《TITANIA: Goddess of War》Chapter 9: Sif and The Warrior Three

Loki played havoc. He was pacing in the throne room in front of the throne. Neilrosa went missing, no one could find her anywhere. Loki didn't like that, it seems suspicious to him because even Heimdall didn't know where she is.
He marched to the healing room where the Warriors Three and Sif where.
"Where is she?!" he screamed as he crossed the doorstep. They looked confused at him.
"Who?"
"Don't play stupid, I know you know where Neilrosa went!" He had enough of this theatre.
"We swear on Allfather that we don't know where she is," Sif said and looked him directly in the eyes. Loki was fuming, he gave them one last glare and left. The Warriors Three and Sif looked at each other, surprised and confused about Loki's outburst. Volstagg just shrugged and went back to his food, eating it ravenously.
"Our dearest friend banished, Loki on the throne, Neilrosa missing, Asgard on the brink of war, yet you manage to consume four wild boar, six pheasants, a side of beef, and casks of ale. Shame on you! Don't you care?!" Fandral angrily stood up and took the plate of food to throw it into the fire but Volstagg pulled his weapon, stopping him.
"Do not mistake my appetite for apathy," he growled.
"Stop it, both of you! We all know what we have to do, we're just too damned afraid to do it!" Sif tried to break them up.
"We must go. We must find Thor and Neilrosa. I think where he is, she will be too." Hogun said as he was pulling the delicate healing stones from fire and putting them into a pouch at his side.
"It's treason, Hogun," Fandral said surprised, didn't expect it from the quiet soldier.
"To hell with treason, it's a suicide," Volstagg exclaimed, but then he realized that he was too loud.
"Now shh! Heimdall may be watching! It's said he can hear-"
"Yes, yes, we know!" Fandral interrupted him, annoyed with the current situation.
"They would do the same for us." Sif looked at the Warriors Three and crossed her arms on her chest. At that moment a guard entered and everyone tensed up.
"Heimdall demands your presence." They all gulped.

"We're doomed." Volstagg sighed.

Neilrosa didn't sleep, she kept watch all night to make sure Loki wouldn't send anyone after her if Heimdall told his something of course. The two lovebirds were snuggled at the fireplace where they talked nearly all night. Thor waked up first, finding Jane still asleep, nuzzled against him. The sudden movement waked her up too and she looked up at Thor and smiled. He offered her a hand and they went inside for a nice cup of morning coffee.
The princess was already there with Darcy and doctor Selvig, enjoying hot lemon tea and casually chatting. As they entered, Jane went to make the breakfast and Thor holt the plates and then took them to the table. Then they sat at the table, chatting and enjoying the time, like a family, but for Neilrosa it was too good to be true. Something was coming.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sif and the Warriors Three were slowly approaching the Observatory, entering it warily to see the intimidating Heimdall. He glared at them accusingly.
"Good Heimdall, let us explain-" Volstagg started, but Heimdall cut him off.
"You would defy the commands of Loki our King, break every oath you have taken as warriors, and commit treason to bring Thor and Neilrosa back?" They exchanged nervous glances.
"Yes, but-" Sif tried to explain, but failed.
"Good." Heimdall interrupted her and they looked at him, shocked at his answer.
"So you'll help us?" Volstagg asked with hope in his voice.
"I'm bound by honour to our King. I cannot open the Bifrost to you." With those words, Heimdall left he Observatory, leaving completely confused warriors behind him.
"Complicated fellow, isn't he?" Fandral looked after him.
"Now what we do?" Volstagg asked. Sif glanced at the control panel to see something stuck there.
"Look!" She exclaimed. Other turned to see Gatekeeper's sword stuck in the control panel. They exchanged a grin and Sif turned the sword to open the Bifrost to where Thor was. Little did they know that someone was watching them from the palace.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Sif and the Warriors were on Earth looking for Thor and Neilrosa, Loki went to the Rainbow Bridge to meet Heimdall.
"Tell me, Loki, how did you get the Jotuns into Asgard?" Heimdall narrowed his eyes.

"You think the Bifrost is the only way in and out of the Realm? There are secret paths between worlds to which even you with all your gifts are blind. But I have need of them no longer, now that I am King. And I say, for your act of treason, you are relieved of your duties as Gatekeeper. And you are no longer a citizen of Asgard." Loki said nonchalantly.
"Then I need no longer obey you." The Gatekeeper raised his massive sword, ready to fight and strode towards Loki. He took something out, something invisible floated before him and before Heimdall could react, the Casket appeared and freezer Heimdall in place. The blueness crept all over his body and now Heimdall, even frozen in the ice, saw his true nature. He let the Casket disappear again and walked by Heimdall to the Observatory. He stuck the Gurning into the control panel and called Destroyer.
"Ensure my brother does not return."

Neilrosa with others at Puente Antiguo was tidying up after breakfast, working like a one big good oiled machine. A pound on the glass door disturbed them and they looked at the door. Four medieval clothed figures stand outside, happily waving at Thor and Neilrosa. They opened the door and waltzed inside, giving a big hug to both of them.
"Found you!" Exclaimed Volstagg with relief smile on his face. Jane forgot she is holding a plate and it shattered on the floor. Both with Darcy and Selvig she was looking at the warriors with her mouth open.
"My friends!" Thor hugged them back, Neilrosa was behind, just smiling. Sif then ran to her and nearly crushed her in her hug.
"Sif... can't breathe..." She sighed and patted her on the back.
"I don't believe it..." Selvig finally spoke up and looked at them with wonder.
"Who are they?" Darcy turned to him, hoping he will know something.
"Lady Sif and the Warriors Three. Surely you've heard tales of Hogunthe Grim, Fandral the Dashing, and, Volstagg the Svelte?" Selvig continued to stare, Volstagg noticed his eyes on his massive gut.
"Well, perhaps I've put on a little more muscle since I was here last." He laughed loudly.
"That would have been a thousand years ago? Northern Europe?" Jane added, knowing a bit of Norwegian mythology.
"Exactly! Those lovely herring people. They worshipped us!" Thor laughed at Volstagg, putting a hand over his shoulder.
"Worshipped, past tense. You are kinda unknown in America." Neilrosa stuck her tongue out on Volstagg, earning a frown from him.
"My friends, I've never been happier to see anyone. But you should not have come." Thor's face has fallen, the smile disappeared.
"We're here to take you home." Fandral tapped Thor on his shoulder.
"You know I can't. My father is in Odinsleep because of me. I must remain in exile." Sif and the warriors looked at me puzzled.
"Loki came to him, saying that Allfather died. You don't even know how much I want to tear that ridiculous helmet of his head." The princess growled and rolled her eyes.
Right then a great rumble went through the whole city od Puente Antiguo. A dark cloud appeared just at the valley below the city, a column of light emerged from it to the land. Neilrosa walked past the warriors and stood at the doorway. her face full of concern and determination.
"Guys, I need you to evacuate the city as fast as you can. We have a visitor." Her eyes narrowed as a figure appeared at the other end of the city. Warriors, Jane, Darcy and Selvig ran to evacuate the people, when a pump blew up. The Destroyer appeared in the smoked, ready to shot at anyone in his way.
"Thor, take Jane, Darcy and doctor Selvig somewhere safe!" The goddess screamed at him as the Destroyer blew up a car. Sif and the Warriors Three ran to Neilrosa's side, prepared for battle.
An enormous sword appeared at Neilrosa's right hand, as big as her and a full-body adamantium armour covered her body with adamantium headband keeping her hair for her face. Bright silver colour with turquoise glowed on New Mexico's sun. Her left hand held a colossal adamantium shield, bigger than Volstagg.
That was the first time Selvig saw that Neilrosa wasn't lying.

I Need Time
An action, adventure, mystery and strategy story about a strong male lead. Author note: First time author, good amount of buffer chapters (over 50k words) so I will not drop this book anytime soon. This book will mostly be from the perspective of the MC. On average +5k words will be published per week. I have not chosen some of the genres and tags as I do not wish to give away parts of the story. I added the content warning tags as there will come a time for profanities, gore and maybe "traumatising" content. Though, in my opinion the content will be mild if not light. *****SPOILER*****SPOILER***** Synopsis: A college ICT student transmigrates to another world filled with magic and learns magic from a dragon. MC uses modern knowledge to develop magitech technology. MC starts his adventure using the technology he develops! Saving princesses, fighting hidden criminal organizations, learning how horribly medieval peasants live, reasoning with uneducated narrow minded people, investigating the nature of magic and searching for gods... Story review: A fantasy/sci-fi story filled with some common cliches yet presents somewhat original ideas and a few unexpected twists & turns here and there. This novel also explores a few of the commonly ignored topics concerning medieval fantasy like hygiene, culture, education(ignorance, narrow mindedness) and the fact that everybody is short because magical crops cost too much. Modern knowledge in such a setting can often times revolutionize the world if the protagonist is not an idiot or weak willed or thinks something stupid like he should not intervene in a society that systematically practices unequality of opportunity, slavery and other nasty things, of course sometimes the protagonist can be just unlucky by being enslaved, etc. In our case we are granted a protagonist who had an initial stroke of luck, learning magic from a dragon instead of struggling for years without it or randomly dieing. After that his luck goes down the drain. It is arguable whether the princess is a good stroke of luck or not, I digress. Anyway the challenges the protagonist must face will grow and no more luck or helping hands. After gaining enough power and security the protagonist will change the world for the better or at least give it a stronge push onto the right track. He will make a lot of lives better but things are never so simple and there is much more to this world than meets the eye... Missing genres & tags: Fantasy, Sci-fi, Magic. *****SPOILER*****SPOILER*****

Parallels
Parallels are a constant in life. Our friends' lives often run parallel to ours; we share similar experiences or tastes- perhaps even both. Sometimes, however, opposites attract- and our lives run perpendicular. In that case, we are not attracted by similarities; rather, we are attracted to the differences in others. So, what happens when two parallels are broken apart? What might happen to them? Are they forever doomed to run alongside each other, never seeing one another, never meeting? Or, perhaps, might they be spun about? Could these lines that formerly ran alongside one another meet? Could they possibly be set perpendicular? Any feedback is welcome, so long as it is constructive. Also, you may not use any characters, ideas, places, or what have you that I present here without my explicit permission. A note: This is a story which I began over a year ago, but never got around to finishing- it feels about time to really get it going. Now, there are a couple of things about the story, and myself, that need to be said. First and foremost, there's a slow start, but by the third-fourth chapter things should be speeding up a bit. Secondly, in regards to release speed and/or word count per chapter, I make no promises- my schedule is fairly random, and in regards to word count, I will cut off any chapter at any point that feels appropriate to me- that may include cliffhangers, if necessary. I'm not trying to reach a specific word count, I am trying to create a cohesive story, with pseudo-appropriate chapter breaks. This means I will also not rush a half-baked release for the sake of getting a release out. Thirdly, I will make any edits, anywhere in the story and at any time, that strike me as necessary- typically being wording and/or formatting changes, but I may also decide to change major plot points- in that case I would put a notification in the next chapter released. Finally, and most importantly, I am a Christian; this story is intended to at least moderately reflect those values. So, if you particularly dislike any of these things, feel free to look elsewhere, and don't let the door hit you on the way out. God bless, friends.
