There he stood, dark eyes, dark hair, beautiful in the most devastating of ways. It scared me how little he had changed, his hair was longer and black, his frame thinner, like he hadn't eaten since I last saw him. His eyes were different, lacking something they had always held before, lacking anything really, and yet he was the same. He looked weak, but I knew he wasn't. "Hi, angel."His voice was just as dead as his eyes. It sent a shiver up my spine. That was the reason I felt sick, that was the reason he seemed different. He was dead, and as much as I wanted to hate him, I was sad he was empty, sad he wasn't the same man anymore."Hello, Gabriel."My voice came out softer than I would have liked, the words burning my tongue. But it didn't matter, I got the desired effect even if the volume wasn't there. He flinched, his eyes widening, his eyebrows twitching up and together, his jaw setting for just a moment. But then it was gone and he looked away, death settling back in his eyes, in the lines of his face.» ✦ «#2 in Angel Romance#3 in Demonology#11 in Thriller#Mature, 18+ for all the reasons.
