《Psycho in a fantasy world》Chapter 9

After getting my axe from that steroid abusing dick I headed back to MY forest.
Once I returned to the cave I got into a meditative position and trained my core before going to sleep as I had a big day ahead.
----------------
Once I woke up I took my axe out my inventory and headed towards some trees, I cleared out an area of land equivalent to the area of 20 dead corpses lying side by side in a square pattern.
After clearing the land of trees I moved the tree trunks out of the area and chopped them to the appropriate sizes then I slowly used the logs to build a log cabin, however, to keep it together I used some of the steel fur from the wolves I killed as nails they are surprisingly strong.
The cabin turned out pretty well creating an image of a dark cabin in the forest. I purposely didn't stray too far from my lake as it was my only place to shower and ended up building my cabin just on the edge of the extensive lake.
After I finished the cabin's exterior I dug up the insides and placed half logs in there which I had cut in half to work as level floor boards then all I would need for this place is an interior but that could wait until some other day as it was a boring task and would require me to walk all the way back to that godforsaken village where everyone seems like a dickhead.
-----------------
After I had built my cabin I spent 4 months honing my skills, I trained in new a new martial art I was creating that centred around aggressive throws and killing blows it was truly savage.
I also trained my mana core but despite it slowly increasing in size I didn't actually have any idea what to do with it as I didn't know any magic spells.

As well as martial arts I also honed my body with a daily task of press ups pull ups squats and more exercise including punching a tree to harden my knuckles.
I had increased by quite a bit but had nothing to compare it to considering I've never actually had a fight where I didn't scare or sneak attack them, I will have to find harder opponents to fight to truly know my strength is good.
Anyway my stats look something like this now:
NAME:JACK AGE:4 LVL:2 HEALTH: HEALTH REGEN: MANA REGEN: STRENGTH 80 INTELEGENCE 85 ENDURANCE 75 WISDOM 95 AGILITY 80 MANA CORE 125 SPEED 85 BLOODLUST 55
--------------------------------------------
Now that I've spent a good chunk of time training its probably best that I increase my level and see about getting a psycho package, however, it's boring to kill plain old animals so I'm going to head to town and perhaps pick up some things for the interior of my home.
On that note, I had a quick dip in the lake and stuffed everything in my inventory before heading to the road.
When I got to the spot where I had killed that merchant I noticed some knights inspecting it but to be perfectly honest couldn't be bothered dealing with the fucked up faces so I sneaked by and carried on to the town.
POV change head knight
I had been ordered by prince George himself to investigate a murder that had happened not too far away from his lovely village of Shagford he was worried that it was connected to the gruesome murder of 2 city guards that had been found dead 4 months back.
However, when I reached the crime scene I noticed that the body while not fully decomposed were more so than the guards this made me think that they were killed first. judging by the wounds on the body the attack may have been beast related as there were numerous ripped throats and claw marks, however, I changed my mind when one of my fellow knights who had a fondness for climbing stumbled upon a carved symbol on a branch above the crime scene.

I was certain as soon as I seen the mark that the guard's death was directly linked to this one as the mark on the branch was the exact same as the one found carved on the guard's chest, it seemed to be a calling card of sorts.
"The despicable monster who did this will be found and brought to justice!" I shouted to my men to raise morale before once again staring intensely at the mark on the branch.
-----------------------------------
When I reached the city I saw 10 fully equipped guards at the gates.
'must have increased security after what I did last time, I'll have to sneak through the wall .'
I snook past the gate and followed the wall around to the back of the wall, if I remember correctly this should be the slum and there are hardly any guard patrols here, however, the downside is robbers but I don't think ill have to worry about them pricks.
Using my incredible body I managed to scale the wall and sneak down to the other side, I am pretty amazing if I do say so myself.
Once I reached the slums I started to dart through alleys when I stopped and saw a gang of 4 fully grown men obviously drunk kicking some girl on the floor. me being me I started to walk towards this occurrence before standing and looking at the thugs kicking the girl.
One of the thugs looked at me and slurred out the words
"hey pipsqueak what the fuck you looking at"
another one noticing me stood up and started to flex his muscles as he looked down at me
"yeah kid don't be a hero" he shouted threateningly
Quickly I ran forward and kicked him in his balls I then proceeded to kick the shit out of the thugs and lined them up against a wall
The girl then raised her hand to me and said in a cute voice showing off her rack.
"thank you for saving me you're my hero!"
she then raised her hand expecting me to help her up. I walked forward and extended a hand helping her part way up before shouting
"SYKE"
I then kneed her brutally in the gut and threw her on the ground before smashing her face against the rough ground.

I then walked to the thugs and squatted looking menacingly into their eyes
"I'm your boss now got it, you listen to me, Jack. you will work for me doing whatever I say now as a part of my gang. as a welcoming present, you can fuck that skank over there" I then pointed to the girl who had here head firmly planted into the ground and her butt sticking in the air comically.
The thug with the broken nose then meekly said
"But boss I think she's dead"
"Shut it with your whining and make do just don't use her mouth, why the fuck should I give a shit" I yelled
"YES BOSS" all three thugs rang out but was soon followed by screaming when I took out my sickle and carved my 'mark' into each of their left deltoids before saying:
"Have fun"

Humanity Extinguished
I had the same nightmare again. The loss of my first life continues to haunt me, but now it aches like an old wound. A more grievous injury to my psyche was the losses yet to come and the inevitable hellscape I would return to again and again. Reincarnation is my curse. The lives themselves weren't all that bad. Losing people you cared about hurt and all, but even that pain was preferable to experiencing the nothingness between lives for months at a time. It was enough to drive anyone mad. Now I have to focus on breaking this horrible cycle. Thankfully I have all the time in the world. Trace is an average man driven by extraordinary circumstances in an indifferent and cruel world. His reincarnations give him a few key advantages but also take a heavy toll on him. He lives in a world where magic is uncommon and underpowered compared to the limitless physical adaptations you can acquire by getting your hands a little bloody. This story is one of hardship and terrible lows, but also monumental achievements and grand heights. The main character has flaws. While some of these flaws will fade with time, others will worsen. Thank you for taking the time to read my synopsis. I plan to release 2-3 chapters a week. Cover art is 'The Siege and Destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans Under the Command of Titus, A.D. 70' by David Roberts. This art is in the public domain.

Sect Core
A peak cultivator is betrayed by his sect for being of common birth. The sect decides to not only kill him but transform him into a core, so they can use him for cultivation. But to get full control of all the sects formations, all of his energy has to be banned from the galaxy. In this manner, the main character is thrown into the rift in the middle of the galaxy. This rift transports him into another galaxy, where his journey to become the core of the most prominent sect begins. --- This is my first story, and the release schedule will be spotty in the beginning because I still have to do a lot of world building and thinking where the story should go. But I decided to put it out into the world to get some feedback so I can see what people think about it and maybe even get some inspiration. --- The cover image is not my own. I copied it from the internet. I thought it was cool and it suited the story. All rights reserved for the owner of the image.
