《Bounty Cats》Book Two: Chapter 3

Rei followed Jude through a dark corridor from the dance floor. She wondered if he knew her exact age, but he probably doesn't care. After all, he was a serial rapist who took any opportunity to score whoever he meets. But Rei was about to ruin his entire night.
They stopped toward the fifth door in the center of the corridor. There were ten private booths for private entertainment.
With a card, Jude slid it through a scanner, and then the door opened with a click. The room was a lounge with two sofas and a couch on the fuzzy red carpet. A karaoke machine stood at the left corner beneath a wide flatscreen. One beverage cooler and a large mirror at the back.
“Ladies first.” Jude stepped aside so Rei could step through. Her left hand clenched her taser in her back pocket.
Inside, she pulled her stun device out, holding it behind her back as she watched Jude close the door.
He placed the card into his pocket and smiled at Rei. “So, anything sensual you have on your mind, baby?”
Rei grinned. “How about-”
She uppercut her taser into the weasel’s crotch, zapping his testicles. “This!”
Jude screamed while electric bolts buzzed through his tremoring body. Soon, he fell to the floor, smoking like bacon. He wasn’t burned, only unconscious. But he smelled like a grill cooked him. Tasers now these days were strong enough to take down an elephant without killing them. There were the best tools for self-defense in Moreau City.
Rei kicked him, making sure he was down for good. “That is what you get for raping women, eomma saekki!”
She dropped her taser, covering her mouth as she blushed. “Wow! I need to watch my language!”
Rei! Luna exclaimed inside the lynx catgirl’s head. We got company!

What kind of company? Rei asked.
Five goons marched into the club and ordered the flock to leave. I think they are Jude’s enemies, here to pop his ass. Did you get the target?
Yes.
Good! You better move his ass to a safe room. I will take care of those punks.
Gwaenchanh-a! Rei placed the taser back into her pocket and picked up Jude’s body by his armpits. He was very light and easy to drag.
She pushed the door open and peeked into the corridor. Screams and laser blasts echoed from the club. Luna must be keeping them busy right now. Hopefully, none of the dancers got killed.
If any goon managed to run past her, they might check the private booths for Jude. Who knew how strong they might be.
Rei glanced at the back of the corridor, spotting two restroom doorways.
Dan! Rei could hide Jude’s body in one restroom. Maybe the ladies’ room if the goons were males. They wouldn’t dare check if they don’t want screaming women clubbing them with their purses.
I gotta move fast! She dragged Jude through the corridor, reaching the women’s restroom. She kicked the door open and slid Jude’s body toward a stall.
Nobody was in the restroom at least. Nice and clean too.
In the stall, Rei sat Jude on the toilet. He was groaning, but still, immobile.
“Prrf!” Rei closed the stall door and pulled out her T-gun. “Assault rifle.”
“Assault rifle!” The computer voice replied on her gun before it changed into a rapid-fire weapon.
She smiled at her morphed weapon. “Time to play.”
She then rushed out, leaving the bounty behind on the toilet. He should be safe as long as she guarded the corridor.
*****
Jude groaned until his eyes opened. Dizzy, feeling like his skin was in a frying pan. "What the hell?"

He rubbed his head while raising off a toilet. Then he found himself surrounded by metal walls and a small door in front of him.
"This isn't the private booth!" Jude remembered he met a lynx girl who he wanted to bang in the lounge. The next thing he blacked out while his entire body burned. What the hell did the cat chick do to him?
He checked his pockets. So far his wallet wasn't taken. If that was the case, what was the point of the girl leaving him inside the restroom?
Damn, he was going to make her plan for rejecting him.
Jude pushed the stall door open until he paused when something splashed behind him. He turned around, eyeing the toilet.
The seat flipped up, unleashing black goo spilling to the floor.
"The hell?" Jude covered his nose to avoid the stench. It smelled like gasoline mixed in mud. What kind of shit is that?
The black goo covered the entire toilet, and growing taller and taller, forming a cone-shaped mountain of crap.
Jude’s eyes widened, realizing that wasn't ordinary muck. It wasn't even floating the stall.
After the mount stopped growing, two arms grew out on both sides. A mouth seemed to spread open as two empty eye sockets appeared. In the sockets, white eyes opened, and then the slimy mouth grinned.
Jude's legs shook as if he was getting tasered again. His heart raced, trying to make him move, but he quickly. He was too busy breathing hard and sweating.
Just staring at the strange blob was freezing him up like never before. He was never this scared before, except for the time he met a shark lady in a bar. But he wasn't sure what he saw was real.
Did the girl drugged him or something?
The creature lurged toward him, giving him only a few seconds to scream.
