《DK (Dropped)》Chapter XII - Surprise in my Head

I closed my vision, did not move a muscle since I did not have them in the first place.
Suddenly the tab skill appeared.
"Weak Regeneration completed." I mumbled this coment as I saw that the timer disappeared, "Wich skill should I pick next?" I wondered to myself.
(On the second line of each section after commander vision, add one icon of a face of an evil shadow following the same thing as the previous skills!) Poof, three icons appeared, each one in the respective section.
(Put the following stats on each skill!)
The current stats were:
Skill
Weak Shadow Minion - Summons a shadow creature with one-fourth the size of the user and has combat abilities.
Good Shadow Minion - Summons 3 shadow creatures with half the size of the user with average combat abilities.
Strong Shadow Minion - Summons 5 shadow creatures with same size of the user, can mimic user, possesses strong combat abilities and are only able to be summoned every 10 days.
Note: All Shadow creatures have excellent stealth and User can communicate trough them.
(Repeat the same on third line, I want an icon with two characters on wich one is sucking life out of the other!) Poof, three new icons appeared.
(I want these skills to be like this!)
Skill
Weak Life Leech - User absorbs slowly the life of the desired target.
Good Life Leech - User absorbs the life of the desired targets.
Strong Life Leech - User instantly absorbs almost the entire life of desired targets, this skill will make average and weak targets die immediatly, can only be used every 7 days.
"Perfect!"
(Shadow minions will allow me to recon, spy and communicate better! And I can also eventually use them as decoys!)

"And Life Leech will help me greatly as I don't have any weapons yet!" I screamed of excitement underground.
With 2 new set of skills to pick, now I had to choose.
(What do I need the most at this moment, considering only the skills I choose will take a day to get?)
The major risks right now were the missing wolves and the Arach, one shadow minion would surely help find their location.
Commander vision would help me see where all my allies are and it will provide me with a decent map overview of the valley.
Ally heal was out of the question for now, as there were no wounded with the exception of Caesar's arm and pretty much everyones wings, but that would problably would require the medium ally heal skill.
I did require an attack skill. Life Leech is a good skill as fighting with bare hands is not an reasonable choice at all.
"Wait a second!"
(I am doing this with the assumption that the wasps are my allies! There's still the chance that the wasps are just putting an act, waiting for reinforcements to be born!)
"If they end up as enemies, I can escape or even ambush them one by one while their new wasps will still be in larvae form, if they end up as allies, it will be better to teach or command them better!" I spoke in a malice voice.
(Start Weak Commander Vision at once!)
On top left of the tab the following info appeared, "Weak Commander Vision ETA: 7 Hours"
(It says 7 hours? Already? Did I oversleep again?) It seemed that thinking wich skill to pick took way more time than what it was supposed to.
"I have to start making these decisions when I am awake instead of sleeping!" I took this decision to be quicker.

I rushed to leave my grave, crawling out there, only to find a cute thing on my head, like a stuffed toy, a larva.
"So, they hatched!"
I simply stared at the tiny creature as it crawled it's way from my head to my right head.
(Don't dare to pet him, dammit!)
As I looked around the Great Hall, there was no wasp there.
(Strange, I thought at least one of them would be guarding this floor?)
"Great DK!" Suddenly someone called me. It came from the stairs, as I rose up and turned, Leonidas was there, "Oh, you found him!" The wasp said while looking at my right hand.
"How did you lose this little one?" I asked Leonidas as I pat the little one with my left hand.
"Well, 20 larvae for me and Caesar to take care of can be really a hard task, especially when we also have to help our beloved queen with the new eggs!" (Leonidas)
"It can't be helped, don't worry, it will be easier after the first batch is born!" (DK) (Maybe this will console him?)
"Yeah, just one more day..." (Leonidas)
"Anyways, I am here now, if you don't mind, I will take this one upstairs?" (DK).
"If that's your wish! We are pretty much done for today!" The wasp answered me with joy.
With the little larva on my hand, I took a walk to the egg chamber.

Gods How I Hate Nature
While there are always choices in life, lately they’ve all tended to skew between bad, terrible, and suicidal. Tome finds himself typically choosing the latter. As if people and plants consistently trying to kill him wasn’t bad enough, he finds himself sent off to a Mage Spire along with a self-righteous other worlder (as though there were any other kind). Add to this some powerful figures in black, a sadistic instructor, an uptight law keeper, and Tome just wants to go back to his room, down a pint, and forget about everything… But, when someone starts a fight, especially someone bigger and stronger, you bide your time and strength. Before you can get revenge, you have to settle for surviving and slowly gaining power. That means accepting the most suicidal choices, doing the jobs no one else will do, always smiling, and not slitting that other worlder’s throat… (The story will incorporate comedy, but it will be a dark story. This won't be a happy, uplifting tale, but it also won't be too morose or depressing. Though if you're rooting for the other worlders, then I suppose it will be...)

Silven isn’t too happy when he stops to consider his miraculous prison escape, a guiding voice on the air and the herd of terrifying black knights hunting him down and realises he may be important. Equally, he’s not going to be too happy when he learns he’s nothing more than a character in a video game in chapter 3.8. There’s just no pleasing some people. But by the time of this realisation, Silven is all-powerful and all-arrogant, with a couple of game-breaking businesses under his belt. And when he finally understands he has been meddling with the very fabric of his own reality, the damage may already have been done. This fiction contains: * Approx. 4,342,213 video game tropes, mechanics and cliches * Very light levelling and business development (but no tables. Other than the one on the cover). * A rather acquired taste in dry, sarcastic humour. * 0 dragons. Why no dragons, man? Chapters will be released EVERY DAY, in order to sufficiently punish you for all the bad things you've done in life.

Manticore's Rise.
After the Old gods had been killed, the new age of freedom had begun. For two centuries, the people that had once been played against each other in pointless wars have worked hard to make new lives for themselves, unknowing of those that had retreated into the shadows beyond the realms. Amongst those shadows, as thankless protectors hold out hands for aid and peace, the servants of the old gods awaken. Those who know them work to foil their plans, those that know of them covet what they bring. Those who remember, fear the return of the old. This is the story that follows one such protector, dedicated to the elimination of those that have grown strong in the outer realms, gathering others from within to push them back. Will try and update each week. Also posting on Scribble Hub and Webnovel.

Adventures of Stephen Silworth
Stephen has a strange job. He is someone whose duty is to draw the line between the civlized world and the magical entities faring in or around the society. His job is rare one. There are almost no one who is capable of doing it. Whether it be a monster, spirit or an undead, he knows how to get rid of them, yet sometimes his customers do not appreciate his efforts. Even though life is hard, he, or rather what happens to him, gives a humorous taste to these stories, but considering the fact that being funny is relative, you don't have to process this paragraph. These creatures, which humanity branded disastrous, destructive and detrimental, can either be helpful or harmful, though Stephen has to deal with all of them, depending on the needs of his clients. He is the only one capable of doing this job right, helping the ones that have no interes in his strange life what so ever.
