POV: Veraniala Adventus

The large door at one end of the U-shaped room opened up and a person came in. He was dressed in a black and silver coat, hovering just a few centimetres behind his back were two large, golden, transparent wings and hovering above his short brown hair was a golden, transparent U-shaped crown with sharp-looking spikes.

Most of us stood up and bowed as he made his way towards the large thrown that was build against the rounded wall and sat down. His wings turned into golden, transparent fairies and flew around him for a bit before they sat down on his shoulders.

The ones who stood sat back down and we all waited for a short moment.

"Alright, let's begin the council meeting. Let's cut right to the chase since no one wants to be here anyway. The powers of sin have returned," the man said.

"What?!" multiple people in the room asked loudly.

"You people deaf now? I said the powers of sin have returned! For that matter, Grimlock, if you would."

"Alright, alright," Grimlock said as he got up. His voice was uncanny just as it always was.

The living skeleton with shining blue orbs as eyes and hinges and chains to hold together his bones walked down to the open space in the middle of the room.

"As you all know, the children of the first Demon King created the seven powers of sin. Wrath, Lust, Pride, Greed, Envy, Gluttony and Sloth. After they were killed by the valiant heroes these powers were lost. But certain sources stated that they used a reincarnation spell. Now to get to the new things... We have found the reincarnations of Sloth, Lust and Gluttony. All three were already taken under our guidance."

"Under our guidance? How do you suppose we guide them if they already know everything?" Grid asked.

"I was getting to that you impatient fool! The reincarnation seems to have failed. Instead of taking over a host they simply became voices inside their heads, but the fact remains that the powers were given to the new hosts so we would better take them in and train them. Now for the remaining four: We have yet to find Wraith and Pride but we know the location of the others. The problem is that we have strong evidence of the Riftwalkers involvement with two of them: Greed and Sloth. So I urge everyone to be careful when dealing with them, who knows what that one has planned."

I began laughing a little when I heard that name. The Riftwalker eh? Haven't seen that old fool since I was a child...

"Good, now that that is out of the way I think you all know what that means. Go out into the world and find the remaining two. Except for Algral and Happy Face, you will go out and take in Greed, Sloth as your students at all cost!" the man on the throne said.

"Understood," Algral said.

"Of course, O' great Demon King!" Happy face said with his over the top tone.
