"I'm so tired of everything...."

There are two man standing on top of the rubble while surrounded by a great number of corpse of both soldiers and civilians.

"How many people did i kill in these seven years of war.... I no longer have an idea."

"Lieutenant..." A young private beside him whispered.

"Hey.."

"Yes lieutenant?"

The lieutenant look the young private in the eye and said.

"I'm willing, perfectly willing to lay down my life for the sake of this country..."

"That's the greatest honor a man can give to it's country Sir Heins."

"Yes... But i want to know what we're really fighting for." said by Lieutenant Heins in saddened by voice while looking down at the corpse of a young girl.

Seven years ago before the war started on Earth, a certain group of terrorist was able to produce their own Nuclear weapons. The UN started to suspect other countries and while UN is busy arguing with their allies, the terrorist was able to sneak a nuke in the deep part of Europe and as a result countless people has lost their lives that day. The European leaders enraged and clouded by their emotions, started to blame Russia.

What they didn't know, the terrorist was able to create Nuclear weapons because they were able to recruit scientist who were willing to fight in the name of Jihad and Russia who is completely innocent about the bombing of Europe, prepared to defend themselves in case of any attacks.

The UN decided to break the status quo and decided to deal with Russia and the terrorist, They dispatch aircraft carriers, ground troops and positioned their nuclear arsenal around the Russian border, with this kind of unfair treatment, Russia called to it's own allies for aid and with the help of it's allied countries like North Korea and China (Who decided to take the side of the Russians) started to create weapons that will shake the foundation of the earth and will bring humanity into the door of extinction.

3 Months of stand off from both sides which gave them time to prepare everything that they need. Russia started to break it. They started to drop six 100 megaton of Hydrogen bomb which is 2800 times stronger than the atomic bombing of both Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They drop one bomb per country, Finland was almost destroyed, Turkey,Ukraine,Kazakhstan, Sweden and Poland are all struggling to survive and with death toll of almost four million lives. The bombing will keep on going until half of Europe is destroyed.

During those times the UN is struggling to keep with consecutive bombings of their enemies, they can't sneak an air attack because the moment they reach Russian or Chinese air space they'll immediately get shut down by the revised and improved weapon of S 400, 3-m 55 Yakhont and Tor m2 .

A fresh graduate in the army, Heins Cross due to his superb performance and intellect he was immediately picked to train as Special irregular unit , The job of this unit is usually infiltrate deep into the enemy territory to rescue or kill a certain target but this time it's special. Heins didn't know he was being train to transport the new weapon called the [Cobalt Bomb]. the Cobalt bomb is a bomb that can produce a very large radio active fallout and can contaminate a very large area, when the bomb explodes the cobalt would then condense and fall back to Earth with the dust and debris from the explosion, contaminating the ground. the neutrons produced by the explosion would transmute the cobalt to the radioactive isotope cobalt-60 (60Co), which would be vaporized by the explosion.

Basically it was designed for radio active contamination to last for a very long time. They intend to make Russia, China and all of the enemy territory to become lifeless and Heins doesn't have a singe idea about this. Heins a person with such discipline and fortitude, he always thought he's in the side of the right cause, to save his country and the earth from total destruction he will not a fail any mission, but he'll be the one to cause a total destruction that will wipe out almost all life on earth.

After his training, he and his team of five is now ready to enter the enemy territory. Their mission is to make a way for the truck's cargo to reach the borders between Kazakhstan ,Russia and China and kill all enemy that will ambush them, they were told that this might be a one way ticket but instead of being sad, his team were actually happy because if they succeed this mission, the tides of war will change and their life is a small price to pay if it means victory against the enemy.

During the mission they were able to sneak in without being detected thanks to the help of new technologies that are keeping them from being detected, they were able to leave the cargo between the borders of Kazakhstan and China, now all that's left is to leave the remaining cargo in the border of Russia. After they reach the Russian border something unexpected happened, they were suddenly attack by drones that are patrolling the area, Heins commanded his team to prepare to attack he sent 2 of his men to hide and snipe from a distance while he and his remaining men will lure the enemy away from the cargo. When his men started to move, Heins took his Barret REC7 and started firing at the drones to give cover his team, then after he thinks they're clear he started a retreat and cover until he reach the back of the tree.

There are currently 7 drones flying in the air they have to finish them before Enemy reinforcement arrive. Heins was able to lure them now all they need to do is finish the enemy. He noticed 2 drones coming near him, He decided to wait until the enemy enter into his range, one of the drone fired a missile towards the nearby tree where Heins is hiding and the explosion almost pushed him back but he was able to get a hold of himself.

"Shit.. they're still far.. I can't shoot them in this distance."

While he is currently thinking hard, a third drone appeared from the top of the tree and currently aiming at him Heins who heard something immediately look above and saw drone who started to fire at him, at his surprise he jumped to the side and quickly aimed his Barret to the drone and started firing it, the drone was hit then explodes, Heins felt relieved he survived that but now he is totally expose to the other two drones.

Heins decided to fire up his smoke grenade hoping to cover himself while he thinks of a way to deal with them. He double checked what kind of weapons he currently have, tight now he have three M67 grenades and one smoke grenade left, he must use those weapons wisely. Heins threw one grenade to cause diversion then after the explosion he quickly dash below the enemy drone, the drone failed to see him because of the smoke and the explosion so Heins took that chance to attack, aiming with his Barret he kept shooting the drone until it explodes, looking at the defeated drone he grinned because now it will be much easier he locked his eye to the remaining drone then took his two M67 grenades, pulled the pin of the two grenades and he holds it for two seconds then threw it upward toward the remaining drone then he started running with all his might.

[BOOOOM!!]

An explosion can be heard behind him, Heins didn't bother looking back and just keep on running until he feels safe.
